Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is not genetic. Research is showing the incidence is more correlated to excitotoxins and heavy metals which play a critical role in the development of several neurological disorders, especially in North America.
In the last few decades, almost $40 billion has been spent worldwide on trying to develop a breakthrough drug treatment for Alzheimer's, yet no pharmaceutical approach has worked. We could not produce anything that could slow it down, let alone stop the disease, until now where new research into sound waves is being praised as a possible cure.
All life evolved with the electromagnetic frequencies from the sun and the earth, and these frequencies are considered essential to all life. Life itself synchronizes and harmonizes with these frequencies. But what happens when these frequencies are disrupted by modern technology?
With the growing use of energy saving lamps and the development of new lighting technologies, comes the long-term concern that some people who have conditions that react to light might be negatively affected by this shift.
On today's episode of The Health and Wellness Show explored this topic in depth. Zoya's Pet Health Segment lightened up the mood with fun facts about farm animals.

Furthermore, if one Constitutional Amendment is negated, that sets the stage that all can be lost! Ever think of that? Do we want that?
Recently a reader emailed me the Rense.com article "Gun Control Facts You'll Never Hear." Knowing how statistics are spun in general, I began to appreciate there's an agenda for controlling the population's perception and also what's been called "problem-reaction-solution"—the apparent solution being a preprogrammed end result impacting special interests' agendas, e.g., total gun control.
Comment: Even if vaccines don't lead to immediate deaths, the long term negative effects are too numerous to ignore and can lead to a lifetime of pain and suffering for the victims and their families.

Healthcare is often treating the symptoms, not the causes.
In Dr. Epstein's book The 12 Stages of Healing, he discusses the disparity between healing and curing. He says that curing involves the attempt to eliminate the symptoms, while healing is focused on the root problem.
Healing takes part in understanding what feedback the symptoms are giving us, and on integrating, not separating, the symptoms back into the whole. It is a process of awareness and transformation, not avoidance and rejection.
This could increase the risk of type 2 diabetes and of complications relating to the cardiovascular system, say the researchers.
When a person has obesity, their body is no longer able to process blood sugar in the normal way, but this can be reversed if the person loses weight.
Studies suggest that, following a steady rise over 30 years, rates of obesity in the United States are leveling off. At the moment, obesity affects more than 1 in 3 Americans, or around 35 percent of the population.
Type 2 diabetes often occurs alongside obesity. It is sometimes called a lifestyle disease, because it is frequently linked to a poor diet and lack of exercise, and because a change in lifestyle can reduce the chance of developing it.
Comment: The standard American diet is high in sugar. When blood sugar is consistently high, cells stop responding to signals from insulin to take up the excess sugar from the bloodstream. The excess sugar in the bloodstream then causes the problems associated with diabetes.
The book Life Without Bread maps out the dangers of a high sugar/carbohydrate diet and shows how this type of diet is the root cause of all modern illness. We at SOTT recommend a low carbohydrate Paleolithic or ketogenic diet for optimal health.

Mr Kelly restricts his calories and fasts regularly. His only source of carbohydrates are green vegetables. His supplements and therapies cost an estimated £11,000 a year, which are paid for with his disability benefits
Pablo Kelly, 27, was told the tumour in his brain was inoperable and chemotherapy was his only chance at survival. But he decided to reject traditional treatments in favour of a specialist fat-heavy, carb-free diet.
Mr Kelly says he restricts his calories and fasts regularly - while his only source of carbohydrates comes from green vegetables. He does not eat processed foods, refined sugars, root vegetables, starch, breads, or grains.
Two years later, he claims this is the reason he has outlived expectations.
He now believes he is the only person alive diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma multiforme - a terminal brain tumour - who is not having therapy or surgery.

Blocking a single type of immune molecule in the brain of a mouse caused abnormal behavior that would go away once the molecule was restored.
It may not sound like a monumental discovery at first glance, but researchers from the University of Virginia School of Medicine believe that this means that our immune system controls such fundamentals as our desire to interact with others.
The implications go so far as to suggest that immune system problems contribute to an inability to have normal social interactions.
"The brain and the adaptive immune system were thought to be isolated from each other, and any immune activity in the brain was perceived as sign of a pathology. And now, not only are we showing that they are closely interacting, but some of our behavior traits might have evolved because of our immune response to pathogens," explained Jonathan Kipnis, PhD, chairman of UVA's Department of Neuroscience. "It's crazy, but maybe we are just multicellular battlefields for two ancient forces: pathogens and the immune system. Part of our personality may actually be dictated by the immune system."
A controversial bill that will prevent states from creating their own labeling standards for genetically engineered foods has passed the House of Representatives and now heads to President Obama's desk.
On Thursday, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a measure aimed at creating a federal standard for labeling genetically engineered or modified foods. Genetically modified or engineered seeds are engineered to have certain traits, such as resistance to herbicides. The majority of the United States' corn and soybean crops are now GE, including a large portion that is used for animal feed.
Only days after the U.S. Senate passed their version of the bill, the U.S. House passed the bill with a 306 to 117. The bills would put the U.S. Department of Agriculture in charge of establishing "a uniform national disclosure standard for human food that is or may be bioengineered." Critics of a federal standard worry about the USDA being pressured by biotechnology companies that have a close relationship to U.S. regulatory agencies. The proposal would also require companies producing foods with GE ingredients to post a label, including text on package, a symbol, or a link to a website via a QR code or similar technology. The bill will also prevent states and localities from passing their own labeling measures.
Research finds medical marijuana would cut over a billion dollars from prescription medication costs
In fact, drug overdoses by prescription opioids kills more people than suicide, guns or motor vehicle accidents. University of Georgia researchers have now found that implementing medical marijuana could also reduce Medicare costs by billions.
There is an abundance of evidence that the suppression of medical marijuana is one of the greatest failures of a free society, journalistic and scientific integrity as well as our fundamental values. There is no plant on Earth more condemned than marijuana.
There is solid evidence that marijuana is effective at treating one big condition: chronic pain. There is at least a 30% greater improvement in pain with cannabinoid compared with placebo across hundreds of studies.
Some studies have examined the effect of adding a cannabinoid to the regimen of patients with chronic pain who report significant pain despite taking stable doses of potent opioids.
