TSA and cop abuse new mother - A Blood Boiler!

New Mother Harassed and Threatened by TSA because she requests alternate screening for her breast milk. Video contains two errors: she was not pregnant at the time (became pregnant 6 weeks later) and her child at home was 7 months old (not 1 year).

Comment: Breast Milk. The latest "threat" the Public needs protecting from, your own regulations be damned!

People Power! Ireland's largest demonstration in 30 years draws over 100,000 onto Dublin streets

One of the largest demonstrations in the Irish Republic's history brought more than 100,000 people on to Dublin's streets in protest over the international bailout and four years of austerity ahead.

As European officials thrashed out the finer details of an €85bn rescue package, huge crowds braved freezing temperatures to demonstrate against the cuts, aimed at driving down Ireland's colossal national debt.

The main march to O'Connell Street passed off peacefully but there was an uneasy standoff outside the Irish parliament as two lines of Garda Siochána officers hemmed in around 100 leftwing demonstrators who had broken away from the union-organised protest. Fireworks were thrown at gardai outside the gates of the Dail as protesters shouted: "Burn it down, burn it down." Extra police were rushed to the scene to surround the ad hoc demonstration by leftwing and anarchist groups, who also set fire to a picture of the taoiseach, Brian Cowen.

Among those on the main march there was deep anger that most of the €80bn-plus from the EU and IMF will be used to shore up Ireland's ailing banks.

Patriot Act for Food: A Close Look at Bizarre Propaganda for S.510

Image
© foodfreedom.wordpress.com
Need a good laugh? Check out the bizarre reasoning offered in support of the Patriot Act for Food (S 510, the Food Safety Modernization Act), which the U.S. Senate will vote on shortly. From a need to stop food smuggling, to the law is too old, to the terrorists are gonna get us, elites sure are shy of brains when it comes to credible propaganda. They must be drinking the fluoridated water and smoking Monsanto marijuana, or hoping you are.

A couple weeks ago, we reported that Senator Bob Casey informed his Pennsylvania constituents that S.510 will stop food smuggling in the United States. Never heard of the problem? That might be because the "biggest food smuggling case in the history of the U.S." amounted to $40 million worth of commercial grade honey over a five-year period. Food smuggling is clearly not a problem - nor is it a fiscally sound reason for giving the Food and Drug Administration an extra $1.6 billion.

SOTT Exclusive: The Stench of US Economic Decay Grows Stronger

Image
© Sott.net
On Thanksgiving Eve, the English language China Daily and People's Daily Online reported that Russia and China have concluded an agreement to abandon the use of the US dollar in their bilateral trade and to use their own currencies in its place. The Russians and Chinese said that they had taken this step in order to insulate their economies from the risks that have undermined their confidence in the US dollar as world reserve currency.

This is big news, especially for the news dead Thanksgiving holiday period, but I did not see it reported on Bloomberg, CNN, New York Times or anywhere in the US media. The ostrich's head remains in the sand.

Previously, China concluded the same agreement with Brazil.

As China has a large and growing supply of dollars from trade surpluses with which to conduct trade, China is signaling that she prefers Russian rubles and Brazilian reals to more US dollars.

The American financial press finds solace in the episodes when sovereign debt scares in the EU send the dollar up against the euro and UK pound. But these currency movements are just measures of financial players shorting troubled EU-denominated debt. They are not a measure of dollar strength.

Over 900 TSA complaints in November, ACLU says

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) received over 900 complaints from travelers over the last month who've been subjected to the new screening procedures of the Transportation Security Agency.

"The TSA agent used her hands to feel under and between my breasts," said one woman. "She then rammed her hand up into my crotch until it jammed into my pubic bone."

About 70 airports have put into use over 400 backscatter x-ray machines that can see beneath passengers' clothing. If the ticket-holder refuses the scan due to health or privacy concerns, they're subjected to an invasive physical pat-down. The new body scanners and pat down procedure have both received intense scrutiny amid reports of travelers feeling humiliated and traumatized.

People Power! "Road to Hope" Aid Convoy Enters Gaza!

A humanitarian aid convoy carrying aid supplies for the people of the besieged Gaza Strip has entered Gaza through Egypt's Rafah border crossing.

The convoy, known as "Road to Hope", left London on October 10 and arrived in Gaza on Thursday. It comprises of 30 vehicles and 101 humanitarian aid workers that include eight survivors of the Israeli attack on the Freedom Flotilla in May that killed nine people onboard.

The Egyptian negotiators first allowed three members of the convoy, including its leader, to enter the territory, Press TV correspondent, who was present at the Rafah border crossing, reported late Thursday.

The convoy leader told Press TV that the aid fleet crossed France, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Libya on its way to Gaza. In Libya, he said, "we were supposed to take delivery of the 'Al-Quds Five' part of the convoy, but, unfortunately, it was not ready".

Moreover, Libya failed to grant permission for the transit of the aid convoy through Egypt by land, leaving it stranded for nine days at the Libya-Egypt border.

The New Politics of Starvation and Weaponized Food

Image

George Orwell -
"We may find in the long run that tinned (canned) food is a deadlier weapon than the machine-gun."
Michelle Jurkovich (George Washington University) -
"If starvation is cheap and requires low levels of technology, why not always use it?"
Food and its production has been a principle concern since the beginning of time. Governments monitor the food supply very carefully for the sake of national security. The fluctuation in the price of core goods can make life very hard for everyone. The poorest people in Haiti resorted to eating mud cookies and in Ireland the government is handing out free cheese as their economy crumbles under the burden of debt. Give us our daily bread because a hungry citizenry can bring a nation to ruin.

The Herald -
"The aim of Operation Vegetarian was to wipe out the German beef and dairy herds and then see the bacterium spread to the human population. With people then having no access to antibiotics, this would have caused many thousands - perhaps even millions - of German men, women and children to suffer awful deaths."

Woman: TSA Agents Singled Me Out For My Breasts

Travelers Plan To Boycott TSA's Latest Security Measure Aiming To Clog Security Lines

Orlando, Florida - The head of the Transportation Security Administration said the agency will look further into allegations that two male TSA workers picked a woman for additional screening because of her breasts.

Eliana Sutherland recently flew from Orlando International Airport and told Local 6 she felt the two male TSA workers were staring at her breasts and chose her for additional screening because of their size.

"It was pretty obvious. One of the guys that was staring me up and down was the one who pulled me over," said Sutherland. "Not a comfortable feeling."

Experiences like Sutherland's have been reported across the country, leaving many people to join a group planning to boycott the TSA's new full body scan in an effort to clog security lines on the day before Thanksgiving. Whether it's pat-downs or full-body scans, the changes are making some people question who gets chosen and why.

I am asking that the Irish people unite, as our forefathers did, and take to the streets at 11am Saturday 27th from Wood Quay Dublin, to voice our anger and concern over the actions of our politicians and what is happening to Ireland.
