Take a look around you - undoubtedly someone from this "anti-vaccination movement" has infiltrated your very own social circle. Thank goodness for the media, otherwise you would never have known.
Except, there is no such thing as the "anti-vaccination movement." A "movement" is a growing organization of people, all pushing toward a common goal. People who exempt their children from vaccination don't have a "common goal." There is no target percentage of "anti-vaccination" they conspire to achieve. There is no agenda to push down anyone's throat. There is no point in time at which they hope to declare victory. The only thing that exemptors have in common is this: they don't care what you do with your kid. They only care about their own.

Do the benefits of immersive learning applications outweigh the dangers of increased Wi-Fi exposure for children?
Uh-oh. Not another diatribe about the dangers of our modern communication systems? Obviously, these devices and the resulting fields are extremely (and increasingly) common in modern society. Even if we want to, we can't eliminate our exposure, or our children's, to RF/EMF. But, we may need to limit that exposure, when possible.
That was among the conclusions of a report published in the Journal of Microscopy and Ultrastructure entitled "Why children absorb more microwave radiation than adults: The consequences." From an analysis of peer-reviewed studies, the authors argue that children and adolescents are at considerable risk from devices that radiate microwaves (and that adults are at a lower, but still significant, risk). The following points were made:
- Children absorb a greater amount of microwave radiation than adults.
- Fetuses are even more vulnerable than children. Therefore pregnant women should avoid exposing their fetus to microwave radiation.
- Adolescent girls and women should not place cellphones in their bras or in hijabs (headscarf).
- Cellphone manual warnings make clear an overexposure problem exists.
- Government warnings have been issued but most of the public are unaware of such warnings.
- Current exposure limits are inadequate and should be revised.
- Wireless devices are radio transmitters, not toys. Selling toys that use them should be monitored more closely, or possibly even banned.

President Obama has signed an executive order expanding the list of illnesses that could result in forced detention, isolation, and quarantine for anyone exposed, even if they are not sick. It updates a Bush-era executive order, adding "severe acute respiratory syndromes" except for influenza to the list of detainable communicable diseases.
The Public Health Service Act allows the government to apprehend and detain individuals based on communicable diseases named in the Act, or named by presidential executive orders. Executive orders do not have to get congressional approval.

Aman Dhawan, 16, from Indore, lost weight and strength after being enrolled in the trial, which he didn't know he had signed up for either
The new anti-cancer drug has just been approved for use in the United States and is due to be released in Britain this year.
But MailOnline has learned that several of the children used as 'guinea pigs' for the drug trial in India reported suffering problems including weight loss, fatigue, dizziness and menstrual problems.
They and their parents claim they had no idea they were being used to test out Gardasil 9, which was then an untried drug.
Comment: Using poor and illiterate people as human guinea pigs is totally unconscionable. The psychopaths at the helm of the pharmaceutical industry are spending hundreds of millions of dollars to manipulate women and influence legislation in order to generate revenue streams of billions of dollars a year at the expense of a gullible and uninformed public. Gardasil is unnecessary, and is possibly the most dangerous vaccine on the market, with the potential to injure, maim, or even kill the children who receive it.

The only notice I get of "flu shot season" is a stack of masks my husband brings home for our family to decorate. We take great pleasure in searching "Google Images" for the year's latest fashions and we create the most eye-popping pieces so that people take notice, ask questions, and my physician husband gets the opportunity to inform others that he does not and will not get a flu vaccine. If you see someone selling insanely ingenious flu mask creations, know that it was my idea first.
"There's been plenty of research, mainly in animals, that has looked at what happens after alcohol has actually left the system, like the day after drinking," said study lead author Dr. Majid Afshar, an assistant professor in the departments of medicine and public health at Loyola University Health Systems in Maywood, Ill. "And it's been shown that if there is infection or injury, the body will be less well able to defend against it."
The new research, which was conducted while Afshar was at the University of Maryland, found immune system disruption occurs while alcohol is still in the system.
This could mean that if you already have an infection, binge drinking might make it worse, he said. Or it might make you more susceptible to a new infection. "It's hard to say for sure, but our findings suggest both are certainly possible," Afshar added.
The findings appear in the current online issue of Alcohol.

The risk is doubled if a boy is circumcised before five, the Statens Serum Institut study also claims. The link, they say, is in the stress caused by the pain of being snipped.
Scientists based their findings on results they received from examining 340,000 boys between 1994 and 2003.

Not the U.S. though, where this chemical additive has been given the green light by the FDA, in spite of the fact that it endangers livestock and farm workers as well as consumers.
Although the EU and Asia have banned ractopamine, estimates are that 80% of hogs produced in the U.S. and a lesser number of beef cattle are treated with the drug. In fact since 2013, Smithfield Foods a former U.S. company and the world's largest producer of pork products, is now working for China and Russia producing ractopamine-free pork.
Of course some of Smithfield's remaining U.S. plants still spit out ractopamine-laced products for American consumption. Smithfield refers to these as delivering "differentiated products to meet customer specifications."
In what can only be described as the latest cancer industry propaganda push, mainstream news outlets are declaring triumphantly "More than 1.5 million cancer deaths averted in last two decades" (CBS), "Cancer death tolls fall, millions saved" (ABC), and "A 22 Percent Drop in Cancer Mortality Saved 1.5 Million People." (Science World Report).
