Gruesome video shows the birds lying on the ground, dying or dead, says HK News.
It reports that most of the birds have smashed straight into transparent glass windows before plummeting to their deaths onto concrete at the base of the brick residential building.
6.3-magnitude earthquake hits Salta, Argentina - 2nd powerful quake for the province within 31 hours
The epicenter, with a depth of 147.79 km, was initially determined to be at 24.3785 degrees south latitude and 67.0533 degrees west longitude.
According to the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ), the quake hit on Tuesday 1 December 2020 at 7.54 am local time at a great depth of 585 km. The strength of the earthquake may have been tempered by its relative great depth below the surface, which makes it feel weaker in absolute terms.
The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
Our monitoring service identified a second report from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) which listed the quake at magnitude 6.4. Other agencies reporting the same quake include Geoscience Australia (GeoAu) at magnitude 6.4, Italy's National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) at magnitude 6.3, and European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) at magnitude 6.0.

Apart from this very deep Russian earthquake, other seismic and volcanic activity around this time include:
- M3.7 earthquake hits Burladingen, Germany
- Shallow 5.9 magnitude earthquake shakes the northern Argentine province of Salta
- Very shallow magnitude 3.1 quake hits 40 km south of Tarbes, France
- Explosions at Volcan De Fuego, Guatemala
- Large ash content erupts from Ile Lewotolok volcano in Indonesia
Epicenter near Burladingen
The center of the quake with a magnitude of 3.7 was west of Burladingen in the Zollernalb district , as reported by the Southwest earthquake service . The tremors at 0.25 a.m. were believed to have been felt within a radius of 30 kilometers.
No major damage or injuries
The situation center of the Ministry of the Interior in Baden-Württemberg reported several worried calls from the region. A crack in a street was also reported. According to initial findings, there was no major damage or even injuries. There are always minor tremors in the area. The Swiss earthquake service THZ Zurich even reported a strength of 4.1.
At 02:59 local time, the earthquake service reported a weaker earthquake near Albstadt with a strength of 1.8.
The National Institute of Seismic Prevention of Argentina specified in a report that the earthquake was registered today at 1:40 p.m. local time (16:40 GMT), with its epicenter at Jump, 177 kilometers north of the provincial capital, 106 kilometers north of San Salvador De Jujuy and 34 kilometers east of Humahuaca, at a depth of 17 kilometers.

The forecast heat map for the first day of summer with a renewed heatwave across inland eastern Australia
Sydney CBD surpassed 40 degrees Celsius (104 F) on Saturday while swathes of western New South Wales, South Australia and northern Victoria baked through even higher temperatures nearing 45 degrees.
Temperatures are expected to cross 40 degrees for a second straight day on Sunday while the Bureau of Meteorology has predicted a five or six-day heatwave for parts of northern New South Wales and southeast Queensland.
Cyclone Nivar made landfall to the north of Puducherry on 26 November 2020, causing severe wind damage and some flooding in low-lying areas of Tamil Nadu, including Chennai.
Nivar also brought heavy rainfall to parts of Andhra Pradesh, where flooding has affected Chittoor, Nellore and Kadapa districts. Six flood-related fatalities were reported in Chittoor district and 2 in Kadapa.
X-rays and UV radiation from the flare ionized the top of Earth's atmosphere, producing a shortwave radio blackout over the South Atlantic: map. Ham radio operators and mariners may have noticed strange propagation effects at frequencies below 20 MHz, with some transmissions below 10 MHz completely extinquished.
Remarkably, this flare was even bigger than it seems. The blast site is located just behind the sun's southeastern limb. As a result, the explosion was partially eclipsed by the body of the sun. It might have been an X-class event.
The flare also hurled a significant coronal mass ejection (CME) into space, shown here in a coronagraph movie from the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO).
