A "river of ice" - Cardston in Alberta hit with brief but intense hail storm

hail
Residents and business owners in Cardston are dealing with the aftermath of a severe hail storm.

Public Works Foreman at the Town of Cardston LeNark Duce says the first hailstone dropped around 8:00 pm and, thankfully, the storm only lasted about 20 minutes.

"The hail knocked so much debris into the streets and the water was rushing - it plugged all the storm drains and so they couldn't even start to keep up. It was so much water to start with that it would've been hard to keep up with anyways."

Water and hail flowed throughout the town, flooding numerous homes and businesses.

A huge ball of fire visible for miles across the Caspian Sea
So many strange incidents of collapse and fire across the planet all in the same weeks, so it makes me wonder if its related to the solar system's second magnetic field forming. What if Ley Lines or Veins of Minerals began to vibrate faster and heat up?

Another bogus climate report blames global 'cooling' on global 'warming'

ozone, sun
Despite a ban on ozone depleting gases -such as CFC and HCFC refrigerants, and recent reports that the ozone hole is diminishing- a new study from an international team of scientists claims that global warming is leading to greater ozone losses.

The research argues that extremely low winter temperatures high in the atmosphere over the Arctic are becoming more frequent and more extreme because of climate patterns associated with global warming.

In a perfect example of what George Orwell called Doublethink the AGW party is claiming that global 'warming' can also mean global 'cooling' — i.e. that your CO2 emissions (i.e. your existence) are responsible for ALL things climate; even the stark cooling we've witnessed since 2016.

The paper goes on, stating that these extreme low temperatures are said to be causing reactions with the remaining ozone depleting chemicals and leading to greater ozone losses.

Woman found dead in Florida pond had injuries consistent with alligator attack

gator
A Florida woman found dead in a Hillsborough County retention pond had injuries consistent with an alligator attack, the sheriff's office said.

The woman was found Sunday after deputies were called to a pond behind the Landing Bar and Grill in Valrico, about 20 miles east of Tampa. An underwater recovery team with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office assisted in recovering the body, a news release stated.

The sheriff's office said the pond is known to be frequented by alligators. A cause of death remains under investigation, but authorities said the woman "did appear to suffer injuries consistent with an alligator attack."

Family members of the woman told NBC affiliate WFLA of Tampa that the woman was 29 years old and would often go for a swim in the pond. They said they are "in grief" over her death.

Over 710,000 lightning bolts strike Western Canada in 15 hours

710,117 lightning strikes in western Canada in 15 hours

710,117 lightning strikes in western Canada in 15 hours
Typically associated with milder weather, Western Canada is currently suffering a dangerous heatwave, which is being exacerbated by relentless wildfires.

Record temperatures have hit the Pacific Northwest, and with the devastating wildfires increasing in numbers, ninety percent of a small village of about 250 people in British Columbia, Lytton has been burned to the ground after recording Canada's highest ever temperature of 121 Fahrenheit (49.6 degrees Celsius).

The wildfires have spawned enormous clouds that have swept throughout the area, resulting in more than 710,000 lightning strikes in one night. These stormy clouds, known as cumulonimbus flammagenitus, form over a source of heat and pump out an intense shower of lightning strikes, potentially fueling the flames even more.

Ok, so now that I've picked my jaw up off the ground...
Yesterday was a terrible #pyroCB #lightning event in #BCwx and into #ABwx. Between 3pm June 30 and 6am July 1 (Pacific Time), the North American Lightning Detection Network detected 710,117 total lightning events. pic.twitter.com/Wj6nMHrcOX
