This week, the Dallas Morning News revealed that Dallas, Texas prosecutors in the case against 46-year-old Billy Chemirmir, an illegal alien from Kenya, will seek the death penalty after charges that he murdered 12 elderly women between 2016 and 2018.
In Texas, the death penalty is only sought in cases where prosecutors believe the suspect committed particularly atrocious crimes against victims. The death penalty means Chemirmir, if convicted, would receive either a life sentence without parole or be put to death.
Amanda Kondrat'yev pleaded guilty in the city of Pensacola and faces up to one year in jail at her October 17th hearing.

Police responded to reports of gunshots at the property but only found a seven-month baby alive and unharmed.

Is America addicted to mass shootings? Have they become rare occasions on which the country unites around a common cause; the sacrifice of innocents to the 'god of America'?
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Montevideo issued an advisory on Monday, urging Uruguayans to "take precautions against the growing indiscriminate violence, mostly hate crimes, racism and discrimination" if they are traveling to the US, noting that they have claimed over 250 lives in the first seven months of 2019.
Those brave souls that do venture north are advised to avoid crowded places and public events "such as theme parks, shopping centers, art festivals, religious activities, gastronomic fairs and any type of cultural or sporting events," especially if they are bringing children along.
Uruguayans were also urged to avoid some cities entirely, such as Detroit, Michigan; Baltimore, Maryland; and Albuquerque, New Mexico - which are listed among the twenty "most dangerous in the world" in a recent survey by the business magazine Ceoworld.
Passengers could be seen being ushered off the plane via the evacuation slide on the runway at the Spanish airport in a video shared online.
Thick grey smoke had seemingly filled the cabin.
Zannah Marchand wrote on Twitter: "Just been evacuated off a flight to Valencia after plane filled with smoke. No water, no first aid. People crying. No BA representative. Help."
Miguel Galindo said his daughter Balma had been on the flight and took the video of the smoke filled cabin.
"She is OK now but apparently they flew for 10 minutes with cabin full of smoke, no info from crew and oxygen masks failed to release," he said.
Joanne Waterman said: "We are stranded at Valencia airport and no one from BA has said a word to us since the plane filled with smoke. No food, no bags, no information. Someone tell us what's going on."
Comment: Some other aircraft related incidents in recent times include: Planes suddenly 'disappearing' from radar, sometimes in "unprecedented" blackouts; more planes diverting due to "electrical burning and smoke smells", dramatic evacuations following 'catastrophic' engine failure, "engine fires" and plane wings "bursting into flames".

Foreign policy advisor to US President Donald Trump's election campaign, George Papadopoulos goes through security at the US District Court for his sentencing in Washington, DC on Sept. 7, 2018.
Now, Solomon is reporting that an audiotape containing professor Joseph Mifsud's deposition has been given to both U.S. Attorney John Durham's investigators and to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
"I can report absolutely that the Durham investigators have now obtained an audiotape deposition of Joseph Mifsud, where he describes his work, why he targeted George Papadopoulos, who directed him to do that, what directions he was given, and why he set that entire process of introducing Papadopoulos to Russia in motion in March of 2016, which is really the flashpoint the starting point of this whole Russia collusion narrative," Solomon told Fox News' Sean Hannity.
"I can also confirm that the Senate Judiciary Committee has also obtained the same deposition," he said.

The deportation of Afghan migrants from Sweden has been a major issue over the last year with PM Löfven allowing around 9,000 underage migrants to remain in the country. While the 9,000 migrants were initially labelled as “underage,” reports revealed that as many as 78 per cent of the 9,000 were actually adults claiming to be children.
The unnamed male Afghan teen had stabbed a 16-year-old in the municipality of Staffanstorp, located just outside of the heavily migrant-populated city of Malmö, on the afternoon of April 28th with the victim requiring hospitalisation, Swedish broadcaster SVT reports.
While the 15-year-old admitted that he carried out the attack, he claimed that his intentions were not to kill the victim. The psychiatric evaluation showed that the Afghan national did not suffer any kind of mental issue.
According to news site Nyheter Idag, the youth requested to be sent back to Afghanistan, saying that he felt guilty about stabbing the 16-year-old.

At times of market turbulence, investors tend to flee to assets expected to either retain or increase in value — such as gold, the Japanese yen and government bonds.
Gold prices jumped more than 1% to hit their highest level in over six years on Monday, while the Japanese yen and core government bonds also rallied.
It comes at a time of heightened volatility in financial markets, with the pan-European Stoxx 600 falling almost 2%. That's on top of the 2.5% it lost on Friday — its worst day so far in 2019.

Captagon is a psychotropic substance, co-drug to amphetamine. It is also known as the "jihadist drug", since terrorists in the Middle East often use it.
According to the agency, two suitcases with drugs were hidden in the fuel tank of the ship. They were found despite the fact that there was a large amount of diesel fuel in the tank.
Comment: It was only a month ago that the biggest ever Captagon haul - 33 million pills - were seized at a Greek port. Someone - clearly a well funded and organised entity - wants to keep those Jihadi's stocked up.

Comment: Sound advice, perhaps, and it is accurate to say US authorities can't or won't deal with mass shootings, but it's not due to that country's constitutional 2nd Amendment; it's due to its political unwillingness to expose the fascist organization(s) committing them (at least, the big ones that become media circuses).
