In the County of Sibiu, situated in the Central part of Romania, the first snow fell on the road works snow removal equipment. This was informed in the Office of County transport.
"In the highways of the County on Tuesday morning the snow thickness in some places is 6 cm", - stated in the message.

Forecasters warned that the storm will last until Friday, September 28.
Snow fell on Pip Ivan of the Chornohora mountain range on the border with Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia regions, the Chornohora range search and rescue post reported on the Facebook page.
"As of 7:20 am, September 25, it was snowing on Pip Ivan Mountain in the Carpathians. The wind was 5-6 m / s. The temperature was -5°C," the report reads.
As Ukrinform reported, ground frosts and wind gusts up to 20 m / s are expected in Ukraine in the coming days.
At 2056 metres, Botev Peak is not among the top 10 highest mountain peaks in Bulgaria.
After a cold front entered the region, Bulgaria saw drastically dropping temperatures and strong winds that caused damage in several parts of the country.

In Arlington, Texas, authorities are investigating the death of a 23-year-old man who was swept off a bridge near the University of Texas at Arlington campus. His body was recovered about 2 a.m. Saturday. His identity has not been released.
More than 8 inches of rain fell at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport between Friday and Saturday, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Tom Bradshaw, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Fort Worth, told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that Friday night's rain set a new record for the wettest September in the area. The previous record, 10.8 inches of rain throughout the month, was set in 1932. After Friday's rain, this September has seen 11.03 inches of rain so far.
The sinkholes are thought to have been caused by the partial collapse of an old mine beneath Magheracloone Mitchells GAA club.
Large fissures in the pitch and cracks in the clubhouse are evident in pictures posted on social media.

An investigation is under way after part of a disused mine collapsed in Co Monaghan.
In a statement issued this afternoon, Monaghan County Council said the subsidence occurred overnight and that a section of the main Carrickmacross/Kingscourt road (R179) will remain closed over the next 48 hours with diversions in place.
A geological team is due to arrive at the site tomorrow morning to determine the scale of the subsidence and the risk of a recurring event in the area, the statement added.
Gyproc, which runs a gypsum mine in Co Monaghan, confirmed that it is investigating the case.
The company said it is still assessing the current situation with the assistance of geological teams to ascertain both the reason for, and the extent of, the subsidence.
The interior secretary of Michoacan state told the Milenio television network that five bodies have been found so far. Pascual Sigala said emergency personnel were still working to find nine people reported as missing.
Earlier, a state official who was not authorized to be quoted by name said the dead include two children.
The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration reported stretches of 17 different roads were underwater.
Pattaya and Bang Lamung districts in Chon Buri were also hit by torrential rain on Sunday. The downpour started around 1pm and lasted about two hours, flooding numerous roads and causing traffic congestion.
Pattaya's Beach Road, including the Walking Street section, saw water levels rise to between 30 and 50 centimetres. Officials and volunteers helped move stalled cars to higher ground.
