A caller reported to police a group of Haitian migrants carrying four geese in Springfield, Ohio in exclusive audio obtained by The Federalist.

A recording of a police phone call obtained by The Federalist reveals a local resident reporting a group of Haitian migrants carrying four geese in Springfield, Ohio two weeks ago.

"I'm sitting here, I'm riding on the trail, I'm going to my orientation for my job today, and I see a group of Haitian people, there was about four of 'em, they all had geese in their hand," the caller tells the public services dispatcher in the audio recording of the call.

According to a police report reviewed by The Federalist, the call was placed on Aug. 26, before the Columbus suburb located roughly 50 miles from the state capital became nationally known this week for epitomizing the nation's migrant crisis. The caller told the dispatcher he saw four migrants in total, two men and two women, each carrying a single goose.

"It's a crazy story": Illegal alien MS-13 gangster kills girl, then enrolls in Maryland high school

Investigative journalist Chris Papst of Fox45 News' Project Baltimore revealed that a Maryland high school unknowingly allowed an illegal alien MS-13 gang member, at the center of a murder investigation, to enroll after local, state, and federal authorities failed to inform the school's administration of the student's criminal background. Tragic events like this should never be happening in the first world. Yet, the news cycle is becoming inundated with these types of horrific events because of disastrous open southern border policies pushed by the Biden-Harris team.

The story begins with illegal alien and MS-13 gang member Walter Martinez, who was 16 years old and murdered Kayla Hamilton in 2022. Months before the murder, Martinez walked across the open southern border and was apprehended by the US Border Patrol. He was then sent to a sponsor in Maryland.

An adviser to Ukraine's former Strategic Industries Minister Aleksandr Kamyshin was killed in a car crash during the weekend, just days after the official's exit from cabinet after a major government reshuffle. Yaroslav Oleynik was helping Kiev ramp up the manufacture of drones to attack Russia.

The news of the death of the 28-year-old official was announced on Sunday by Kamyshin's former deputy Anna Gvozdyar and corroborated by the ex-minister himself. Oleynik's wife Nina reportedly died in the same accident.

News outlet Strana claimed that it learned details of the incident from a source in Ukrainian law enforcement. According to the source, Oleynik's Mitsubishi Pajero was rammed head-on by a Mitsubishi L-200 driven by another military service member.

The other driver had reportedly run over a wild boar and skidded into the opposite lane. While the Oleyniks were said to have died at the scene, a third person survived the collision and is being treated in hospital. The incident occurred just before midnight on Saturday in Zhitomir Region, the source said.

Pierre de Gaulle, the grandson of the late French leader General Charles De Gaulle, intends to move to Moscow, the Russian State Duma announced on Monday.

News of De Gaulle's residency plans were published on the Telegram account of the lower chamber of Russia's parliament after he met with its chairman, Vyacheslav Volodin. The post included footage of the two shaking hands and having a discussion. The conversation focused on the preservation of historic memory, primarily that of World War II, and improving Russo-French humanitarian ties, the report said.

The French national is a vocal critic of President Emmanuel Macron, whom he previously accused of "creating chaos" for the sake of personal power. He has also publicly stated that he would consider it an honor if he were granted Russian citizenship.

A bridge partially collapsed in the eastern German city of Dresden, authorities said Wednesday, adding that no one was injured but there was a risk of further sections crumbling.

A roughly 100-metre (330-foot) section of the Carola Bridge, which connects Dresden's historic old town to other parts of the city, plunged into the Elbe River around 03:00 am (0100 GMT), the Dresden fire brigade said.

The entire area around the bridge has been sealed off.

Residents have been urged to stay away amid concerns other parts of the bridge could come crashing down.

Comment: A rather odd incident considering Germany's reputation for engineering excellence, and that, as of right now, there's no implication of extreme weather or neglect being responsible: In other news, two days ago, Chancellor Scholz made some notable comments about the, as of yet unexplained, Nord Stream sabotage, as well as intimations of pushing for a peace deal in Ukraine. Although with his party set to lose in the elections, and a loss in Ukraine looming, these unusually lucid comments are probably to be expected:

Fading industry in the West as energy policy consequences surface - The grey zone surge begins

build back better
For those who have followed my travels, research and granular reviews into the background motives of the multinationals, an article within Politico catches my attention and I hope it may be of value for an enlarged conversation.

At the beginning of my post-COVID economic research, I noted all of the proactive investments by the big multinationals would benefit from a diminishment "western" economic dominance.

Specifically, I noted that if you look at the investment footprint - where the multinational corporations actually put all of that money they have been extracting from the Western consumers, you will see they have spent the past generation investing heavily in the "GREY Zone" within the map below. With that reality as the backdrop, would the multinationals lose or benefit from the "Build Back Better" agenda that pushed the YELLOW zone into a system of forced drops in the standards of living?

BBC One has suffered a record drop in audiences for its news bulletins, with increasing numbers of people reading headlines via social media platforms.

For the first time, online sites overtook television as the UK's main source of news.

Viewers turned away from the BBC's scheduled News at Ten, News at Six, and lunchtime bulletins, according to a report by Ofcom.

BBC One remains the most-used single source of news, with 43 per cent of those surveyed saying they watch it, down from 49 per cent in 2023 - the biggest drop since the annual survey began.

Comment: This is partly why governments across the West, as living standards plummet and the geopolitical situation escalates, are accelerating their crackdown on dissenters of all kinds, from TikTok to Russian news outlets, Telegram's CEO, accredited independent journalists, even influencers have been arrested for simply sharing information:

Best of the Web: On Being a "Threat to Democracy"

Democracy
Merriam-Webster defines "democracy" as: "a: Government by the people especially : rule of the majority, b: a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections."

Well, that sounds good. Do we have a rule of the majority? The majority of Americans, after all, about eighty percent of them, are losing in this rigged economy, and living paycheck to paycheck at best. I don't think they're "ruling" anything. We all (well, some of us) know that the 10th Amendment to the Constitution clearly states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Again, sounds good. But when's the last time you heard about one of our tyrannical judges ruling in favor of someone invoking the 10th Amendment? Since the Constitution delineates very limited powers to the central government, this should mean that the vast majority of power in this country resides in the States, or the people.
