Aaron, 32, will be in a Manhattan federal district court Thursday morning, according to a Wednesday announcement from the US Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York. He is one of nine co-defendants in a case involving over 100 million hacked accounts from dozens of companies, including more than 83 million JPMorgan Chase & Co. accounts compromised, in a hacking and fraud operation run from 2007 to mid-2015.
Manhattan US Attorney Preet Bharara called the scheme "hacking as a business model," in the announcement of Aaron's arrest. Aaron is a native of Maryland who attended college in Florida.
The US Attorney's Office also named Israelis Gery Shalon and Ziv Orenstein as co-defendants; they were extradited to the US by Israel earlier this year. Aaron and Shalon are charged in the "largest theft of customer data from a US financial institution in history," which facilitated their "securities market manipulation schemes" perpetrated with Orenstein, according to the US Attorney's Office.
Michael Sandford, 20, pleaded guilty in September to being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm and disrupting an official function.
He was accused of grabbing a policeman's gun at a rally in Las Vegas in order to shoot at the candidate.
His mother says "he is remorseful over what he did".
Sandford, of Dorking, Surrey, had faced up to 10 years in prison over the alleged assassination plot.
The court heard that he could be eligible for release in four months' time, at which point he will be deported to the UK.
The defense team said their client is autistic and suffers seizures and obsession-compulsion anxiety.

The lawsuit was filed by former Ukrainian lawmaker Vladimir Oleynik, who had been ousted from his post in the Ukrainian Rada and now seeks international recognition of the current Ukrainian authorities as illegitimate.
In earlier comments with Russian news agency RIA Novosti, Oleynik said that an official court ruling describing the 2014 power grab in Ukraine as a coup d'état would allow all persons responsible for it to be brought to justice.
"I am stating that the actions of the persons complicit with the adoption and realization of these decisions bear the hallmarks of crimes punishable under article 109 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code. These are actions aimed at forced change or displacement of constitutional order and lawfully elected regime. The common name for such actions is coup d'état," he said.
"An estimated 4,200 barrels of oil have leaked from the pipeline. Of that amount, 3,100 barrels of oil flowed into Ash Coulee Creek," said Bill Seuss, a spill investigator with the North Dakota Department of Health.
Seuss said that, as of Sunday, 11,878 barrels of oil had been recovered at the site. Two cows have been reported dead near the site but Seuss said the cause of the deaths is unclear.
The pipeline is about 150 miles from where the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and other environmental groups have been protesting Energy Transfer's Dakota Access pipeline since April.
The push to pressure and overturn the Electoral College vote on December 19 escalated last night, when a group of celebrities created a video to urge Electoral College members to cast their votes for someone other than President-elect Donald Trump on Monday. "You have the position, the authority, and the opportunity to go down in the books as an American hero who changed the course of history," several celebrities say in turn.
The group, which calls itself Unite for America and was formed to try to prevent Trump from becoming president, created the video published Wednesday, which features actors Martin Sheen, Debra Messing and Bob Odenkrik, among others.
Their mission statement is presented below:

Voting machines in more than one-third of all Detroit precincts registered more votes than they should have during last month's presidential election, according to Wayne County records prepared at the request of The Detroit News. And wouldn't you know it, Wayne County, home of Detroit, just happens to be one of the very few counties that Hillary "won" in the state of Michigan.
Detailed reports from the office of Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett show optical scanners at 248 of the city's 662 precincts, or 37 percent, tabulated more ballots than the number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books. Voting irregularities in Detroit have spurred plans for an audit by Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson's office, Elections Director Chris Thomas said Monday.
Lessig's anti-Trump group, "Electors Trust," has been offering pro bono legal counsel to Republican presidential electors considering ditching Trump and has been acting as a clearinghouse for electors to privately communicate their intentions.Meanwhile, the list of Democrat electors demanding an intelligence briefing on Russian interference in the election prior to casting their vote continues to grow. As of last night we noted that 40 democrats had signed the petition and, as of this morning, the list has grown to 55. Not surprisingly, the list is loaded with disaffected Hillary supporters from Democratic strongholds like California and Virginia.
"Obviously, whether an elector ultimately votes his or her conscience will depend in part upon whether there are enough doing the same. We now believe there are more than half the number needed to change the result seriously considering making that vote," Lessig said.
Comment: And now actors are joining in to convince faithless electors to vote with their "conscience".
The Fox News Poll released on Wednesday shows that US voters think there "was no real effect on the presidential race from Russian cyber-attacks."
Eighty-five percent of Republicans believe Russia did not impact the election, the poll showed.
Comment: Meanwhile, Republicans are increasingly seeing Russia as an ally, following Trump's lead in softening the anti-Russian stance so favored by Killary and the neocon war hawks. As much as Obama, Killary and their MSM presstitutes want to create the reality that Russia is a threat to American lives, clearly a majority of the public sees through the propaganda and identifies much more with Trump's willingness to work with Putin and Russia instead of trying to create war with them. "Fake news" is the only REAL news and the MSM is the real fake news!
On Wednesday, NBC News claimed citing unnamed US intelligence officials that Russian leadership was directly involved in cyberattacks in the 2016 presidential election.
US House Committee on Intelligence Chairman David Nunes said in a statement earlier in the day that the country's intelligence directors refused to brief lawmakers on leaked assessments related to election cyber attacks.
Moscow has repeatedly denied any interference in the presidential election, calling the allegations absurd and an attempt to distract US voters from pressing domestic issues.
RT's Lizzie Phelan, who is on the ground in Aleppo, spoke to some survivors that accused the anti-government activists of being "camera posers, thieves, and raiders." One went so far as to accuse the White Helmets of intentionally killing his daughter.
The White Helmets is a Western-backed civil defense group consisting of 'volunteers' operating in Syria. While, officially, its mission is to render first aid to bombing victims, Syrian and Russian authorities have accused them of spreading anti-government propaganda, releasing fake news, and maintaining close ties with Islamist terrorist groups like Al-Nusra Front - some of which has been captured on camera.

The November Index of Small Business Optimism from the National Federation of Independent Business shows small businesses have gained confidence with the expectation of better conditions under the new Trump administration.
"What a difference a day makes," said Juanita Duggan, President and CEO of NFIB. "Before Election Day small business owners' optimism was flat, and after Election Day it soared."
NFIB Chief Economist Bill Dunkelberg said, "The November index was basically unchanged from October's reading up to the point of the election and then rose dramatically after the results of the election were known."
