Body camera footage obtained by a local Tennessee outlet showed law enforcement officials told a jailed man they restrained, "you shouldn't be able to breathe" shortly before he died.

When William Jennette, 48, refused to get into a restraint chair in a Marshall County Jail, the jailers called Lewisburg Police for backup, NewsChannel 5 Nashville reported.

The footage of the incident, obtained by the news source, shows officers yelling at the man as he tells them he can't breathe.

"You shouldn't be able to breathe, you stupid bastard," a female officer can be heard saying, according to the outlet.

Jennette was arrested two days prior to the incident for resisting arrest, public intoxication and indecent exposure. He was "detoxing" and "hallucinating," according to jail log records.

Officers kept a knee to Jennette's back while one spoke up and said: "Easy, easy — remember asphyxiation, guys," the footage shows, according to NewsChannel 5.

Five officers are being investigated for sharing hateful content in a group chat, including banned symbols, German police have said. Authorities have increased efforts to weed out far-right views from security forces.

The officers and one of their family members are being investigated for possible sedition, police in Ludwigsburg, a city in Germany's southern Baden-Wurttemberg state, announced on Thursday.

After searching the officers' homes and belongings, investigators seized smartphones and other electronic devices from the suspects, four of whom are attached to police headquarters in the state's capital, Stuttgart. The fifth person involved serves in the technology and logistics unit.

Comment: Reports of Germany's attempts to rout extremists are on the rise, one wonders just what is suddenly compelling them to take action? Note that some journalists are sounding the alarm that it's not just extremists that are being targeted, but those who would question the state, such as lockdown protesters: Germany's spies target lockdown opponents in yet another alarming example of a 'democracy' using Covid to stifle dissent

Police release tear gas into a crowd of pro-Trump protesters during clashes at a rally to contest the certification of the 2020 U.S. presidential election results by the U.S. Congress, at the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, U.S, January 6, 2021.
Prosecutors also have filed additional criminal charges against the man, John Earle Sullivan, a self-described political activist who is accused of entering the Capitol building and participating in the riot, the filings unsealed on Thursday showed.

Sullivan now faces a total of eight criminal counts, including weapons charges, related to the riot. Sullivan's lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Comment: Mr. Sullivan has quite the background: Not everyone in the activist community is upset:

A group of pro-Trump protesters argue with Capitol Police after storming the grounds of the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021 in Washington, DC
More than 70 officers have left the U.S. Capitol Police since the Jan. 6 insurrection, according to the department's union, which said that a $1.9 billion supplemental funding package will not be enough to keep other officers from departing.

Capitol Police union chair Gus Papathanasiou said that officers are demoralized after the riot and that the $1.9 billion package that passed the House this week is insufficient, noting that nearly a quarter of the department's officers are eligible to retire "in the next few years."

He added that he also knows "of many younger officers who have confided that they're considering applying to other law enforcement agencies."

The Child Soldiers of Portland

The city's adults are indoctrinating children in a profoundly pessimistic worldview, in which racism and oppression pervade every institution, with no way out but revolution.
Public schools are training children to become race-conscious revolutionaries.

There are only a few places on earth where radicals and their children ritualistically burn the American flag and chant "Death to America": Tehran, Baghdad, Beirut, Kabul, Ramallah — and Portland, Oregon.

The City of Portland, a cloud-covered metro on the south bank of the Columbia River, has become known for its political protesters. Anarchists, Communists, ecofascists, and various other agitators regularly denounce the police, politicians of both parties, and America itself, and flag-burning has become part of the protesters' liturgy. Last summer, protesters associated with Antifa upped the ante with chants of "Death to America" and participated in months of violent protests to avenge the death of George Floyd while he was in police custody in Minneapolis. Children as young as four marched with the crowd to the federal courthouse, raising the Black Power fist and chanting "Fuck the Police!"

A third of California restaurants close permanently due to lockdowns, the rest look at a 2-3 year recovery

California Governor Gavin Newsom
A little more than a year after Governor Gavin Newsom instituted the lockdowns, nearly a third of California restaurants have closed permanently.

According to The Associated Press, California's lockdowns have left the food industry battered and bruised in the Golden State. Prior to the pandemic, up to 76,000 eating and drinking establishments employed up to 1.8 million people. Those numbers dropped precipitously as the lockdowns continued throughout 2020 and into 2021. Though the state has eased restrictions over the past few weeks, about two-third of the industry's employees lost their jobs at least temporarily and employment remains a quarter below what had existed prior to the pandemic.

"COVID-19 has upended all of our lives, but its impacts have been felt more acutely in the restaurant industry,″ said Democratic state Sen. Josh Newman. "It is clear that recovery will take time."

Reopening the economy will likely do little to turn the tide given the labor shortage. A legislative committee in the state said that a lack of staff will be a serious impediment for restaurants as they seek to rebuild. The committee stated:
"Many restaurants are struggling to serve the customers already allowed under current capacity limits because of a lack of staff. Potential employees may be able to make ends meet with unemployment and federal stimulus benefits instead of going back to work. Some may fear for their safety during the pandemic, while others may want 'more stable career paths' after being repeatedly furloughed."

