The ACLU is warning schools that teaching CRT is necessary to avoid creating a racially hostile environment. Yet singling out children as inherently racist is grounds for a lawsuit — and they've already begun.

Critical race theory (CRT) is a quantum ideology: Now you see it; now you don't. Its defenders tell us that it is, at most, an "academic theory" limited to law school musing and nowhere to be found in public schools. Except when they claim that schools must teach it.

On July 8, the American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin sent a letter to each school district administrator in the state specifically invoking the national and local controversy over "critical race theory" and attempts to limit its teaching. In that particular context, the letter "reminds" the districts of anodyne statutory directives to teach an "understanding of human relations, particularly with regard to American Indians, Black Americans and Hispanics" and that curricula should reflect "the cultural diversity and pluralistic nature of American society."

The second-largest school district in Colorado has reportedly informed teachers to use a "gender unicorn" to understand transgender students and not tell parents if their children are showing gender confusion at school.

Jefferson County Public School district is using a toolkit called 'Toolkit for Supporting Transgender & Gender Expansive/Nonconforming Students' to educate teachers on how to handle the thorny issue of gender confusion among students.

In this guide for educators is a "gender unicorn" - picture below - that helps to explain the differences between "gender identity," "gender expression," "sex assigned at birth" - and the appropriate pronouns to use - as well as physical and emotional attraction preferences.

We recently discussed how already astronomical container shipping costs are set to rise even higher should China lock down one or more shipping terminals to contain the spread of the delta variant in provinces that have direct exposure to global commerce ("Shipping Rates From China To US Hit Record $20,000 With No Drop In Sight" and "Brace For Astronomical Shipping Costs As China Goes Into Lockdown Mode") with Goldman Sachs explicitly warning that "port closures or stricter control measures at ports could also put further upward pressure on shipping costs, which are already very high."

It now looks that this worst case scenario is in play after Chinese authorities on Wednesday closed a major container terminal at the Port of Ningbo after a dock worker tested positive for COVID, raising fears among traders that supply chain disruptions that occurred when Yantian terminal in Shenzhen reduced output by 70% for a month earlier this summer would be repeated.

According to FreightWaves which cited local media reports and logistics operators, all operations at the Ningbo Meidong Container Terminal, also referred to as the Meishan Terminal, were immediately suspended following the positive test results.

A South Korea pig farm with 2,400 pigs confirmed an outbreak of African swine fever (ASF) on Sunday. The country is on high alert to contain the spread of this deadly virus just three months after the latest confirmed case on May 4.

According to the Korea Herald, the government-led ASF task force announced that the ASF case was confirmed at a domesticated pig farm in Goseong-gun, Gangwon Province. This farm is the only pig farm in a three-kilometer radius. There are two other farms with a combined 3,100 pigs in a 10-kilometer radius.

To date, South Korea has confirmed 18 cases of ASF at local pig farms since the outbreak started in September 2019. Authorities culled more than 450,000 farmed pigs culled across 14 pig farms in the first 30 days. Counting wild boars, ASF has been confirmed in a total of 1,517 cases.

In a late night vote on Tuesday, the US Senate passed an amendment that prohibits federal funds from going to pre-K programs and K-12 schools that teach critical race theory. Every single Democrat, except one - West Virginia senator Joe Manchin - voted against the legislation, which passed 50-49.

The measure was sponsored by Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton, who has been one of the leaders in the fight against the anti-American propaganda for over a year. Its passage effectively bans CRT from being taught in schools until after 12th grade, when students are free to pay for the indoctrination themselves.

Clif High uses something he calls "Predictive Linguistics" and computer programs to sort through billions of bits of information on the Internet to predict future trends and events. High is an Internet data mining expert who has many well-documented correct predictions. His latest correct prediction was made last month here on USAWatchdog when he said the Biden door knocking campaign to harass people to take the CV19 injection would be "short lived" and "not to worry about it." Sure enough, the door knocking campaign unceremoniously stopped, and the Biden Administration has morphed this into the "get vaxed or get fired" campaign. What does High say now? "Again, this is short lived, and it is a propaganda campaign and not a legal move. They don't have the legal authority to do what they are trying to do. What they are attempting to do is scare as many of the herd past that point of hesitancy before the whole thing is shut down," says Clif High.

What about the FDA fast track approval for the CV19 Vax? The Biden Administration has been saying the CV19 vax will go from "Emergency Use Authorization" (experimental) to FDA approved even with more reported deaths than all vaccinations combined. High says don't buy this. The CV19 jabs will never be approved. Clif explains, "There are legal prohibitions with an Emergency Use Authorization product. This is not approved by the FDA. As much as they are talking about it, I don't think it will ever be approved by the FDA. I don't think events will get that far for a lot of different reasons. . . . This is a bluster. They are doing exactly what they did with the 'get vaxed or get fired' as they did with the 'door to door' campaign. This I know because of the nature of the linguistics that I run at its core for the emotional tension value of the data. I can tell you right now there is more mass and more energy in words that are anti-Covid vax than there are words and energy that are pro-Covid vax. This is a big problem for the mainstream media (MSM) as well as for the Biden regime. They probably are aware of what I am saying, and they realize they are underwater. If you polled, you would find that Covid is failing in the poll, and the vax is failing in the poll if you could get an accurate poll number. . . . This is a move of desperation on their part and not a move of strength."

When did the world become insane? What is the reason for it? Big Brother? Depopulation? Or people in love with control? I don't know and it's driving me nuts. Extra Australian military personnel may be called in to ensure compliance with lockdown rules in Sydney, the New South Wales state government said on Thursday, as the highly infectious Delta coronavirus variant spreads into regional areas.

The move comes as Australia's capital, Canberra, 260km southwest of Sydney, announced a snap one-week lockdown from Thursday evening after reporting its first locally acquired case of Covid-19 in more than a year.


Australia is battling to get on top of the fast-moving Delta strain that has plunged two of its largest cities - Sydney and Melbourne - into hard lockdowns.

"We are making sure that we do not leave any stone unturned in relation to extra [military] resources," NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said at a media conference in Sydney.
