Attorney Lin Wood files lawsuit challenging GA Sec. of State's unconstitutional agreement with Hillary attorney Marc Elias

Brad Raffensperger
The country is just being introduced to Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger. We are also beginning to uncover the corrupt actions he has taken to steal the 2020 election for the Democrats. Soon the whole country will know him and his actions.

On March 6, 2020 the Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, signed off on a secret legal agreement with the Democratic Party of Georgia, the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to alter absentee ballot procedures in Georgia. The Democrats' attorney for this secret deal was Marc Elias from Perkins Coie, the consigliere of Hillary Clinton who has been busy managing other secretive Democratic election operations all across the country. (In Appendix A of Lin Wood filing yesterday is a copy of the agreement - See below.)

Attorney L. Lin Wood, Jr. who is a resident and legal voter of the state of Georgia, filed a legal complaint yesterday against not only Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, but also against the members of the Secretary of State's State Board of Elections for getting into this agreement.

QAnon legal battle against YouTube could transform free speech online

The welding of American politics with social media may be the defining moment of a sea change that is taking place at the very top echelons of power in the United States and the world. In the run-up to the 2020 U.S. elections, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube all revealed their inescapable ties to the establishment when they launched an information warfare campaign against their own users and content creators in a bid to shape perceptions and control national discourse on the government's behalf.

As the most contentious election in living memory drags on days after the vote, itself, the massive purge of profiles and content deemed politically dangerous carried out by the most popular social media platforms just over two weeks before Election Day, went practically unnoticed by everyone other than those who were actually de-platformed and their followers.

In mid-October, Google-owned YouTube and other social media giants purged the accounts of the most popular QAnon channels, spurring a class-action lawsuit against the video streaming platform filed in the Northern District of California later that month.

Trump campaign, Georgia GOP highlight major concerns over state's recount efforts

The Georgia GOP, Tea Party Patriots, and the Trump campaign believe Georgia's recount is lacking several key components to ensure accuracy and credibility.

On Wednesday, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) announced a "full, by-hand recount in each county" in the Peach State, stressing that such a move would "help build confidence" in the state's final election results. Raffensperger described it as a "heavy lift" as the process would involve an audit, recount, and recanvass "all at once."

A few key players, however, have expressed concern over the process presented by Raffensperger, contending that it lacks certain, essential procedures, such as verifying signature matches on absentee ballots:

Leftist groups accidentally prove Pennsylvania elections officials violated laws and judge's orders

'That's nothing! I voted and so did I.'
To combat Trump's motions to battle the election fraud taking place in Pennsylvania, various different leftist organizations have filed a motion to intervene in the case. As part of this motion, they included several affidavits from various community members. In some of those affidavits, citizens swear that they were contacted by people at the elections office and/or by the democrat party and were informed that there was a problem with their ballot, and they needed to come down to the elections office and cure the problem.

This is in direct defiance of the orders previously given by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which specifically stated that voters are not to be contacted to cure a ballot.

Furthermore, why are voters being contacted by partisan party officials, when it should be elections officials contacting them?

Still another concern is that this is contrary to what the "fact checkers" have told us regarding proper policy and procedure.

Putting a hold on the vaccine
As the British government's vaccine debacle continues, more people are beginning to ask why these are being rushed - when there is no evidence that the country is in the midst of a 'pandemic.' Citizens in Liverpool raise alarm as British Army was deployed to schools to administer coronavirus tests.

Also, health service whistleblower Shelley Tasker reveals what's really going on in the NHS amid the COVID mass-panic. And why is Boris Johnson so determined to pull Britain into the World Economic Forum's 'climate change' and Great Reset agenda? All this and more.

Comment: The groundswell against the vaccine is growing even though 'inoculating nothing' promises such excellent results - especially for the bottom line of favored vaccine companies.

Wisconsin voters file lawsuit to exclude over 792,000 votes in 3 counties

Poll workers check in a box of absentee ballots at Sun Prairie High School in Sun Prairie, Wis., on Nov. 3, 2020.
Three voters in Wisconsin have filed a federal lawsuit seeking to exclude Nov. 3 election results in three of the state's counties that helped push Joe Biden ahead of President Donald Trump. The action, if successful, would invalidate over 792,000 votes cast across the state.

The civil action (pdf), filed on Thursday, alleges that there is "sufficient evidence that illegal votes were counted" in Milwaukee, Dane, and Menominee counties "to change or place in doubt the results" of the presidential election in the counties. The voters asked the court to declare that the counties' results "must be invalidated" and to block the counties from certifying their results.

All three counties lean heavily Democrat, with Milwaukee and Dane being among the most populous and heavily Democratic counties in the state. For the three counties, Biden holds a lead of 365,289 votes over Trump. In the state overall, Biden holds a lead of about 20,540 votes at 49.6 percent, compared to Trump at 48.9 percent as of Saturday. The Trump campaign has signaled it will request a recount.

