The World for People who Think

Secret History

From PSYOP to MindWar

Dr. Strangelove
"MindWar must be strategic in emphasis, with tactical applications playing a reinforcing, supplementary role. In its strategic context, MindWar must reach out to friends, enemies, and neutrals alike across the globe...through the media possessed by the United States which have the capabilities to reach virtually all people on the face of the Earth...State of the art developments in satellite communication, video recording techniques, and laser and optical transmission of broadcasts make possible a penetration of the minds of the world such as would have been inconceivable just a few years ago. Like the sword of Excalibur, we have but to reach out and seize this tool; and it can transform the world for us if we have the courage and integrity to enhance civilization with it. If we do not accept Excalibur, then we relinquish our ability to inspire foreign cultures with our morality. If they can then desire moralities unsatisfactory to us, we have no choice but to fight them on a more brutish level."

- "From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory" by Col. Paul Vallely and Maj. Michael Aquino, a document written to increase the influence of the "spoon-benders" in the U.S. military.
About one year ago, the U.S. military conducted a simulation of a "limited" nuclear exchange with...Russia. This was strange news on several accounts. For one, this sort of thing is not typically announced in the candid detail U.S. defense secretary Mark Esper described to journalists, giddy that he got to "play himself" in this war game scenario as if he were preparing for a Hollywood movie doing his best John Wayne impression: "If you got them by the balls their hearts and minds will follow."

However, the most concerning revelation of this simulated exercise was the announcement to the American people that "it might be possible to fight, and win, a battle with nuclear weapons, without the exchange leading to an all-out-world-ending conflict."

Gender differences in diets of ancient Romans revealed in new analysis of Pompeii skeletons

Archaeologists examined skeletal remains at Herculaneum - which was buried under volcanic ash and pumice by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79
Roman men and women in the ancient Italian town of Herculaneum - which was buried under volcanic ash and pumice by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79 - had very different diets, a new study shows.

Researchers led by the University of York found that access to food in the ill-fated settlement 'was differentiated according to gender'.

The experts used a new approach to analyse amino acids, the building blocks of proteins, from 17 adult skeletons - 11 men and six women - originally found in Herculaneum in the eruption's aftermath.

Peter Beinart's New York Times essay "America Needs to Start Telling the Truth About Israel's Nukes" earlier this month caused a firestorm. In it, Beinart noted how the prevalence of US "lies of omission" allow policymakers and politicians to pretend Israel does not have nuclear weapons. This in turn generates the false narrative that Iran's nuclear program could initiate a Middle East nuclear arms race. Beinart laments how US deceptions about Israel's nuclear arsenal undermine America's self-proclaimed status as a champion of non-proliferation.

What Beinart did not appear to know - until educated by Twitter users - is what machinery keeps the US in lockstep with Israeli so-called "nuclear ambiguity" and why it exists.

saur revolution afghanistan

The real popular revolution in Afghanistan took place in 1978. Everything since then has been US-led efforts to counter it by supporting far-right radical Islamism...
As a tsunami of crocodile tears engulfs Western politicians, history is suppressed. More than a generation ago, Afghanistan won its freedom, which the United States, Britain and their "allies" destroyed.

In 1978, a liberation movement led by the People's Democratic Party of Afghanistan (PDPA) overthrew the dictatorship of Mohammad Dawd, the cousin of King Zahir Shah. It was an immensely popular revolution that took the British and Americans by surprise.

Foreign journalists in Kabul, reported The New York Times, were surprised to find that "nearly every Afghan they interviewed said [they were] delighted with the coup." The Wall Street Journal reported that "150,000 persons ... marched to honor the new flag ... the participants appeared genuinely enthusiastic."

The Washington Post reported that "Afghan loyalty to the government can scarcely be questioned." Secular, modernist and, to a considerable degree, socialist, the government declared a program of visionary reforms that included equal rights for women and minorities. Political prisoners were freed and police files publicly burned.

The British-American coup that ended Australian independence

Prime minister Gough Whitlam watches ACTU president Bob Hawke drink beer from a yard glass Melbourne, Australia, 1972.
In 1975 prime minister Gough Whitlam, who has died this week, dared to try to assert his country's autonomy. The CIA and MI6 made sure he paid the price

Across the media and political establishment in Australia, a silence has descended on the memory of the great, reforming prime minister Gough Whitlam. His achievements are recognised, if grudgingly, his mistakes noted in false sorrow. But a critical reason for his extraordinary political demise will, they hope, be buried with him.

Australia briefly became an independent state during the Whitlam years, 1972-75. An American commentator wrote that no country had "reversed its posture in international affairs so totally without going through a domestic revolution". Whitlam ended his nation's colonial servility. He abolished royal patronage, moved Australia towards the Non-Aligned Movement, supported "zones of peace" and opposed nuclear weapons testing.

How China's Gorbachev Was Flushed in 1989

Soros Kissenger
Next time you hear that China is the cause of your problems, take a step back and ask yourself why Soros isn't allowed into their country, even though he is running yours.

To this day, many people are still unclear as to the nefarious role that Hungarian mega speculator-turned philanthropist-turned color revolutionary George Soros has played in international affairs over the past 40 years. Sadly, many of those who have woken to the systematic carnage created by the elderly sociopath tend to make the mistake of either 1) assuming that the man has run an international conspiracy to rid the world of nation states all by himself or 2) believe him to be a stooge for the "evil Chinese Communist Party" which seeks to overthrow the western Christian-based order.

