Earth Changes
For several nights now, citizens have been claiming to hear different quasi-apocalyptic sounds from the skies of different cities around the world. Argentina is no stranger to this phenomenon that occurs mainly in countries that go through quarantines in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
The explanations are not very reliable. From supposed "sky-bikes", a kind of collision of hot and cold air masses to radio frequencies that propagate in the ether.

Several hundred seal carcasses have been found in Cape Breton and Sambro, N.S.
Andrew Reid, the society's response co-ordinator, said it has received a number of reports over the last week about juvenile seal carcasses washing ashore in Cape Breton and Sambro, N.S., just outside Halifax.
Reid said there are believed to be several hundred dead seals in total, including roughly 70 in the Sambro area.
Eleven washed up on Geoffrey Howard's family property in West Pennant, just outside of Sambro. He said he went out to look after hearing his neighbour counted 27 along the shoreline on his property.
"The incident occurred in Khwaja Sima village of Tolak district Saturday. Three houses were destroyed and an unknown number of people went missing as villagers were still searching for them late in the day," provincial Governor Ghulam Nasir Khaze told Xinhua.
The bodies of the victims were recovered from debris.
Streams of lava emerged from the Klyuchevskoy volcano, which has been seen sending huge flames and clouds of black smoke high into the sky, a video recorded by the Kamchatka geophysical service shows.
"The electrical storm had already passed through our area. These sprites were about 200 miles away, across the state line," he says. "After being stuck in the house for weeks, it was nice to be out and smelling the canola blooms."
Sprites are an exotic form of upward directed lightning. They often appear above the strongest thunderstorms, reaching their red tendrils up toward the edge of space. Last weekend's Easter storms likely produced a great number of sprites. Smith was perfectly positioned to photograph them--"I was just far enough away to see over the cloudtops," he explains.
At least nine people including two children were killed and 13 others injured in separate incidents of lightning strikes in Sylhet, Sunamganj, Netrokona, and Habiganj on Saturday.
In Sylhet, a father and son were killed and 10 others injured while harvesting paddy and being hit by lightning on Saturday in Kalaruka haor of Sadar upazila.
The deceased were Shomser Ali, 58, and his son Saiful, 12.
Sylhet Metropolitan police's Additional Deputy Commissioner Jedan Al Musa confirmed the matter.
The deceased are Jyothi (28), Madamma (62) and Mari (27).
All three hail from Pappireddipatti in Dharmapuri of Tamil Nadu.
The mishap occurred when they were collecting firewood in an estate belonging to Gajendra Hebbar.
They had come for work in the estate five months ago.
The increasing activity was recorded on Friday morning at around 6 a.m., the Volcanology and Geological Hazard Mitigation Center (PVMBG) confirmed, citing that the mountain had persistently erupted and expelled lava from its crater since the beginning of April.

Comment: With the surge in sightings of red sprites in recent years (which are still considered 'rare' by some) it seems more clues as to the electrical nature of our weather is becoming more apparent:
