In the state Senate hearing on Thursday, Senate Liaison Ken Bennett described the process by which election workers duplicate a ballot. "If a ballot gets damaged and has to be sent to duplication, there is a very specific process in the [state] elections procedure manual," he said. That process involves applying matching serial numbers to both original and duplicated ballots.
"We found, I would have to say, thousands of duplicate ballots where those serial numbers are not on them," he said. "And so it has created great difficulty to try to match up a duplicated ballot to its duplicate."

Several videos shared on social media showed a large crowd chanting in Arabic late on Friday in the city of Susangerd (al-Khafajiya).
Security forces shot dead Iranian Arab citizen Mostafa Naeemawi in the city of Shadegan (al-Falahiya) in Khuzestan province during Friday night's unrest, Al Arabiya Farsi reported, citing local sources.
The protests began late on Thursday in several cities in Khuzestan province, including its capital, Ahwaz, according to videos shared online. The region is home to a large ethnic Arab population.
Comment: It would appear that the sanctions are really beginning to take their toll on the country and its people but the situation is made even worse by the unusual drought. Less than a month ago Iran's energy sector was on strike over working conditions.

Michelle Leete (L), was recorded at a pro-CRT rally in Virginia as saying parents against CRT 'can die'
A video showed Michelle Leete, a federal employee who is also Vice President of Training at the Virginia state PTA, Vice President of Communications for the Fairfax County PTA and First Vice President of the Fairfax County NAACP demonizing parents with an opposing viewpoint.
Comment: Well that didn't take long:
Now, parents are fighting back.
The bill passed the D.C. Council on a 10-3 vote last November, and was signed into law by Mayor Muriel Bowser in December. It went into effect on March 19, 2021. On Monday, the Children's Health Defense (CHD) and the Parental Rights Foundation filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for D.C., seeking a court order to rule the law unconstitutional.
The plaintiffs are four parents who have minor children attending public school in D.C. and want a preliminary injunction to prohibit Bowser, the D.C. Department of Health, and the D.C. Public School System from enforcing the act.
Comment: What the hell is DC city thinking? How could anyone not sift through the negatives - even one - and still set this legislation in motion? Wrong on every level.
Democrats and Republicans exchanged heated remarks over COVID-19 policy. Sen. Rosemary Bayer, D-Beverly Hills, said pre-vote:
"This petition will hamstring our leaders of both parties — from preventing or slowing the spread of a deadly disease. This is about our ability to react to other pandemics and disasters in the future."Sen. Tom Barrett, R-Charlotte, pushed back, noting the state holds the emergency powers act of 1976 that grants broad authority to the executive branch in genuine emergencies and limits emergency declarations to 28 days without the Legislature's approval.
"That balances the immediate need risk of the issue in front of us with the important protections of the separation of powers for the people in our state."Democrats contended Whitmer single-handedly saved thousands of lives through her COVID-19 policies, which were the strictest and enacted the longest in the Midwest, while the GOP only criticized the first-term Democrat battling a global pandemic.

Dominionvoting.com returned with a password needed to proceed to the website. DiscloseTV originally reported the website going off-line.
The timing of the password procedure being installed is odd, to say the least.
It follows Tucker Carlson's bombshell report on Fulton County, Georgia that shows the voter integrity group VoterGA revealing thousands of votes appeared to have been erroneously marked in ballot tallies for Joe Biden.
Two families are suing Universal Orlando after separate incidents during which an actor playing the "Despicable Me" movie character Gru made a racist hand gesture while posing for photos and video with biracial children.
The civil rights lawsuit was filed on behalf of two girls, who were 5 and 6 years old at the time of the photos, in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in Orange County on June 23. The complaint lists Universal Orlando as the defendant.

This year's batch of emoji finalists includes a knocked-up man, a disco ball and a melting smiley face, according to a report.
Several gender-inclusive and non-binary images — including one titled Pregnant Man — could be released for smartphone use in September, according to emojipedia.org.
Comment: This is yet another example of a tech company's attempts to normalize the abnormal and simultaneously boost their woke status by pandering to the LGBT community. Emojipedia also explained that 'gender inclusive' dancers would be considered in the future:

Critical race theory continues to be a hot-button issue in America, particularly whether or not it should be taught in schools. On the educational front, a great many people are battling against it being introduced into the curriculum, because they believe it is both nonsensical and divisive. Proponents of CRT are frequently criticized for historical ignorance, with Nikole Hannah Jones' 1619 Project being the best known example of this illiteracy. However, irrespective of these provable falsehoods, these proponents still preach and defend their beliefs with all the fire and brimstone of religious dogma.
Comment: Anyone who's ever had an argument with a CRT true believer can instantly see the similarities to someone in the grips of cult-like religious fervor. The circular reasoning, the emotional thinking, the black-or-white, us-or-them, divisive language - these people are one step away from 'drinking the Kool Aid'. And they're hellbent on getting your kids on board.
