According to the newspaper, Pokemon Go players cause a lot of problems in Kijkduin. They break lampposts to charge their phones and leave a mess behind.
Over the past weeks the municipality tried to contact Niantic several times, but with no response. So they decided to take the matter to court.
The municipality is demanding that there be no Pokemon on and around the Delta Square in Kijkduin between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. And that the nature reserve area be removed completely from the game.
"In this way Kijkduin will remain attractive to Pokemon Go players, but the nuisance to local residents and damage to nature are prevented", a spokesperson for VVD alderman Boudewijn Revis said to newspaper AD.
The incident happened at around 11:00am local time in the district of Favoriten on Thursday.
"He aimed and drove directly at the passers-by," Vienna police spokesperson Thomas Keiblinger said in an interview with Radio Wien as cited by national public proadcaster wien.ORF.at
Comment: While 'Allahu Akbar' seems to be the cool new battle cry, it actually is not a jihadi slogan. It simply means 'God is great', and it is used by ordinary Muslims. In some contexts, it's similar to how Westerners might say 'Oh my God' or 'Praise the Lord'. The jihadis coopted the phrase, however, and use it before, during, and after their deadly attacks in Syria, Iraq and elsewhere, and generally whenever they open their mouths.

Soldiers manning one of the checkpoints in the Syrian capital became suspicious of a small KIA truck that was transporting a cow. The troopers detained the truck and its driver, and upon closer examination discovered that the cow was covered in numerous hastily sewn cuts.
A source in the Syrian military told Sputnik that after the cow was slaughtered and dissected, it turned out that the cow's carcass contained scores of small packages loaded with ammo (the cow's stomach alone contained over ten such packages) that the militants were apparently attempting to smuggle from Daraa.
According to the source, the shipment was destined for militants holed up in several districts in the Damascus region that are currently being blocked by the Syrian military.
Comment: Mutilating and torturing cattle to try and smuggle in arms. Add this to the growing list of actions showing just how radical and extreme the US' so called 'moderate' rebels really are:

A series of six tweets came from Broaddrick, who says Clinton raped her in a hotel room 38 years ago. WND recently reported that a nurse who treated her after the alleged sexual assault confirmed Broaddrick's account.
After the first presidential debate Monday, Trump said he didn't want to discuss the issue of Clinton's sexual "transgressions" because the former first daughter was present at the event

The set of new rules suggested by the Northern League party was adopted by a narrow majority, with 16 votes in favor and 15 against on Wednesday, according to Italian newspaper Il Secolo XIX.
The new restrictions define the criteria a new religious building should meet to gain a construction permit.
Any such construction must not run counter to the "architectural and dimensional suitability of religious buildings with the general and specific characteristics of the Ligurian landscape," the paper reported, meaning mosques and minarets may be found "un-Ligurian" and as such don't belong to the current image of the region.
The law, though not attributed to any particular religion, has been dubbed "anti-mosque" by local media outlets.
The staggering amount of debt held by the American empire ensures the public will be working it off for generations to come. The government has already begun its campaign to make it more difficult to leave the country, and it has also begun to crack down on the finances of the eight million Americans living abroad. Regardless of whether you're a millionaire with multiple foreign bank accounts or a recent college graduate with a boatload of debt, the status of being a United States citizen brings with it a burden that will only grow heavier over time.
Since 2008, the number of individuals giving up their citizenship has increased by almost 560%, setting new records each of the past three years. Some of these expats are motivated by the extra tax load paid when working abroad while others are trying to avoid student loan debt. Others have just had enough of the encroaching police state.

"Today we have to agree that the facts of political pressure on mass media become more frequent in the modern world," the chair of the Public Chamber commission for people's diplomacy and support of Russian diasporas abroad, Yelena Sutormina, told RIA Novosti.
"Because of this, we intend to create a new international body for protection of journalists' rights. In our opinion, such an institute could be created on the basis of BRICS. In the nearest future we are going to send our proposal to leading civil society institutes of this bloc's member-countries," Sutormina added.
She also mentioned several recent incidents in which the rights of journalists were violated, such as the detention of News Front reporters in Kosovo, the barring of REN-TV journalists from entering Moldova, the blocking of Sputnik news agency websites in Turkey and Latvia, and also the official broadcasting ban on several Russian TV channels in Baltic countries.
You probably also remember that last year, a dozen holistic doctors either died or went missing over a course of only 90 days. How oddly coincidental.
But the deaths of these bankers and doctors are just the tip of the iceberg.
Did you hear about all of the dead scientists? Probably not.
What if I told you that dozens and dozens and dozens of scientists have been killed died in mysterious circumstances and few reports have filtered out via the mainstream media?
What if I told you that they were involved in researching or working with bio-level 4 pathogens, nuclear research and the like? And that many had government links...by grants issued, research on behalf of or directly by working in government facilities.

The roof collapse after a NJ Transit train crashed in to the platform at the Hoboken Terminal September 29, 2016 in Hoboken, New Jersey
Local media are reporting "major structural damage" and "multiple injuries," while the first responders are setting up triage.
Eleven patients are undergoing emergency treatment - 3 of them are in critical condition, and 8 were said to be in serious condition. Another 40 are "walking wounded" with minor injuries, said officials at Jersey City Medical Center.
Emergency responder traffic spoke of three dead, but that figure could not be immediately confirmed.
The accident occurred around 8:45 am local time, and involved the 1614 train on the Pascack Valley Line. Photos show that the lead car car 6036 - an Alstom Comet V model - hit the wall of the terminal. The engine was in the back of the train as it entered the station.
Comment: RT also has posted a bunch of videos showing the aftermath of the crash, while a NJ transit worker said that it was "one of the worst days I've seen" and eyewitness accounts reveal the train didn't stop before crashing into the train station, leaving passengers bloodied and people on the platform hit by falling debris from the ceiling.
Sanjay Nijhawan, 46, who had recently resigned from his high powered job at Barclays due to stress, allegedly stabbed his wife, Sonita more than 120 times after she told him she wanted a divorce.
"The number and nature of her cuts make it clear that she was the victim of a fatal and sustained attack. She had a very large number of cut and stab injuries to her neck and head. Underneath her body was an ax," Prosecutor Sally O'Neill told a jury at Guildford Crown Court on Wednesday.
"He was sitting on the kitchen floor next to her body repeatedly stabbing himself to the legs with a small knife."