Fulton County: Georgia judge allows further scan of mail-in ballot inspection - case could flip presidential certification

'A large number of ballots appear to have been counted twice.'
UPDATE: Judge orders ballots unsealed. Parties to appear at ballot storage location 10am May 28th. Ballots will be scanned at 600 dpi or higher. Protocol to be determined.
In an ongoing hearing, Henry County, GA judge, the Honorable Brian J. Amero may give access to the plaintiffs (VoterGA.org, Garland Favorito, and another plaintiff) to the physical mail-in ballots in Fulton County, which could show massive election fraud in GA during the 2020 presidential election cycle, and the follow-on runoff that decided control of the U.S. Senate for the Democrat Party, leading to full control of the American government.

In the hearing, lawyers for VoterGA.org described large discrepancies (21%) between the number of ballot batches reported by the GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger who certified the election, and the number of ballot batches actually provided by court-ordered access in the previous April hearing in the case.

Comment: We shall see if a new forensic inspection goes by the book and produces unequivocal results:
A group of voters filed a petition last year asking for a forensic inspection of mail-in ballots - alleged such abnormalities as an abnormally high total of them for the Democratic nominee, Joe Biden, and the Republican incumbent, Donald Trump.

Amero allowed the petitioners in March access to scanned images of the ballots, but attorneys for the petitioners argued in court that the resolution was too low to perform proper analysis and needed to see them first hand, Epoch Times reports.

Forensics expert David Sawyer told the court that he had identified a discrepancy in the number of ballot batches received from the Dominion Voting Systems software, compared to the number Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office listed as having been examined in an audit. Raffensperger said in a statement from his office to Just the News:
"From day one I have encouraged Georgians with concerns about the election in their counties to pursue those claims through legal avenues. Fulton County has a long standing history of election mismanagement that has understandably weakened voters' faith in its system. Allowing this audit provides another layer of transparency and citizen engagement."

Epstein guards admit to falsifying records, cut deal with prosecutors to skirt jail time

Michael Thomas, a federal jail guard responsible for monitoring Jeffrey Epstein the night he killed himself, leaves federal court in New York in 2019.
The two jail employees tasked with guarding pedophile Jeffrey Epstein the night of his suicide in a Manhattan jail have admitted to falsifying records — but will skirt time behind bars under a deal with prosecutors.

Tova Noel and Michael Thomas admitted that they "willfully and knowingly" lied on forms stating that they'd made the required rounds checking on inmates the night of Epstein's August 2019 suicide

dailywire.com Officers Guarding Epstein During Death Admit They Falsified Records, Cut Pending Deal With No Jail Time Ryan Saavedra 3-4 minutes

The two prison guards — Tova Noel and Michael Thomas — assigned to guard Jeffrey Epstein on the night that he died have admitted that they falsified prison records and have cut a deal with federal prosecutors.

"As part of the deal with prosecutors, they will enter into a deferred prosecution agreement with the Justice Department and will serve no time behind bars," The Associated Press reported. "Noel and Thomas would instead be subjected to supervised release, would be required to complete 100 hours of community service and would be required to fully cooperate with an ongoing probe by the Justice Department's inspector general."

The guards, who were supposed to be checking on Epstein every 30 minutes, are accused of checking sports news and shopping for furniture on the internet before taking a nap during Epstein's death. The two are accused of falsifying prison records to make it look like they had been doing their job during the time of Epstein's death.

A letter from federal prosecutors that was filed in federal court says that the two have "admitted that they 'willfully and knowingly completed materially false count and round slips regarding required counts and rounds.'"

The AP added:
Epstein's death and the revelation that he was able to kill himself while behind bars at one of the most secure jails in America was a major embarrassment for the Bureau of Prisons and cast a spotlight on the agency, which has also been besieged by serious misconduct in recent years.

Staffing shortages at the agency are so severe that guards often work overtime day after day or are forced to work mandatory double shifts. ... The falsification of records has been a problem throughout the federal prison system. Union officials have long argued that the reduction of staff is putting both guards and inmates in danger, but they've faced an uphill battle getting attention.
Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's longtime friend, was charged by federal authorities for allegedly contributing to Epstein's abuse of underage girls and is currently awaiting trial.

"Ghislaine Maxwell is woken up every 15 minutes with flashlights by guards at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn because the accused madam is on an 'enhanced security schedule' lockup, federal authorities said in court papers," the NYP reported.
"Federal prosecutors detailed the regimen in a letter to Manhattan federal court Judge Alison Nathan, who ordered them to respond to accusations from Maxwell's defense attorneys that she's subjected to onerous prison conditions, including sleep deprivation because of the constant wake ups."
The letter from authorities said that she is monitored every 15 minutes for her own safety, even though they said she is not on suicide watch.

A friend of Maxwell's previously said that Maxwell believed that she could avoid criminal prosecution because Maxwell said she had serious dirt on powerful people.
Much more care is being taken with Ms. Maxwell. It appears the PTB are less worried about what she might say, than they were about Epstein.

Oprah interviews Harry in their new AppleTV+ series, ‘The Me You Can’t See’.
Prince Harry says he is "ashamed" of how he responded to wife Meghan Markle's suicidal confession, which she spoke about in her interview with Oprah back in March.

The 36-year-old royal sat down with Oprah Winfrey in the AppleTV+ documentary series, The Me You Can't See, which the pair co-produced, where he went into detail about his own mental health.

Meghan, 39, opened up about her thoughts about wanting to end her life to Harry in January 2019, right before they were due to attend an event at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Comment: Jack Posobiec nailed it. Clueless Harry is falling for every emotional manipulation in the book, and Oprah is making bank on it. Sick people all around.
