Provinces of West Azarbaijan, Ilam, Bushehr, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Khuzestan, Fars, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Golestan, Gilan and Mazandaran have been inundated by flood for the past week, Fars news agency quoted Salimi as saying on Sunday.
More than 3,000 flood victims were rescued and many were accommodated, he added.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) Enforcement Department director Azman Mahmood said the rain, which began at about 4pm, saw water build up in the tunnel heading from Jalan Tun Razak towards KLCC and Jalan Loke Yew.
According to Azman, Jalan Wirawati, Jalan Pudu Ulu, Jalan Pudu Perdana, Jalan Cheras and Jalan Kepong were also affected by flash floods.
He said DBKL personnel had been deployed to disperse traffic and divert vehicles away from the affected routes.

It struck at Nov 11, 2018 at 02:03:59 UTZ. USGS reports that this quake event was manually reviewed. USGS alert level for this quake is 'green' which mean an estimate of zero fatalities and less than $1 million in losses.
4 people reported they felt this tremor via the USGS website.
The landslide occurred on 10 November, 2018, in the Boa Esperança Community in Piratininga, Niterói, in metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro. At least 6 houses were destroyed.
The Fire Department reported that 11 people were rescued from the debris. It is feared the deaths could rise and rescue workers are continuing to searching for survivors.
Heavy rain has been falling in the area over the last few days. Civil defence in the city (Proteção e Defesa Civil da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro) received 135 calls for assistance between 07 and 09 November due to heavy rains in the city.

Ski area officials say they've had 81 inches of snow this year which is the best start to in its 81-year history.
Since opening for the season in October, much more terrain is now ready for skiers and snowboarders. Lift 2 opened on Friday which leads to Tango Road and Turtle Creek. Lift 6 opened on Saturday.
