The bombshell US Department of Defense files, from 2002, contains a manual on how to snap spaceships.

There are 27 pages in the document titled "DoD Instruction 5040.6, Life-Cycle Management of DoD Visual Information (VI)".

It contains a section on how to document UFOs.

Section 21 of Chapter 5 of the document says: "The following table concerns imagery that records UFOs and other aerial phenomena not obviously identifiable as conventional aircraft or missiles.

Contractors claim bizarre events at home where killer Ted Bundy grew up

Ted Bundy childhood home
© KOMO NewsWorkers for Extreme Contracting claim there have been a series of bizarre events at the home they're renovating in Tacoma. It's the home where killer Ted Bundy grew up.
It feels ridiculous introducing a ghost story, but Casey Clopton has no other explanation.

Clopton and his company, Extreme Contracting, were hired in September to renovate the Tacoma home where serial killer Ted Bundy grew up. The owner planned to flip the house afterward.

Clopton says he quickly noticed red flags as they began work.

Kansas Pastor was assessing woman for demonic possession days before she decapitated ex-boyfriend's mother

Pastor Terry Fox
© Travis Heying/The Wichita EaglePastor Terry Fox of Summit Church says Rachael Hilyard sought out his services for a possible exorcism in the days before she was accused of beheading 63-year-old Micki Davis. Fox said he visited with Hilyard in her home to evaluate her claims of possession just a few days before the alleged crime occurred

Comment: The following provides more background to this recent story: Exorcism preceded woman killing, decapitating 63-year-old Kansas woman

Rachael Hilyard had asked a friend: Where could she get an exorcism? Her friend told her Pastor Terry Fox.

A few days after Fox visited Hilyard's home and blessed it, police say Hilyard decapitated 63-year-old Micki Davis in her garage.

Fox was traveling when he heard the news. He said he hadn't been able to tell during his visit whether she was possessed or whether she was just depressed.

"We were in the process of trying to evaluate her situation to see if it was mental or demonic," Fox said.

"We were only working with her a few days," he said. "If we would have had an opportunity to get to her, I believe we could (have helped). ... I think if we would have had more time, perhaps we could have made a difference. It broke our hearts."

I. Midnight Special

At the stroke of the midnight hour, when the world slept, Sunita Yadav awoke to a levitating alien.

She watched, petrified, as it hovered a foot above the ground just behind her home. Standing over 4ft tall, with grey skin and big, black eyes, it proceeded from the Yadavs' backyard toward their front door before - as her son Hitesh remembers - it "just vanished".

In the 15 years since, the humanoid has made numerous other appearances around the Western Command Hospital in Panchkula, some 10 km away from Chandigarh.

"It's now a mascot. Residents in the area believe it's lucky to spot it," says Hitesh, 20, now a tech student living in Gurgaon.

In their sketch, the alien looks like a swarthy dwarf. But Hitesh remains convinced that what he saw was an extraterrestrial. And he spends much of his free time trying to prove it.

A Mothman-type creature is being reported in Chicago by three separate witnesses over a four-hour period, according to three witness reports from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The cases took place between 10 p.m. on April 15, 2017, and 2 a.m. on April 16, 2017. Please beware of all case details until an investigation is completed. At this point in the investigation, a hoax cannot be ruled out.

In Case 83325, the witness was out on Lake Michigan with her husband and two other couples celebrating a friend's birthday.

We were about two miles out on the lake, just off of Montrose at about 10 p.m.," the witness stated. "We were enjoying ourselves when I happen to look up and saw what looked like a giant bat, and not like a fox bat (which I looked up and saw was the biggest bat). This bat was as tall as my husband, who is 6-foot, 4-inches, or even bigger.

The witness described the creature:

Ipswich city security camera captures strange light in sky

Strange light in Ipswich sky on April 29, 2017
Residents rang police in the early hours this morning with reports of seeing strange lights in the sky. Police say the report came in at 4.29am and was seen over the Leichhardt area. The strange light was captured by the Ipswich City Council's Safe City cameras and show a very bright, white light in the sky.

