New York Supreme Court Judge James Burke added that if the jury can't reach a unanimous decision, then it can't return a verdict on the two counts of predatory sexual assault, which carry a maximum penalty of life in prison. The judge also asked the jury to continue deliberations, which are set to resume Monday morning.
"It is not uncommon for a jury to believe they will never reach a unanimous verdict but on further deliberation, they are often able to reach a unanimous verdict," Burke told the courtroom.
The jury of seven men and five women began deliberations Tuesday. The once-powerful Hollywood mogul, 67, also faces one count each of first-degree rape and third-degree rape, and one count of a criminal sex act. The jury suggested it reached a unanimous decision on those three counts.
On February 9, the ministry submitted a building plan that would see some 9,000 housing units constructed at the site of the former Qalandiya airport (known by Israelis as Atarot airport) near the Jerusalem neighborhood of Kafr Aqab, which has been inoperative since the breakout of the second Palestinian Intifada in 2000.
The new Jewish neighborhood in Qalandiya would break a long stretch of Palestinian urban areas extending from the east Jerusalem neighborhoods of Beit Hanina and Shu'afat north to Kfar Aqab, Qalandiya and Ramallah on the other side of the security barrier.

Undated handout photo issued by the Metropolitan Police of Safiyya Amira Shaikh, 36, a supporter of Islamic State.
Safiyya Amira Shaikh, 36, from Hayes, west London, admitted preparation of terrorist acts and dissemination of terrorist publications at a hearing at the Old Bailey.
It was alleged Shaikh made contact with someone who could prepare explosives, and went on a reconnaissance trip to scope out the cathedral and a hotel as locations to plant bombs.
She prepared the words of a pledge of allegiance to Isis between August 2019 and October 2019. She also shared terrorist documents via groups using the Telegram messaging app over the same period.
Pornography and sex addiction is becoming a concern for many. Several celebrities have been open about their own sex addictions, such as Kanye West, Terry Crews, Michael Douglas, Tiger Woods, Lamar Odom, Jada Pinkett Smith, and others. Joseph Gordon-Levitt's 2013 film 'Don Jon' tackled the subject as well. It's something seemingly unique to our digital age, with the ability to access pornography on demand from any device that has an internet connection.
There are those that deny the addiction exists, like popular feminist YouTuber Laci Green, or noted sex therapist Dr. David J. Ley, who wrote in Psychology Today that pornography is not addictive back in 2013. However, a 2014 study at Cambridge has shown that a porn-addicted brain reacts to pornography in the same way a drug-addicted brain acts towards drug cues. The World Health Organisation recognised sex addiction as a mental health condition two years later.
One year after this boy was savagely beaten by New Castle County police — who were never held accountable — attorney for the family, Chris Johnson, has announced they intend to sue if the department refuses to settle.
As TFTP reported at the time, the boy, identified by his family as Roger Darnell Brown was outside talking with his friend last February because he'd just gotten a brand new dirt bike and wanted to show it off. The boys weren't breaking into cars or vandalizing the neighborhood or stealing things. They were just being boys hanging out.
However, as they stood in the front yard, two cops claimed to smell marijuana and this peaceful hangout quickly turned violent.
Roger was straddling the bike when police arrived and told him to get off it, Mary Fleming, Roger's mother told Delaware Online.

A report released by the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) North think tank on Friday says that, while inner London is one of the most productive regions in the European Union, other parts of England have productivity levels "similar to Poland, Hungary and Romania."
"[England is the] most regionally divided economy in the developed world in terms of productivity, income, job opportunities, and health outcomes."
Researchers at the progressive think tank have urged British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to embark on a major devolution program. They report that the "economy isn't working for any part of England" - not even the nation's capital - adding that "this situation is unique in the developed world."

People walk past the New York Stock Exchange on February 12. US stocks have rallied to an all-time high this month despite worries over sluggish economies in China and Europe and the coronavirus outbreak.
Back in 2007, signs of a market collapse were evident in overpriced shares, investor complacency, and fast-sprouting hedge funds and brokerage accounts. China was then an emerging economic power with ample debt capacity to cushion the world's fall.
But both China and US got their responses to the global financial crisis wrong. Rather than stimulating consumption that still lags, China stimulated investment despite its industrial overcapacity. The US stimulated consumption (remember "cash for clunkers"?) rather than investing in new technologies, worker retraining and still creaking infrastructure.
Eight-year-old Malek Issa was on his way home from buying a sandwich on Saturday afternoon in the occupied East Jerusalem neighborhood of Issawiya when he was shot in the face with a rubber-coated steel bullet fired by an Israeli police officer.
Issa's family told local media that the boy had left a restaurant and was headed home when he was shot by police, allegedly at point blank range.
While Israeli police claimed that their officers were engaging in "riot control" measures in Issawiya, video footage of the moments before the shooting, published by Haaretz, shows what appears to be normal activity in the street.
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced on Friday that over 2,500 people have already been ordered into quarantine due to the risk of the Covid-19 coronavirus. He also explained on his blog that all arrivals from China will have to undergo a physical and take a test for the infection. They then must isolate themselves. He added that if tests at the airport detect a temperature or other symptoms, the person would be immediately sent to a hospital.
"In practice, this means that anyone who arrives from China should not leave their home or hotel for two weeks," the mayor said. "Compliance [with the quarantine order] is continuously monitored, including through the automated face recognition system and other technical measures." Many CCTV cameras throughout the Russian capital are equipped with facial recognition technology designed to enable authorities to find wanted criminals.
Supermarket Meny scrapped the idea of worm burgers after insufficient demand but seem convinced that they can stir up enthusiasm for people to chomp down on insects.
"It is difficult to see whether Norwegian consumers are more open to insects in a burger than bread, but the link to testing alternative protein sources, such as insects, is probably more closely linked to a burger," communications manager of Meny, Nina Horn Hynne, told E24.