A recent short video which opened Mike Lindell's recent Cyber security symposium was brought to my attention recently which encapsulated this belief and has been amplified across nearly all conservative press over the recent year. The trope has taken many forms and has been spread widely among a certain category of conservative-minded citizens of western nations who recognize that a disturbing global behavior-modification program is afoot which threatens to uproot thousands of years of traditional values.

The problem with those who acknowledge the existence of conspiracies to dismantle nation states and enslave much of the world population is not that they are wrong to be paranoid, or even that a color revolution just transpired within the USA itself. However, by deflecting attention away from the causal hand of British intelligence which has been at the heart of nearly every major historic manipulation suffered by the USA from 1776-present, China has been made to appear as some shadowy global supervillain using their Soros-affiliated assets managing the western deep state in the pursuit of global hegemony and the overthrow of "Christian values".

August 17, 1970 was a day of tragedy in Omaha, Nebraska

Patrolman Larry Minard, his killer Duane Peak, and Black Panther leaders Edward Poindexter and David Rice (Wopashitwe Mondo Eyen we Langa) who were sentenced to life in prison.
August 17, 1970, was a day of tragedy in Omaha, Nebraska. Patrolman Larry Minard, answering a 911 call about a woman screaming in a vacant house was killed when a suitcase bomb exploded. Buried on what should have been his 30th birthday, Minard left a widow with five young children.

The crime demanded punishment and simultaneously three different law enforcement agencies; the Federal Bureau of Investigation; Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms Division; and the Omaha Police Department took steps to pin the crime on Edward Poindexter and David Rice [Wopashite Mondo Eyen we Langa] for their leadership of the Black Panther Party affiliate group, the National Committee to Combat Fascism.

Lack of meat in diet of 14th-century monks may have caused digestive issues

Muchelney Abbey

Muchelney Abbey in Somerset, where the English Heritage historian Michael Carter has based his research.
It may sit in an idyllic spot overlooking the Somerset Levels, but as it turns out things weren't always so heavenly at Muchelney Abbey.

That's because new research has revealed that the abbey had a dedicated toilet block, which proved crucial in the 14th century after meat was introduced into monks' diets.

Comment: Note the original title of this article in another publication was 'meat rich diet caused monks digestive troubles', except they ate meat only twice a week. If eating meat twice a week or more caused digestive issues, our species would probably have died out a long time ago. Science has shown that our brains needed animal fat to evolve, and even now we need it to function optimally.

It caused bouts of flatulence, constipation and diarrhoea, experts said, and no doubt plenty of misery among the medieval inhabitants who had to put up with it.

The changes came about following a relaxation in Papal law in 1336, allowing monks to consume meat twice a week as long as it was not eaten in the refectory.

Comment: So we're none the wiser as to what really was going on with their health, maybe years of an intentionally austere diet meant that, when they were finally able, they were simply incapable of digesting proper foods? People report similar issues when transitioning to to paleo, keto and carnivore diets. What is clear is that the monks were living through tumultuous times; times about which there is much we still have yet to learn.

Unusual partially mummified body discovered in Pompeii provides 'first clear evidence' Greek language was included in performances

The tomb of Marcus Venerius Secundio
The Roman city of Pompeii was famously destroyed by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in August 79 CE. However, the deadly blanket of ash and pumice that fell on the city preserved its remains, including its inhabitants, allowing archaeological investigations centuries later to continue to reveal details about this incredible city. The latest discovery is a tomb dating from the last decade of Pompeii containing the unusual discovery of the partially mummified remains of a man.

This finding, by the Archaeological Park of Pompeii and the European University of Valencia, is very unusual as it was customary at the time to bury children and cremate adults. The burial chamber includes a marble slab with the name Marcus Venerius Secundio, believed to be the identity of the body found. Analysis of the bones suggests he was over 60 years old.

The mummified remains are in an incredible state of preservation, with hair and an ear still visible.

Comment: It's easy to forget just how many details about the past we don't know and it's discoveries like this that reveal we have still so much to learn: Also check out SOTT radio's:

Archaeologists reveal origins of famous Arthur's Stone monument

Arthur's Table
© The University of Manchester
Archaeologists from the Universities of Manchester and Cardiff have discovered the origins of Arthur's Stone, one of the UK's most famous Stone Age monuments.

Manchester's Professor Julian Thomas, who led the excavation, says the imposing Herefordshire tomb is linked to nearby 'halls of the dead', which were discovered in 2013 by a team led by Professor Thomas.

It is the first time the construction - which inspired the 'stone table' in C.S. Lewis' The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe - has been properly excavated.

Dating to the Neolithic period in 3700BC, Arthur's Stone is located on a lonely hilltop outside of the village of Dorstone, facing the Black Mountains in south Wales.

Archaeologists always assumed that its massive capstone raised on a series of supporting stones and lesser chamber with a right-angled passage had stood within a wedge-shaped stone cairn, similar to those found in the Cotswolds and South Wales. However, Professor Thomas and Cardiff's Prof Keith Ray showed the monument originally extended into a field immediately to the south of the tomb.

Arthur's Stone is a scheduled monument cared for by English Heritage. The excavations took place in an area to the south of the burial chamber, outside of the area of guardianship.

They found that the tomb had first been a long mound composed of stacked turf, retained by a palisade of upright posts set in a narrow palisade surrounding the mound. However, when the posts rotted away and the mound had collapsed, an avenue of larger posts were added, leading toward the mound from the Golden Valley below.