The time stamp reads 4.36am.

The RAAF confirmed to police there was no aircraft in the sky at the time that may have explained the reports. The footage lasts for just over two minutes and clearly shows the unexplained light.

This year there have been multiple reports of 'strange lights' including in January when a Toowoomba man reported seeing a blistering orange light. He told The Chronicle he was looking towards Crows Nest when a bright light filled the sky about 12.15am.

Similar reports of strange lights in the sky were made by residents on the Gold Coast on New Year's Day.

Last year residents made more than 40 separate reports to the UFO Research Centre, Queensland describing varying experiences such as a quick bright flash and two separate lights appearing together.

U.F.O. sightings are on the rise and this book proves it

Why have sightings of unidentified flying objects around the nation more than tripled since 2001? Why is July the busiest month for U.F.O. sightings? Why did they spike in Texas in 2008, or in New Mexico in September 2015?

And how in the world, or out of it, has Manhattan racked up New York State's second-highest tally of U.F.O. sightings in this century?

These questions and many others emerge from the first comprehensive statistical summary of so-called close encounters: 121,036 eyewitness accounts, organized county by county in each state and the District of Columbia, from 2001 to 2015.

The unlikely compendium, "U.F.O. Sightings Desk Reference," is the work of a couple in Syracuse, who crunched unruly data on U.F.O. reports collected by two volunteer organizations: the Mutual U.F.O. Network, or Mufon, and the National U.F.O. Reporting Center, or Nuforc.

After a cancelled TED talk, former CIA physicist exposes the reality of remote viewing

Russell Targ
Cancelled or banned TED talks are nothing new. When coming across information, no matter how much evidence it has behind it, any topic that challenges the current accepted framework of knowledge will always encounter a harsh resistance. For example, in 1900, Lord Kelvin said that "there is nothing new to be discovered in physics now. All that remains is more and more precise measurement." It was only five years later when Einstein published his paper on special relativity, which forced the scientific community to open up to an alternate view regarding the nature of reality. Scientists and new discoveries were and are still scorned by those in power, a classic example would be Galileo and the Catholic Church, or when we realized the Earth is round, but have things really changed that much?

"Through all stages of human history, intellectual authorities have pronounced their supremacy by ridiculing or suppressing elements of reality that imply didn't fit within the framework of accepted knowledge. Are we really any different today? Have we really changed our acceptance towards things that won't fit the frame? Maybe there are concepts of our reality that we have yet to understand, and if we open our eyes maybe we will see that something significant has been overlooked."- Terje Toftene (taken from his film, "The Day Before Disclosure")

Well, judging by the fact that TED continues to censor information, perhaps not. TED even banned a talk by the co-founder of a 23-year government research program investigating parapsychology at Stanford Research Institute for the CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency, Air Force and Army Intelligence, NASA, and others.

Italian man granted divorce after claiming wife 'possessed by devil'

An Italian man has been granted a divorce after claiming that his wife was "possessed by the devil".

The woman had exhibited "inexplicable behaviour" since 2007, including fits, stiffening, and other "unusual phenomena", a Milan court heard. Her husband attributed the episodes to "demonic possession".

Her sister, as well as a priest and a Capuchin monk confirmed the strange behaviour, testifying that the woman - a devout Catholic - had at one point knocked over a church pew, hurling it towards the altar using just one hand.

Strange, loud 'siren or vacuum' sound recorded in Monument, Colorado

Strange sound in Monument, CO

There was no weather happening at the time so the Siren idea is probably wrong. I'd love to figure this out! I live near the USAFA.

It was at 1am and lasted for approximately 15 minutes.

Comment: A viewer of the video, about 35 miles away in Fountain, Colorado, reported they heard the exact sound for about 20 minutes, close to midnight.
