Society's Child
One of the posters in the series depicts an overweight 'redneck' type, arm tattooed with a Confederate flag, wearing a red 'Make America Great Again' hat and slurping from a Chick-fil-A cup.
The government is not supposed to take care of us from the cradle to the grave.
Rather, our founders understood that the proper role of government is to create and protect an environment of liberty and freedom where we would be empowered to take care of ourselves.
Today, most Americans cannot independently take care of themselves, and that makes them dependents. And when you are a dependent, you aren't really free.
NBC has said it is canceling 'Megyn Kelly Today' and will replace her show with 'Today' anchors.
The 'Today' show - which Kelly co-hosts - disclosed on Friday that their soon-to-be ex-colleague "is in talks with the network about her imminent departure."

By 2014 Mazzig had already spoken to over 40,000 students from high school through college, and helped defeat a boycott resolution at the University of Washington.
The Jewish Forward reports that a hugely popular pro-Israel speaker and writer, Hen Mazzig, has been secretly working directly for the Israeli government. It appears that his actions may have violated U.S. espionage laws.
A pro-Israel organization lists Mazzig among "The Top 100 People Positively Influencing Jewish Life, 2018."
According to the Forward, Mazzig's op-eds "have been published in nearly every Israeli and American Jewish publication (including the Forward), and his speeches to students across North America and Europe, have garnered him legions of fans, including more than 18,000 Twitter followers."
According to Lebanon's Al-Mayadeen television, it is unclear what kind of poisonous substance had been relocated.
In late September, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin said that militants as well as White Helmets continued their preparations for plotting chemical attacks to discredit the Syrian government's troops. Both Damascus and Moscow blamed militants and White Helmets for staging several provocations involving chemical weapons to influence public opinion and justify foreign intervention in Syria.
The Russian Center for Syrian reconciliation reported earlier that Daesh terrorists had attacked Nusra Front militants in the Syrian settlement of Ltamenah, killing two White Helmets operatives and seizing two canisters with chlorine.
The English Defence League-founder, real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was previously refused entry to the US due to his plethora of criminal convictions. As well as drug possession, violence and public order offences, Robinson was jailed in 2012 for using a friend's passport to travel to New York.
US authorities are still hunting for the person or persons responsible for ten or so packages containing what appeared to be pipe bombs - none of which have actually exploded - that were sent to CNN and prominent Democrats over the past two days.
For much of Thursday night's Meet the Press Daily show on MSNBC, host Chuck Todd and his guests followed the narrative adopted by most media outlets, blaming what they described as Trump's incendiary rhetoric against the press. Then Todd went there.
"I have this fear that it could be some Russian operation," Todd told his guests, explaining his reasoning as, "It is dividing us."
Comment: It was bound to happen...the lie that keeps the Democrats on life support.

"We can confirm one person is in custody," a Justice Department Spokeswoman tweeted on Friday. A law enforcement official told Reuters that other potential suspects are also being looked at.
The packages contained crude, homemade pipe bombs, and were sent to an array of Democratic figures, including former president Barack Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton, former attorney general Eric Holder, and CNN's New York studios.
Two law enforcement sources have named the man as 56-year-old Cesar Sayoc. Sayoc was arrested in Plantation, Florida, and according to CNN, has a criminal history.
Police officials said that the package was "considered suspect" and that a bomb disposal team was on its way to the area.
The ministry is located in the heart of Athens, in a building complex opposite the iconic Old Royal Palace, which houses the Greek parliament. Dozens of ministry employees were seen waiting outside the building for the all clear, local media reported.
The scare comes on the heels of a string of thwarted pipe bomb attacks in the US, with the allegedly-explosive devices being mailed to numerous top Democrats - and even CNN's New York offices. As of Friday, twelve suspicious packages have been discovered across the country.
Comment: As the US has a suspect in custody and the bomb deliveries were more or less cookie cutter in nature, delivery, recipient and content, the Greek threat is most likely unrelated except for timing.
Gaza
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has confirmed that over 100 Palestinians were killed in a single day during the 30th March of Return held October 19, and yet the Israeli government is being criticized from within for not being tough enough. Hard as it may be to believe - even though Israel's ongoing response to the Gaza Return March protests can only be described as extremely heavy-handed, injuring thousands and killing hundreds - there are calls from within the Israeli cabinet and the Knesset, as well as the press, demanding Netanyahu and his defense minister Lieberman adopt a more "heavy-handed" response.
Comment: People define their plans and soon the plans begin to define the people. In Israel's case, the strategy is long term and intentional - a delusion not only personified, it is reinforced to new levels.
