The authors again take a look at data coming from mainstream sources (in this case two data sets released by the Israel Ministry of Health) to demonstrate that the data shows the exact opposite of what was publicized. By undergoing a cost-benefit analysis of the vaccines, taking into account adverse vaccine effects during the period of vaccination, the authors show a documented 3 and 20 fold increase in infection and death rates respectively!

A professor with the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine has said that there is a general dismissal of the fact that more than half of all Americans have developed natural immunity to the coronavirus and that it constitutes "one of the biggest failures of our current medical leadership."
Dr. Marty Makary made the comments during a recent interview, noting that "natural immunity works" and it is wrong to vilify those who don't want the vaccine because they have already recovered from the virus.
Dr. Peter McCullough has been the world's most prominent and vocal advocate for early outpatient treatment of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Infection in order to prevent hospitalization and death. On May 19, 2021, he was interviewed regarding his efforts as a treating physician and researcher. From his unique vantage point, he has observed and documented a PROFOUNDLY DISTURBING POLICY RESPONSE to the pandemic -- a policy response that may prove to be the greatest malpractice and malfeasance in the history of medicine and public health.
The German physicist Max Planck is often misquoted as having said that "science advances one funeral at a time". Well, the man who gave birth to the low fat high carb dogma, Ancel Keys, died in 2004. His first generation of acolytes have now joined him in oblivion. The men (they were with very few exceptions all men) who created the current dietary guidelines back in the late 70's and early 80's are also gone, after having presided over a massive explosion in the number of people suffering from obesity and type 2 diabetes.
The newer generations of nutrition researchers do not appear to be as wedded to the old dogma. This is visible in the increasing number of studies being published on a ketogenic diet. Some of these are even appearing in the most prestigious and conservative nutrition journals.
One such study was recently published in Advances in Nutrition, a journal owned by the American Society for Nutrition. It was a systematic review looking at randomized trials of a ketogenic diet as a treatment for Alzheimer's disease, which is the most common cause of dementia. We're going to get to that study in a minute, but first, a little detour.
There is some evidence to support the notion that dementia can in part be caused by a high carbohydrate diet. An observational study was published back in 2012 in The Journal of Alzheimer's Disease in which 937 elderly people were followed for four years. The median age at the start of the study was 80 years, and at the beginning, all the participants were asked to fill in a diet questionnaire and were also evaluated for cognitive function. Four years later, 200 of the 937 participants had developed some level of cognitive impairment.
In the randomized, controlled clinical trial, all of the volunteers were aged between 50 and 72 and underwent a targeted regime to modulate DNA methylation.
Biological aging is a catch-all term used to describe the cumulative effect of damage and loss of function to our cells, tissues and organs. Horvath's DNAmAge clock is the benchmark for epigenetic research and predicts all-cause mortality and multiple morbidities better than chronological age.

A first-of-its-kind, peer-reviewed study provides scientific evidence that lifestyle and diet changes can deliver immediate and rapid reduction of our biological age. Since aging is the primary driver of chronic disease, this reduction has the power to help us live better, longer.
The study, released on April 12, utilized a randomized controlled clinical trial conducted among 43 healthy adult males between the ages of 50-72. The 8-week treatment program included diet, sleep, exercise and relaxation guidance, and supplemental probiotics and phytonutrients, resulting in a statistically significant reduction of biological age--over three years younger, compared to controls.
The study was independently conducted by the Helfgott Research Institute, with laboratory assistance from Yale University Center for Genome Analysis, and the results independently analyzed at McGill University and the National University of Natural Medicine.
Continuous skin-to-skin contact between infant and mother, or "kangaroo mother care" (KMC), is one of the most effective ways to prevent infant mortality globally. The current recommendation from the World Health Organization (WHO) is that skin-to-skin contact should commence as soon as a low weight baby is sufficiently stable, which for those weighing under 2 kg at birth normally takes several days.

Lisa Shaw was well known in north-east England and had worked for BBC Radio Newcastle since 2015.
The award-winning BBC radio presenter Lisa Shaw died in hospital after suffering blood clots following her AstraZeneca vaccination, her family has said.
The 44-year-old, who was a well-known broadcaster in the north-east of England and had worked for BBC Radio Newcastle since 2015, developed severe headaches a week after having the jab and fell seriously ill a few days later, relatives said in a statement.
Shaw died at the Royal Victoria infirmary in Newcastle on Friday last week after being treated in intensive care for blood clots and bleeding. She was surrounded by family, the statement said.

A new study looking at men who have sex with men (MSM) has shown for the first time that Campylobacter is likely being passed on as a sexually transmitted infection (STI) as well.
Campylobacter is a genus of squiggly bacteria that can cause humans quite a butt-ache. The bacterium is one of the reasons you've been told to make sure poultry is thoroughly cooked before you eat it, and why you are more likely to end up with a bout of gastroenteritis while on holidays.
But even if you're fastidious with cooking your meat and purifying your water, you've probably experienced it at some point in your life. The disease it causes - campylobacteriosis - manifests with diarrhea, stomach cramps, fever and pain, which will usually go away on its own after a few days to a week.
H5N8, a subtype of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (HPAIV), was identified decades ago, but during 2020 a series of emerging and ongoing H5N8 outbreaks in avian populations across dozens of countries have led to the death or slaughter of millions of birds worldwide.
"The affected geographic regions have been expanding continuously, and at least 46 countries have reported highly pathogenic H5N8 AIV outbreaks," virus researchers Weifeng Shi and George F. Gao write in a new perspective article in Science, warning of the dangers of H5N8 if we don't closely monitor and contain this worrisome trend.
