Two McDonald's customers are suing the burger chain, alleging they were forced to pay for cheese they didn't want on their Quarter Pounders and Double Quarter Pounders.
The diners say they have to spend 30 to 90 cents for slices of cheese they don't want and must ask to have excluded from their burger orders, according to documents filed In the lawsuit seeking class-action status in federal court in Florida this month.
Defendants Cynthia Kissner and Leonard Werner say in their suit that they were forced to order the McDonald's Quarter Pounders with cheese - and then had to remove the offending slices. Store and drive-through signs have been changed to omit the cheese-free options.
The lawsuit accuses the Oak Brook, Ill.-based fast-food giant of breaking antitrust laws by creating what's called an "illegal tying arrangement" and says what it's doing is unfair deceptive and misleading.
"I have a feeling ABC will not be asking on its nightly news program tonight how Disney can make $9 billion in profits while three-quarters of Disneyland employees can't afford basic living expenses," Sanders wrote on Twitter.
Why exactly this type of whiny, ultimatum inducing behavior would make citizens of a non-Islamic nation care how its Muslim residents feel is unclear. What is clear, however, is that this type of intrusive behavior from Muslim immigrants helps to explain British citizens unwillingness to remain in the European Union.
The U of M is the first college in the country to ensure students who qualify for the Folds of Honor scholarship will not have to pay a dime for their education.
"I'm excited for Memphis to be spearheading something as exciting news," said Celeste Von Ahnen, who lives in Memphis.
The details of the program are not entirely finalized, but a university spokesperson told FOX13 in a statement that, "there will be a possible cap on how many will be admitted and that it is only for Tennessee residents."
News that a Soviet military pilot, who went missing after his plane was shot down in Afghanistan, is still alive made headlines in Russia on Friday. The chief of the Russian Paratrooper Union, Valery Vostrotin, refrained from naming the aviator for ethical reasons.
The Russian Embassy in Kabul confirmed to RT Russian that a person calling himself a former Soviet pilot was discovered, but said his identity is yet to be established.
Komsomolskaya Pravda reported that the mission pilot was First Lieutenant Sergey Pantelyuk, who didn't return from a combat mission in 1987. Pantelyuk's daughter Larisa told the paper that Sergey's disappearance was a tremendous blow for her mother. "My mom's hair went grey in an instant when she learned that my dad went missing in Afghanistan. She never married again and kept waiting for him."
Luton Crown Court Judge Nic Madge said he fully supports a government ban on knives, according to a report from The Telegraph. The logic he used to argue for new legal restrictions was eerily similar to the talking points used by politicians in the United States who seek stricter gun control laws.
"Why we do need eight-inch or ten-inch kitchen knives with points?" Madge said. "Butchers and fishmongers do, but how often, if at all, does a domestic chef use the point of an eight-inch or ten-inch knife? Rarely, if at all."
The judge acknowledged that the government can only do so much, and while it can ban certain large knives, it is not likely that it will be successful in banning all kitchen knives-and convincing the public to comply. Because of this, he argued that the public should turn their attention to corralling "lethal knives which are potential murder weapons" that can be found in every kitchen.

A boy featured in White Helmet video of alleged chemical attack in Douma speaks at a news conference in the Hague, April 26, 2018.
Unverified videos, emanating from the Western-funded propaganda construct the White Helmets, do not constitute evidence, nor do testimonies taken in Turkey or Idlib, Syria, which is under terrorist rule.
On the other hand, there are many testimonies that contradict the accusations, including those of 17 Syrians from Douma (among them doctors and medical staff), who, on April 26, spoke at the headquarters of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in the Hague, stating that there was no chemical attack.
The leaderships of the US, UK, France and their lapdog media, unsurprisingly, dismissed the Syrian testimonies as "obscene" and a "masquerade". It should be noted that the same media took as utterly credible the words attributed to a then-seven year-old girl named Bana al-Abed, living in eastern Aleppo, before it was liberated. Corporate media and Western leaders had no issues with the credibility of Bana, who was living surrounded by twenty-five terrorist cells in her district alone. But the testimonies of Syrians from Douma are "obscene."
The murder of 21-year-old medical volunteer, Razan Al-Najar, is a direct violation of all "international treaties and conventions" that ensure the protection of the medical staff in the conflict zones, Palestinian Minister of Health, Jawad Awwad, said late Friday, noting that the shooting of the paramedic must have been "deliberate" and amounted to a "war crime."
The volunteer was shot in the chest by the Israeli Defense Forces on Friday near the border fence east of Khan Younes, in the southern Gaza Strip, while she was helping wounded Palestinians.
An anonymous witness told Reuters that, at the time of the tragedy, the medical worker wore a white uniform, which clearly distinguished her from the rest of the Palestinian crowd taking part in the 10th weekly Great March of Return protests.
Detectives in Lowndes County, Georgia, told WKMD that Fancher threatened to kill the woman's 5-year-old brother and rape her sister if she did not send him nude photos. It was not just one threatening message either-according to the arrest warrant, these messages continued for more than 5 months.
A press release from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office discussed some of the charges against Fancher and the evidence in the case. The statement reads:
"Joshua David Fancher, 25, of DeLand, was arrested this afternoon at the Orange City Police Department on a Georgia warrant charging him with making terroristic threats. The Lowndes County (Ga.) Sheriff's Department is investigating the case. The victim reported receiving numerous threatening messages from an unknown person attempting to extort her for nude photographs. The messages, which started via Instagram, included threats to kill the victim and kill and/or rape her family members if she didn't provide the photos. VCSO detectives executed a search warrant at Fancher's residence at a DeLand apartment complex to assist in the Lowndes County SO investigation."
In a phone call, Larson confirmed that he created the now-defunct websites suiped.org and incelocalypse.today ― chat rooms that served as gathering places for pedophiles and violence-minded misogynists like himself. HuffPost contacted Larson after confirming that his campaign website shared an IP address with these forums, among others. His sites were terminated by their domain host on Tuesday.
On the phone, he was open about his pedophilia and seemingly unfazed about his long odds of attaining government office.
"A lot of people are tired of political correctness and being constrained by it," he said. "People prefer when there's an outsider who doesn't have anything to lose and is willing to say what's on a lot of people's minds."
Comment: Utterly sickening! That this cretin has the temerity to announce his perversity while seeking public office says a lot about how close society is to accepting pedophilia as an 'alternative lifestyle'.

- Hollywood and corporate media are crusading to normalize pedophilia
- Is the MSM making another attempt to normalize pedophilia?
After news of Larson's activities was made public, the Libertarian party acted swiftly to prevent him from running on their platform.
LPVA Chair, Bo Brown said in a statement that, "Nathan Larson does not have and will never receive the Libertarian Party nomination. He espouses many archaic and dark ideas that fly in the face of libertarian philosophy. The Libertarian Party believes in equal rights for all people. No matter how he attempts to rationalize his opinions, they are far outside the realm of the Libertarian Party Platform. If he persists in his campaign for office, he will find that his ideas and previous writings are considered repugnant to the people of Virginia and rightfully so."
