According to the spokesperson, there has also been an impact on the energy sector, with communication lines disrupted or conditioned, and homes flooded or destroyed.

Forecasters said they were monitoring two tornadic rotations including one in Crawford County Ohio and a stronger one in northern Ashland County.

The weather service warned that the threat of a few tornadoes was "likely." Forecasters also said scattered wind gusts up to 70 mph and hail the size of tennis balls are also possible.

Lahaina, Hawaii; Valparaiso, Chile; and the Texas Panhandle were been hit by wildfires with suspicious origins, unusual patterns of spread, and extremely destructive effects. Theories and speculation took over social networks: from arson to Directed Energy Weapons. But to what end? Land grab, to instill fear in the population? Only time will tell.
"I have witnessed and observed some extraordinary damage in our state. Could be caused by hurricanes or tornadoes, and frequently when you see the aftermath of that damage, there's some symbol as of a structure that is still there.

When you look at the damages that have occurred here, it's just gone. Completely gone. Nothing left but ashes on the ground.

Some early, and I will categorize as premature assessments, show that there are about 400 to 500 structures that have been destroyed. There's no way to say for certainty that's gonna be the final number because there's still the ongoing assessment process." - Texas Governor, Greg Abbott.
We have seen signs of systematic sabotage by the globalist elites against farmland, farmers, and food production infrastructure in recent years, could this be part of it?

Meanwhile, unusually cold temperatures and snowfall for February hit a significant portion of the Northern Hemisphere:
  • Xinjiang, China: Harshest cold spell in over six decades - -63.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mongolia: 90% of the country is affected by harsh winter conditions.
  • Himachal Pradesh, India: 2 feet of snow in 24 hours - Almost 600 roads blocked.
  • Jammu and Kashmir, India: 3 feet of snow in 48 hours.
  • Gangwon, South Korea: Record snow cover - 2 feet.
  • The Alps - 2 feet of snow in 24 hours.
  • Utah, US: 30 inches of new snow in 3 days.
  • Flagstaff, Arizona, US: 2 feet of snow in 3 days.

Two tourists killed in landslide that swept away villa in Bali, Indonesia

nnnnnnnnn
Two tourists, including an Australian woman, have been killed on the Indonesian resort island of Bali after heavy rain triggered a landslide that swept away their villa, an official said on Thursday.

Large areas of the archipelago of 17,000 islands are prone to flooding and landslides during the wet season which starts around November.

The wooden villa in Jatiluwih village on the popular tourist island was hit by the landslide on Thursday morning after a downpour in the area the previous night, local disaster mitigation agency official I Nyoman Srinadha Giri told AFP.

The intense rain eroded water canals used for irrigation that sit above the villa and triggered the landslide, killing the two, according to the official.

Flooding inundates Semarang's Old Town, railway station in Indonesia

nnnn
A torrential downpour in Semarang, the provincial capital of Central Java, has caused severe flooding, which has inundated major parts of the city including the Old Town area and the nearby Tawang Station.

In the Old Town, which is home to many colonial-era buildings, flooding to a depth of 50 centimeters has prevented motorists from traversing the area.

The flooding has also submerged parts of Tawang Station, prompting state railway operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) to reroute journeys away from the station.

Operations at the city's other railway station Poncol, which handles mostly economy-class passengers, are not affected by the flooding.

"We still have inundation going on right now. This is because of the high level of rainfall," chief of the Semarang Police traffic division Adj. Sr. Comr. Yunaldi said, as quoted by Antara.

Flash flooding has swamped the streets of the city of Herat in Afghanistan, killing at least five people and causing widespread damage, according to a local imam.

"The house's upper floor was already cracked because of an earthquake in October, so the second floor was already damaged, but last night's rain made the house collapse," a man whose neighbours' house was destroyed tells AFP.

Three Sperm Whales left stranded on a beach close to Spurn Point in Yorkshire have died. Yorkshire Wildlife Trust has said they are "very sad" to hear of the deaths of the Sperm Whales, which took place near to Skeffling, East Yorkshire.

They described them as "beautiful" creatures which can easily get into trouble in shallower waters in the North Sea. According to the Trust, they have now offered their support to the British Divers Marine Rescue group and they have also paid tribute to their quick response.

It is currently unclear why the whales became stranded although it is not the first such case in recent times. Last year a Fin Whale died on the shores of Bridlington after getting stranded. A spokesperson for Yorkshire Wildlife Trust said: "We're very sad to hear about the stranding and subsequent death of these sperm whales on the Humber shore, away from Spurn National Nature Reserve near the neighbouring village of Skeffling.

Baby dead after being attacked by dog in East Hartford, Connecticut

dog attack
A 1-year-old has died after being attacked by a dog in East Hartford on Wednesday, according to police.

The child was bitten several times at a home on Fuller Avenue, police said. The baby was taken to the hospital where they ultimately died.

Two dogs have since been removed from the home and they are being quarantined, police said. One of the dogs was the primary aggressor, police said Thursday morning.

Authorities are not releasing the small child's name out of respect for the family.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and loved ones as they mourn their loss. May they find solace and strength during this challenging time," the police department said.

The investigation remains ongoing.
