A video posted on social media shows a powerful flood sweeping away several houses on hilly terrain. A fire truck is seen driving away from the flood, while a firefighter runs for his life.

Floodwaters almost submerge a ferry bridge in Rong'an county in Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, on Friday.
According to Chinese media, nearly 7 million people were affected by the floods. 24 people were reported dead or missing. The floods have washed away more than 6,000 homes, and caused an immediate economic loss of nearly $2 billion across the country.
And Chinese state media reported that in Heilongjiang province alone, floods affected more than 42,000 people, and forced nearly 20,000 people to flee.
And its neighbor, Inner Mongolia, lost more than 12 thousand hectares of food crops in just one city.
Floods affected a total of 70,300 hectares of crops and left 156 houses collapsed and 219 damaged, resulting in direct economic losses of 1.04 billion yuan (about 160.68 million U.S. dollars), said the headquarters.
The province has relocated 63,000 people to protect them from rain-triggered floods.
To cope with the flooding, Jiangxi has allocated 6 million yuan of funds for emergency management.
According to the provincial weather authority, Jiangxi's precipitation will weaken on Saturday, with the hot and sunny weather gradually returning.
The sudden downpour in Edirne at around 19.30 affected life negatively. In the city, where the air temperature was 33 degrees, the hail and thunderstorms that followed the strong wind were effective in a short time. A person walking on the road on Çokalca Cami Street in Nişancıpaşa Mahallesi was flooded. The person who was dragged by the flood waters held onto the natural gas pipe of an apartment and remained in this state for a while. Later, the person who left his hands and was dragged by the flood waters was rescued by the citizens who saw him and taken to Trakya University Medical Faculty Hospital. The unconscious person was treated.
A surge of water levels in several local rivers has been documented in Sochi. According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry's directorate for the Krasnodar Region, the downpour caused trees to collapse, the roof of an apartment building suffered damage, and a hospital was hit by flooding.
"The situation with the flooding of technical facilities in the basement and on the ground floor of City Hospital Number 3 in Khosta (a district in Sochi — TASS) is under the control of emergency workers, there is no threat to the lives and health of patients and hospital personnel, the water is subsiding," the mayor revealed.
Images on social media showed multiple streets of the Scottish capital awash with rain which also crept into homes, bars, businesses - and appeared to seep into a brand new shopping centre.
Emergency services attended some incidents including under one bridge in Chesser, where the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service could be seen helping vehicles which were stuck in the flooding.
A couple were also pictured by Dr Eoin Plant-O'Toole stuck at a bus stop on Roseburn Terrace where what he described as a "river" had formed.

Norwegian broadcaster NRK said more than 800 lightning strikes were recorded in the area Sunday afternoon and early evening
Benedicte Myrset, 18, and 12-year-old Victoria Myrset from Oslo, were struck by lightning in the mountainous area of Hareid on Sunday.
They were on the Melshorn mountain, a popular destination, when the accident happened.
Officials in Hareid said a third person, also a sister in the same family but who was not named, was injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
Mash, an aircraft passenger, stated, " We were heading to Moscow from Chelyabinsk on July 03 evening. The aircraft gained altitude when it suddenly found itself in a zone of turbulence and experienced a hail storm. But despite the broken windows, the pilots successfully landed the plane in Moscow and almost on time."
As a result, the aircraft from Chelyabinsk arrived 19 minutes delayed at Domodedovo - at 22:54.
