Society's Child
Richmond Public Schools' '2019 teacher of the year' Rodney Robinson tweeted about Rand Paul's neighbor beating him up and wishing McConnell's neighbor would do the same.
Teacher of the year. That's sweet, right?
He has since deleted the tweet BUT as Twitchy readers know, the Internet is FOREVER, especially tweets.

A paper published in January raised the possibility that the pandemic could make some people more susceptible to chronic conditions and diseases, including asthma and obesity.
The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) said children's wards are not seeing any "significant pressure" from Covid-19.
It comes after a London hospital matron told BBC Radio 5 Live of having a ward full of children with coronavirus.
Comment: That's quite telling about the state of mind of hospital staff, they've been hystericized to see a pandemic that isn't there.
Comment: With the experimental vaccines being rolled out en masse, with the relentless fearmongering and misinformation people are deluged with on a daily bases, as well as the mandatory wearing of masks that restricts oxygen and is creating an extremely unhygienic environment for people, it's quite possible that we will, or even are, seeing a rise in some hospital admissions that, otherwise, wouldn't have occurred.

HOSPITALS had almost fifteen percent fewer patients this December compared with 2019
The new data suggests a key reason hospitals are struggling is this lack of capacity.
The NHS is meant to keep a tenth of its beds free to create flexibility to admit patients and cope with sudden surges in demand - usually seen in winter.
Over the years this spare capacity has been used each winter and the NHS has been forced to treat patients in trolleys and in ambulances as ward beds have filled.
Comment: There you have it, the NHS isn't overwhelmed because of the coronavirus, it's suffering from decades of budget cuts, staff shortages, and the final straw was the excessive 'coronavirus measures' that removed any potential extra capacity that it had. Note that even with less admissions to hospitals the system still couldn't cope.
While the UK's population has increased by 14% over the last 20 years, there's been a massive 33% decrease in hospital beds. And, as is clear from The Guardian headlines below, this issue, that has been ongoing for well over a decade, was well known:

Officers raided 5 locations and arrested more than 90 people.
"I have made it clear that we will seek out and take law enforcement action against all super spreader events occurring anywhere within Los Angeles County," Sheriff Alex Villanueva said. "The goal of these enforcement actions is to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and the risk to our vulnerable populations."
"Our New Year's Eve show just sent a loud, proud message to the world: London stands together against racism - tonight and always," Khan said in a Twitter message with a video clip showing an image of a raised fist above the Millennium Dome. The symbol has historically been a universal gesture of working class solidarity, but most recently has been appropriated by the Black Lives Matter movement.
According to Le Journal de Montreal, a neighbor called the police to report that more than 6 people had "illegally" gathered in a residence in violation of Covid restrictions:

The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.
"It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed," said Rogge Dunn, a Dallas labor and employment attorney. "Pharmaceutical companies typically aren't offered much liability protection under the law."
You also can't sue the Food and Drug Administration for authorizing a vaccine for emergency use, nor can you hold your employer accountable if they mandate inoculation as a condition of employment.
Congress created a fund specifically to help cover lost wages and out-of-pocket medical expenses for people who have been irreparably harmed by a "covered countermeasure," such as a vaccine. But it is difficult to use and rarely pays. Attorneys say it has compensated less than 6% of the claims filed in the last decade.

A rally to mark the 112th birth anniversary of Nazi collaborator Stepan Bandera in Kiev.
Bandera was born on January 1, 1909 and rallies celebrating his birthday recently became a sort of a tradition in the Ukrainian capital and other cities after the Euromaidan protests in 2014. They've since been staged with the blessing of the country's authorities, who declared the day a national holiday.
The participants of the march in Kiev carried torches, Bandera's portrait as well as flags of Ukraine and the country's nationalist and neo-Nazi organizations. Some came to the event with children.
Comment: This comes less than a week after a teenager was facing jail in Ukraine for buying a hat with a Soviet symbol on at a flea market. The police claimed that it breached 'strict local laws governing "the use of communist symbols on clothing."' - apparenlty these laws don't apply to celebrating Nazism. This is Ukraine following US 'intervention'.

A medical worker draws an injection of the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine into a syringe at the Hurley Clinic in London, Britain.
NHS veterans applying to return to the service are required to supply a whopping 21 pieces of evidence, the Daily Telegraph revealed on Wednesday, noting that the "red tape" had created a massive bottleneck in hiring with just 5,000 of over 40,000 doctors and nurses who applied for the positions starting in March had been hired by July.
A list of the requirements was posted to social media the same day, and the service's bizarre requests raised eyebrows across the country. In addition to standard requests like identity documents, proof of education, certification in such urgent-care basics as resuscitation, the NHS demands applicants complete courses in baffling subjects like "preventing radicalization" and "equality, diversity and human rights."
Even as hospitals complain of staffing shortages and job applicants tear their hair out at the number of hoops they're forced to jump through, the NHS has refused to budge on its requirements that doctors need not only be medically competent, but mentally compliant. Indeed, the service defended its "stringent recruitment process," arguing its goal was to "recruit a wide array of individuals from a variety of backgrounds - many of whom are not registered healthcare professionals."