"Certifying presidential electors without excluding certain counties would violate voters' fundamental right to vote by vote-dilution disenfranchisement," the suit said, citing the First and 14th Amendment protections.

The lawsuit stated: "Because illegal votes dilute legal votes, the evidence establishes, and will establish, that the rights of voters have been violated by vote-dilution disenfranchisement. Consequently, the presidential election results from the counties identified should not be included in certified and reported totals for presidential electors from this state."

No massive fraud? February 1994 precedent - vote-fraud ruling shifts Pennsylvania Senate, absentee ballots ALL rejected

New York Times HQ
Saying Philadelphia's election system had collapsed under "a massive scheme" by Democrats to steal a State Senate election in November, a Federal judge today took the rare step of invalidating the vote and ordered the seat filled by the Republican candidate.

In making such a sweeping move, the judge, Clarence C. Newcomer of Federal District Court here, did for the Republicans what the election had not: enable them to regain control of the State Senate, which they lost two years ago.

Judge Newcomer ruled that the Democratic campaign of William G. Stinson had stolen the election from Bruce S. Marks in North Philadelphia's Second Senatorial District through an elaborate fraud in which hundreds of residents were encouraged to vote by absentee ballot even though they had no legal reason -- like a physical disability or a scheduled trip outside the city -- to do so.

In many instances, according to Republicans who testified during a four-day civil trial last week, Democratic campaign workers forged absentee ballots. On many of the ballots, they used the names of people who were living in Puerto Rico or serving time in prison, and in one case, the voter had been dead for some time.

"Substantial evidence was presented establishing massive absentee ballot fraud, deception, intimidation, harassment and forgery," Judge Newcomer wrote in a decision made public today.

The district, which includes white, black and Hispanic neighborhoods, is overwhelmingly Democratic by registration. Nonetheless, campaign workers testified that widespread voter apathy had prompted them to promote a "new way to vote" to insure a victory.

Outraged Twitter users have placed Target in their crosshairs after the retailer apparently pulled a book that challenged politically correct views about gender, after the store dumped, then re-listed, another gender-related tome.

Dr. Debra Soh, the author of The End of Gender: Debunking the Myths about Sex and Identity in Our Society, revealed that Target had quietly removed her book from their website.

"Where did my book go?" she asked, including screengrabs showing that The End of Gender had disappeared from the store's online catalog.

YouTube labels RT documentary on right- AND left-wing radical US groups 'offensive' and 'inappropriate'

Still from 'Up in Arms' (RT Documentary)
Documentary correspondent Konstanin Rozhkov spoke to RT about his film Up in Arms being given warning labels by YouTube for "offensive" content contained in other videos that are left alone by the tech giant.

If one wants to watch 'Up in Arms', a film with firsthand footage of divisive and sometimes violent protests that have occurred across the US this year, YouTube first presents a warning about the potentially "inappropriate" content.

If a user's settings are set to Russian, they are told the 27-minute film contains material "that might frighten or shock some users."

Comment: Russia is not impressed with YouTube's actions
Roskomnadzor, Russia's Federal communications agency has written to Google, the California-based company that owns YouTube, over the restrictions on the documentary, 'USA 2020: Up in arms.' In a statement, the regulator said that "cases of the administration of the YouTube video hosting service blocking, labeling, warning, consent and other restrictions with respect to materials of Russian media and journalists have become more frequent."

It added that the Russian government views these developments as part of "a purposeful policy of influencing foreign platforms on Russians' access to objective information."

The regulator added that Russian content creators can use platforms based in the country to ensure viewers can access material that Western companies might otherwise look to censor. The statement specifically pointed to Russian firms "possessing developed distributed content delivery networks."

US companies have repeatedly clashed with Roskomnadzor over perceived censorship of Russian media. In October, the agency wrote to Facebook, Twitter and Google, ordering them to stop limiting access to content from the country.

YouTube has previously blocked the accounts of the Tsargrad channel, Anna News and News Front agencies. Google has also previously limited the distribution of the film Beslan, chronicling the 2004 Russian school siege that left 334 people dead.

Twitter suspended me, a conservative black man, for an absolutely absurd reason

twitter censorship
I don't always get in trouble on Twitter, but when I do, it's for the most idiotic reasons that Twitter can think of. I have appealed their decision, but if they uphold my suspension, it's yet another piece of evidence (as if we needed more) that the social media company is 100% biased against conservatives on its platform.

It happened on Wednesday evening when I was making fun of Democrats who refer to black conservatives as "Uncle Toms" and "coons." If you follow me on Twitter, you know I can be rather spicy at times.

I'm known for making fun of tomfoolery on both sides, but my most caustic criticism is typically reserved for the left. I have a particular disdain for black Democrats who accuse black conservatives of tap dancing for white conservatives while they continue their own Bojangles and Shirley Temple tap dance routine for white progressives.*
