Canada Transport is reportedly looking into an incident which occurred last month along -and possibly thousands of miles above- a junction in Kelowna, British Columbia. According to Susan Allan, she was driving through an intersection near Spall Road and Bernard Avenue when she was met by a nasty and very smelly surprise.
The shocked Kelowna motorist told Castanet news that her car was "inundated" by a smelly brown liquid which appeared to come from a passing plane.
The proposal was forced onto the agenda after more than 50,000 people signed a citizens' petition calling for a minimum age of 18 for circumcision. The bill is scheduled to be debated in the autumn but appears unlikely to pass, given the lack of support from the country's government.
Foreign Minister Anders Samuelsen has publicly criticized the bill, saying that it would be "incomprehensible" to Denmark's allies to pass a law restricting circumcision.
Speaking to Danish newspaper Altinget, Samuelsen said: "From an American point of view, it will be incomprehensible. Up to 60 percent of American men have been circumcised. From Israel's point of view, and from large parts of the Muslim world, it will be completely incomprehensible."

A Memphis man has not been charged after police say he shot and killed two burglars who had been ransacking his home. The man said he came home to find two people in his home who shot at his friend, and shot both with an AK-47 rifle.
"I see my house being ransacked and the dog was still going hysterical in the cage," the homeowner, who was not identified over fears for his safety, told WMC. That's when one of the two intruders noticed the homeowner and his friend and said "Hey, they are here," the homeowner told the station.
"He picked up his weapon, turned around and points them at me," the homeowner told the Fox 13. "Two pistols."
One of the guns jammed, however, and the intruders ran toward the back of the house, the man told WATN. By this point his friend had also run out of the home, and the intruders had gotten at least one weapon to work and were firing at the friend, the man told the station.

In a 7-2 decision, the justices said that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission had shown “impermissible hostility” toward religion when it found that the baker, Jack Phillips, violated anti-discrimination laws by refusing to bake the requested cake.
In a 7-2 decision, the justices said that the Colorado Civil Rights Commission had shown "impermissible hostility" toward religion when it found that the baker, Jack Phillips, violated anti-discrimination laws by refusing to bake the requested cake.
The justices did not, however, clarify whether a cake is the type of expressive act protected as free speech by the First Amendment. Nor did they issue a ruling on the specific circumstances under which people may seek exemption from anti-discrimination laws.
The ruling was authored by Justice Anthony Kennedy, who also authored the 2015 ruling to legalize gay marriage nationwide. Despite his pro-gay marriage judicial work, Kennedy is a staunch advocate for free speech and religious freedom.

The 18-year-old, who lived at home with her mother, Mina Dich, 44, in Vauxhall, London, was accused of plotting terrorist attacks in London with her Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS, ISIL) partner, Naweed Hussain. She was also found guilty of attempting to travel to Syria to commit acts of terrorism. Boular denied the two counts of preparing acts of terrorism.
At least 72 people died as a result of the fire, which has been described by RT's Nadira Tudor as the "worst loss of domestic life since World War Two."
Europe's largest prison Fleury-Merogis is in dire condition, the representative of the CGT Penitentiaries Union told RT. "Every day in France, there are prison supervisors who are attacked violently; every day we have security problems because all the proposals are not yet in place," Ambroise Koubi said. He added that the authorities offered to send in extra 1,100 supervisors, but so far it didn't happen.
"Fleury-Merogis is starting to explode already. Because we are tired of this. You are the first TV channel I'm telling this to, but yesterday we had a suicide," Koubi said, adding that the prison had 10 other suicide cases since January, with supervisors among the victims.
The prison, situated north of Paris, housed several well-known jihadists. Among them was Salah Abdeslam, who organized the Paris shootings in November 2015, Amedy Coulibaly, who attacked a kosher store in January 2015, and the Charlie Hebdo attacker Cherif Kouachi. The jail currently has over 120 radicalized inmates, says the penitentiaries union official.
