"Sorry, that page doesn't exist!" was the only message facing disheartened visitors who tried to access Julian Assange's official Twitter account on Monday.

It was not immediately clear whether the leader of the transparency organization Wikileaks deleted the account @JulianAssange himself, or whether it was expunged by malignant hackers. It reportedly vanished in the early hours of Monday morning.

The Fair Aid charity fund set up by Elizaveta Glinka, who died a year ago in a Russian military plane crash en route to Syria, has evacuated 77 seriously ill children from Donbass to Russia over this past year, its current President Ksenia Sokolova told TASS.

"Over the past year we have evacuated 77 children from there [Donbass], and Liza [Elizaveta Glinka] had evacuated 500 over two years and a half," Sokolova said.

A pastry shop in Indonesia has refused to write a Christmas greeting on a cake as it goes against their "religious principles." The owners later apologized for the incident, allowing customers to make their own inscriptions.

Chocolicous Indonesia, from the city of Makassar, declined the request of a customer who wanted to wish his family a merry Christmas with a message atop the cake he ordered, local media reported. However, the customer, a Hungarian national named Arnold Serestyen, had to cancel his order when the shop said it didn't provide Christmas greetings.

DOJ opens probe into Bundy prosecutors who hid evidence

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has opened a probe into federal prosecutors of the recent trial of Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, E&E News reports.

Bundy faced criminal charges related to a 2014 standoff with Bureau of Land Management (BLM) agents. After the prosecutions numerous missteps and "willful" withholding of evidence that would aid the Bundy's defense, the judge ruled a mistrial Wednesday, The Oregonian reports.

The DOJ did not say whether it would pursue another trial against Cliven Bundy and others involved in the 2014 standoff, according to E&E News.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions "personally directed that an expert in the department's discovery obligations be deployed to examine the case and advise as to next steps," DOJ deputy director of public affairs Ian Prior told The Oregonian.

"This is every prosecutor's nightmare," retired federal prosecutor Kent Robinson said.

A quarrel over smelly socks between two plane passengers escalated into a fight on arrival, which saw one of them ending up in hospital with a serious stab wound, police in Russia's Kaliningrad Region has said.

The case dates back to last week, but details only came to light recently. It emerged that a 54-year-old resident of the Baltic Sea resort of Svetlogorsk was arrested for seriously wounding a 31-year-old Kaliningrad man, police said in a statement. The attack followed "the verbal conflict" that lasted throughout the whole flight from Moscow to Kaliningrad.

A 17-year-old boy who was forced to masturbate in front of police officers after he was accused of taking nude photos of himself and sending them to his 15-year-old girlfriend, won a small victory in court, when he argued that by attempting to force him to recreate the photos, the officers were manufacturing child pornography.

The United States Court of Appeals in the Fourth Circuit ruled in favor of Trey Sims, who is now 20. He was originally accused of sending his girlfriend explicit photographs and videos in 2014. Manasseh City Police Detective David Abbott--who is now deceased--investigated the alleged transmission of child pornography. He asked for, received, and executed a search warrant, which ultimately demanded Sims masturbate for Abbott and two other officers.

According to the Chinese zodiac, 2017 has been the Year of the Rooster. Myself, I've decided to designate it the Year of the Headless Liberal Chicken. I don't mean that to be insulting ... or, all right, I guess I do, a little. But my heart goes out to liberals, seriously. At this point, the amount of utterly baseless, contradictory propaganda, mass hysteria, and just flat out insanity the ruling classes have demanded they swallow is more than any human mind, no matter how medicated, could possibly handle. Is it any wonder so many of them of lost it and started seeing Nazis and Russians coming out of the woodwork? Just consider what the average liberal has been forced to try to cognitively reconcile since the tragic events of last November ...

First came the overwhelming shock of Hillary Clinton's loss to Trump, a repulsive, word salad-babbling buffoon with absolutely no political experience who the media had been portraying to liberals as the Second Coming of Adolf Hitler. This was a candidate, let's recall, who jabbered about building a "beautiful wall" to protect us from the hordes of "Mexican rapists" and other "bad hombres" who were invading America, and who had boasted about grabbing women "by the pussy" like a prepubescent 6th grade boy. While he had served as a perfect foil for Clinton, and had provided hours of entertainment in a comic book villain kind of way, the prospect of a Donald Trump presidency was inconceivable in the minds of liberals. So, when it happened, it was like the Martians had invaded.

I keep waiting to encounter the "kind, forgiving, charitable, pleasant" Christmastime environment that Charles Dickens describes in A Christmas Carol: "when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were fellow-passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys."

Instead, every time I read a news headline or flip on the television or open up an email, I run headlong into people consumed with back-biting, partisan politics, sniping, toxic hate, meanness, unfriending and materialism.

How is it that despite all of the blessings and advantages we in the United States possess, as a nation we continue to major in minors, prioritizing politics and profit margins over decency and human-kindness?

Comment: The smug airs of Christmas Missives about love and tolerance and "how to fix damn near everything by becoming a hippie" are the number one cause of the continuance of hate in the world.

Two high-level government agents from the same area were arrested on child pornography charges in two seemingly separate cases. The most disturbing of these cases is that of 55-year-old Voorhees resident Charles Borrelli, a long time contractor with the Philadelphia Department of Human Services, was tasked with protecting children.

Not only was Borrelli a level boss at the agency, but he was also the architect of the computer systems and programs that kept track of abused and at-risk children. Borrelli was an employee of the agency for over 15 years. Borrelli is also the owner of Dynamic Sights, a tech consulting firm that he founded in 1994, and it is likely that he was using his technical expertise to cover up his crimes.

DHS spokesperson Alicia Taylor said that while Borrelli was in charge of the agencies IT systems, he did not have any direct contact with children through the agency. "DHS was surprised and horrified to learn of the charges against Mr. Borrelli. DHS learned of his arrest on December 11th from an online news article and promptly contacted law enforcement. We are currently cooperating fully with authorities," Taylor said.

According to thegoldwater.com, although his official position did not put him in direct contact with children on a daily basis, however, "the agency's 2013 annual report includes a photo credited to a "Charles Borrelli" that was taken of a child at a DHS event."
