A sea turtle is found dead along frozen waters in Cape Cod Bay in Massachusetts around 6 a.m. Friday.
On Wednesday morning, 87 turtles were found washed ashore, but most survived. The 82 sea turtles found on Thursday morning were not so lucky. Since late October, over 400 cold-stunned turtles have been reported, according to Jennette Kerr, Communications Coordinator of the Massachusetts Audubon Society's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.

At Arapahoe Basin, they opened their Pali Lift which 8″ of new snow; 10″ total from the storm.
Keystone and Breckenridge reported 4-5″ of fresh snow with more expected.
The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said it lifted the heavy snow warning at 9:40 a.m., some three hours after it first issued the notice.
It said Seoul saw a record 8.8 centimeters of snow as of 10:00 a.m., outnumbering the earlier record of 4.5 cm tallied in 1990.
The KMA started to compile related data in 1981.

In South Australia, 40,000 properties were left without power and several homes were damaged as wind gusts of over 100 kilometres per hour hit on Wednesday night.
Victoria also saw severe thunderstorms, with the State Emergency Service reporting it had received over 750 calls for assistance by Tuesday night.
On Thursday morning, South East Queensland was hit with a band of gusty storms, storm warnings were issued for the Northern Territory, and parts of Tasmania were on flood watch and damaging wind warnings were issued.
In New South Wales, a dust storm travelled across the state from west of Broken Hill to Sydney.
"Atlantic walruses are still considered endangered species. Their population decreased initially because of intensive exploitation. For instance, they have not appeared in the White Sea since the 18th century. However, our records indicate that walruses returned to the White Sea, which most likely signals a positive dynamic," Agafonov said.
It is currently prohibited to hunt Atlantic walruses. When it comes to Pacific walruses whose population is currently estimated at 200,000 animals, only indigenous peoples are allowed to hunt them in limited quantities, Agafonov noted.
Zagreb, Karlovac, Gorski Kotar, Lika, Slavonia and central and northwestern Croatia woke to snow on Tuesday as temperatures dropped to around 0°C.
Snow and strong winds have caused problems on the roads also on Tuesday, especially for trucks with a number of roads closed for heavy vehicles.
The most snow has fallen in Delnice in the Gorski Kotar region where 17 centimetres fell by 7 am this morning. In Slunj there were 15 centimetres of snow, whilst Sisak had 5 centimetres, Slavonski Brod and Bjelovar 2 centimetres and Zagreb 1 centimetre, Vecernji list reports.
The three-storey property on Cornwall's Lizard Peninsula was hit just after 11:30 GMT, with the blaze spreading from the roof to the top floor of the building.
No-one was injured in the blaze, in the village of Ponsongath, near Coverack, which caused extensive damage to the top of the house.
Fire crews attended amid storms which swept across the South West.
"We did have warnings of quite severe thunderstorms in the area which last throughout the whole weekend, but it is very unusual for a strike to cause a fire," Gary Rich from Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said.
"When the crews arrived within five or ten minutes of the call the roof was well alight."

At one point early Thursday morning, 11 of Canada's 13 provincial and territorial capitals were experiencing below-freezing temperatures. The exceptions were St. John's, N.L. - which just barely snuck above freezing at 0.1 C - and Victoria, where it was a balmy 8 C.
Record-breaking cold was reported in dozens of communities across Eastern Canada, including Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. Environment Canada said more than 20 communities in Ontario experienced temperatures Thursday morning colder than they had ever recorded on Nov. 22.
In Toronto, a temperature of -15.4 C was recorded at Buttonville Municipal Airport, breaking the previous daily record of -14.1 C from 2008.
