Cops caught pepper-spraying handcuffed 15-year-old girl after she was hit by a car

The Hagerstown Police Department is under fire after a video surfaced earlier this week that shows a handcuffed girl being pepper sprayed in the back of a police cruiser.

Acording to Dan Dearth of Herald Mail Media, Hagerstown Police Capt. Tom Langston said Wednesday afternoon the department is still in the process of piecing things together.

"We're reviewing the body camera footage," he said.

Police said in a news release that the girl was charged with disorderly conduct, two counts of second-degreeassault, possession of marijuana and failure to obey a traffic device. The matter was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.

Langston would not give any further information.

Robin Ficker, the College Park, Md. based attorney who represents the girl's family, said Wednesday that he met with the 15-year-old victim and her mother on Monday morning and was informed the girl was riding her bike when she was struck by a vehicle Sunday afternoon. The impact, he said, caused the girl to strike her head and lose consciousness for about 30 seconds.

Ficker states the details of the incident, "She was dazed, then she got up and realized she was OK.

An ambulance was called and the girl told paramedics that she didn't want to go to the hospital. Police arrived and pulled the girl, who is 5 feet tall and weighs about 105 pounds, off her bike when she tried to ride away.

At this point, a police officer lifted the girl's hands above her head from the rear and slammed her face into a wall, and her face hit the windowsill.

The girl, who has a white mother and a black father, resisted when officers tried to put her in the back of a cruiser."

The video, which had been shared on Facebook nearly 23,000 times as of Wednesday afternoon, shows the girl kicking at the rear right door of the police car, while it appears her hands are cuffed behind her.
An officer can be heard saying, "put your feet in the car, OK, or you're going to get sprayed."
The girl can be heard asking the officers, who are white, to call for a black police officer named "Zack."
A bystander who is questioning the tactics of police is told by an officer during the video that the medics needed to take a look at the girl, whose parents were not at the scene, because she is a minor and cannot refuse treatment.

"What happens ... when she's like, 'I'm fine,' right, and has a brain injury or something like that, and then she could die later?" the officer asks the bystander. " ... All we want to do is make sure she's OK."

Comment:

Clearly in the video she was not helping herself by being defiant, but the police did nothing to alleviate her obvious fear.

Scott Bennett, formerly of the U.S. Army 11th Psychological Operations Battalion, told RT the dumpster bombing in New York, a pipe bomb explosion prior to a charity race in New Jersey for Marines and Navy sailors, and a potential bomb threat resulting in the closing of 60 school the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island were part of a psychological operation to draw attention away from an effort by the US to step up the war in Syria.

Comment: Remember Another mass shooting just in time to distract US from Putin's truth-telling last October? Same playbook, different fear-inducing distraction. And if you've been following the major developments in Syria recently, you know that the US now has A LOT it wants to distract the American public from.

MEP with history of far-right politics discovered Jewish heritage in 2012 and now making 'aliya'

A leader of a Hungarian far-right party is planning to move to Israel after discovering his Jewish heritage. Csanad Szegedi, 34, former leader of the Jobbik party who have been previously accused of Neo-Nazism, is preparing to make aliya and move to Israel four years after leaving the nationalist party when he discovered his Jewish roots and that his grandmother was a Holocaust survivor.

Szegedi who was known for his extremist positions and anti-Semitic statements, helped found the Hungarian Guard, who wore black uniforms reminiscent of the notorious pro-Nazi Arrow Cross party that ruled Hungary briefly in the Second World War and rounded-up hundreds of thousands of Jews to be sent to the gas chambers.

In 2012, he described how "shocked" he was at the news of his grandmother and his Jewish heritage, adding: "First of all because I realised the Holocaust really happened."

Intraspecies predator: Ex-actor Daniel Wozniak sentenced to death in grisly double murder and cover-up

predator
© Mark Rightmire / Associated PressOrange County Sheriff deputies seat Daniel Wozniak in Superior Court in Santa Ana Friday morning for his sentencing. Wozniak was convicted in the killing of two people to bankroll his wedding and honeymoon.
Convicted double-murderer Daniel Wozniak looked toward the front of the Santa Ana courtroom, his expression void of emotion as an Orange County Superior Court judge on Friday affirmed his death sentence.

The courtroom fell silent. The victims' family and friends wiped away tears as Judge John Conley sentenced the former Costa Mesa community actor, 32, to death for killing Irvine resident Juri "Julie" Kibuishi, 23, and her Army veteran friend Samuel Herr, 26.

A jury had recommended in January that Wozniak be put to death for the two killings and gruesome cover-up that included beheading Herr and staging Kibuishi's body to look like she had been sexually assaulted. Had jurors or Conley chosen to spare Wozniak the death penalty, the alternative would have been life in prison without parole.

Wozniak will be taken to San Quentin State Prison, where he will remain until his execution date.

Kibuishi and Herr's families embraced one another as they exited the courtroom after the sentencing. Conley's decision gave them some resolution, they said, after six years and four months of court hearings and delays. However, they said, the pain of having their children ripped away will never cease to haunt them.

Comment: The reason Wozniak showed no remorse and no guilt is because he is quite probably a psychopath. Hear how Dr. Robert Hare describes how psychopaths are physiologically wired quite differently from non-psychopaths.
Vitally important information.

Scientific studies show that psychopaths' brains work in very different ways to the brains of normal human beings. According to Robert Hare, the psychopath seems to interpret, process and use emotional information as if it was neutral information. The psychopath cannot extract emotional information from words as normal people do. Words like "murder, rape and death", provoke NO reaction in the mind/brain of a psychopath. They respond 'in a very superficial manner' to concepts that cause an emotional and distressing reaction in normal people.

Soros-backed agents provocateurs? Charlotte police claims 70% of arrested protesters are 'from out of state'

Protests in Charlotte, NC
© ReutersPolice officers wearing riot gear block a road during protests after police fatally shot Keith Lamont Scott in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Charlotte, North Carolina, U.S. September 20, 2016.
Confirming what many had suspected when viewing the sudden and intense collapse into anarchy that occurred in Charlotte this week, Todd Walther, spokesman for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Fraternal Order of Police told CNN's Erin Burnett:
"This is not Charlotte that's out here. These are outside entities that are coming in and causing these problems. These are not protestors, these are criminals."

"We've got the instigators that are coming in from the outside. They were coming in on buses from out of state. If you go back and look at some of the arrests that were made last night. I can about say probably 70% of those had out-of-state IDs. They're not coming from Charlotte."

Comment: It's not that BLM is a 'Soros organization'. It's that there is evidence that funds from Soros organizations have been used to pay for the travel/board expenses of some protesters. The activists organizing these protests believe they are making a stand against injustice. Soros is not one of them. He is in no way a 'leftist'. He is an oligarch. What his interest is in supporting revolutionary/protest movements is open to debate.

What we do know is that he has a long history of funding "popular revolutions" in foreign countries with the aim of replacing the sitting government with one that is more aligned with the West and thereby 'open up' the target country for exploitation by Soros and other US government and corporate interests. So is Soros now using that same strategy in the USA with the BLM movement? If so, to what end?

Our best guess is that he hopes to derail protests movements in the US, and send them in directions that serve the oligarchy's interests.
