England: Witness sees a 'star' made up of red and white light

Location of Sighting: Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield
Date of Sighting: 7th April 2010
Time: Approx 10pm

Witness Statement: I was smoking a cigarette outside my front door and noticed a light like a very bright star in the sky, but it was made up of red and white light. I thought perhaps it is an airplane as it was about the right height, but it wasn't moving. It stayed in the same position in the sky. The light from it was very bright, and was actually giving off little spikes of light so that it looked a lot like a traditional star as you might draw it. After 2-3 minutes it slowly moved off out of sight behind some houses. Staring at it made my eyes rather sore like I had been staring at the sun

Witness Statement: Both me and my boyfriend seen this and it definitely wasn't a chinese lantern. We had seen a bright light rising then hovering. This then traveled across the sky to the right. As we were walking, my boyfriend took a picture. What we didn't realise was, when we looked at photo, there seemed to be a beam of light coming down from the u.f.o and one also rising up from ground. We could not see this, thoough, by eye. It moved too fast and too high, it disappeared as it rose up.

Witness Statement: Awake due to early morning crying from our baby, I looked out from the rear window of my house only to see what appeared to be a number of moving lights int he clear night sky! I immediately woke my partner, we both made our way down stairs and out the front door to gain a clearer view of the sky, looking up we could see a flashing object coming from our right to left, coming closer the object started to become clearer revealing a diamond shape with several red/orange lights up the underside. It was then joined up with another coming from the rear of the house, this particular object was flickering white and of a different shape to the first craft.

US: Lebanon, Missouri, family shows salesman regular path of UFOs

A traveling salesman got an introduction to UFOs on April 6, 2010, when a family in Lebanon, Missouri, pointed out a regular display in the sky that they have been watching, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

"As I focused in on the object I saw it quite clearly," the witness stated. "It looked like when fireworks explode, the initial burst except there wasn't a burst or explosion."

Some of the lights, the witness stated, appeared to come from an invisible object.

"There were several lights that appeared to protrude from an inner object that was perhaps spherical in shape but not visible."

Lebanon is in Leclede County, MO, population 12,155.

'There has got to be something out there', Lismore Heights woman Korrinne Stewart said after capturing with her camera a mysterious object in the night sky at Evans Head.

There have been several reports from around the region of mysterious bright lights in the Northern Rivers' skies in recent weeks.

Ms Stewart contacted The Northern Star after reading a report in Tuesday's newspaper about a UFO sighting by two Evans Head men.

The men were on their way home from the pub when they saw moon-like objects in the sky.

They were the same size and brightness as a crescent moon, but vertical.

Ms Stewart was fishing at Evans Head the week before when she began taking photographs of the Moon.

US: Red light over Lake Delta, NY, emits bright yellow light into night sky

Two New York witnesses along the northeast shore of Lake Delta on April 6, 2010, watched a red light grow bigger into a rectangle shape as a bright yellow light moved out of it and into the night sky, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The light moved away, but later returned. They also witnessed several other odd lights that evening.

"We had just got our things in the car when we looked up toward the lake and saw another extremely bright white object between the edge of the lake where we were fishing (located right in front of us when looking toward the lake, and an island out in the lake approximately 1/2 way across the lake," the reporting witness stated.

This object "floated right above the water and just stayed in place."

Lake Delta is a reservoir in Oneida County, NY. Parts of the lake are in the towns of Western and Lee.

US: California photography student 'grows tired' of frequent UFO traffic

A California photography student reports UFO activity is so high that "I am growing tired of filming them," according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The student submitted sample photos from sightings on April 6, 2010.

"I have been woken up to horn like tones coming from two different directions, lasting for hours, and filmed them moving, then stopping, and then moving again," the witness stated. "I have also filmed them dropping lights out the bottom and spinning around the sides."

Apparently, the student has seen many UFOs.

"I have seen so many of these that I am growing tired of filming them. Please feel free to look through my footage, there is a lot of it, and I do not have the time to look through it all. Each one has a gem of weird actions in it. They will be out tonight."

US: 100-foot-long cigar-shaped object 'just barely' clears building tops

California witnesses are reporting a cigar-shaped object about 100 feet in length that "just barely" cleared the top of nearby buildings on April 6, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

The witnesses said they first heard "what sounded like the drone of engines" and looked up to see the object.

"The object was about 100 feet in length and had steady red lights on the bottom of it," the witness stated. "The lights were rectangular in shape, and there were four along the bottom length of the object. It moved rather slowly across the sky from East to West, it seems to take a long time for it to fly past us."

The reporting witness said it is unusual for air traffic to be in that area.

"It is very rare when a plane flies over our 15 story apartment building, and then it's typically only a small plane or helicopter."

US: Bright UFO as large as two 747s stops to hover over New York

A New York witness reported an object the size of two 747 jets with bright lights that stopped and hovered, then moved slowly away, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

"It hovered motionless for fifteen minutes, flashing its lights in a few different sequences, pretty to watch, freaky to think what if it knew I was watching. It had way more lights than any plane or helicopter," the witness stated.

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If New York MUFON State Director James Bouck, Jr. investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

US: Pennsylvania witness reports 3-pointed UFO in 'electric cloud'

A Pennsylvania witness reports first viewing a "strange electric cloud" followed by a "three-pointed object with lights at each point" on April 2, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

"I stared at object which seemed to appear over the horizon near the Galleria Mall / Airport Area, the witness stated. "The object hovered for about 20 seconds, there were no blinking lights on it, so I knew it wasn't normal. It suddenly after 30-40 seconds disappeared into another cloud of what I can only explain as electricity."

The witness ran outside to get a better view of the object and then realized that the object was emitting a sound.

"It made a strangely low humming noise and buzzed by me very quickly then it disappeared suddenly."
