Judge says five other accusers may testify at Bill Cosby's retrial

A judge agreed Thursday to let five additional Bill Cosby accusers testify at his April 2 retrial for an alleged 2004 sexual assault, giving prosecutors a chance to portray the man once known as "America's Dad" as a serial predator who made a sadistic habit of drugging and molesting women.

Judge Steven O'Neill said prosecutors could choose the witnesses from a list of eight women with allegations dating as far back as the early 1980s. They include model Janice Dickinson, who said Cosby knocked her out with pills and raped her during a 1982 trip to Lake Tahoe.

Prosecutors, eager to expand the scope of the underlying he-said-she-said case, had pushed to let jurors hear from as many as 19 of the dozens of women who say Cosby assaulted them over a five-decade span. "We are reviewing the judge's order and will be making some determinations," District Attorney Kevin Steele said.

US trains Syria militants' in false flag chem attacks as basis for airstrikes

Russia's Defense Ministry says "US instructors" are training militants to stage false flag chemical attacks in south Syria. The incidents are said to be a pretext for airstrikes on Syrian government troops and infrastructure.

"We have reliable information at our disposal that US instructors have trained a number of militant groups in the vicinity of the town of At-Tanf, to stage provocations involving chemical warfare agents in southern Syria," Russian General Staff spokesman General Sergey Rudskoy said at a news briefing on Saturday.
"Early in March, the saboteur groups were deployed to the southern de-escalation zone to the city of Deraa, where the units of the so-called Free Syrian Army are stationed. They are preparing a series of chemical munitions explosions. This fact will be used to blame the government forces. The components to produce chemical munitions have been already delivered to the southern de-escalation zone under the guise of humanitarian convoys of a number of NGOs."
The planned provocations will be widely covered in the Western media and will ultimately be used as a pretext by the US-led coalition to launch strikes on Syria, Rudskoy warned. "The provocations will be used as a pretext by the United States and its allies to launch strikes on military and government infrastructure in Syria," the official stated.

Comment: Russia is being proactive in its alert and the information most likely accurate.

An 8-cop police dept. secretly acquired an arsenal of 19 military vehicles using 1033 program

A tiny police department in a small Delaware town has been using the newly reinstated 1033 program to amass an arsenal of vehicles, weapons, and equipment and they are keeping it secret.

Last August, the Trump administration lifted a ban on military surplus hardware being transferred to police departments across the United States. The controversial 1033 program became a source of citizen outrage after images of police armed with military-grade weaponry, including grenade launchers and armored MRAPs, were beamed into people homes across the country during the battlefield-style police response to the rioting in Ferguson, Missouri in 2014.

As many Americans noted, Ferguson, Missouri looked like a war zone, with police kitted out in Marine-issue camouflage and military-grade body armor, toting short-barreled assault rifles, and rolling around in armored vehicles - virtually indistinguishable from US soldiers.

Shortly after the American public became widely aware, and largely outraged, over the extreme militarization of their local police forces, President Obama signed an Executive Order (EO) that blocked large-caliber weapons, armored vehicles, grenade launchers and other heavy military hardware from being repurposed from battlefields across the globe to small town USA. This was one of very few notable pro-liberty moves by the Obama admin, however, thanks to the current administration, it is all gone.

Comment: According to the Dover Post:
So-called controlled property, including weapons, accessories and military-grade vehicles and gear, remain property of the federal government, but title to other surplus property -- from bulldozers to blankets -- is turned over to police agencies after they have been held for one year. After that, each department can sell, trade or give away uncontrolled property that it has received from the feds.

Small arms and accessories are controlled equipment continuously monitored by DEMA and LESO and can never be sold or given away, only returned to the federal government.

DEMA officials don't track what happens to non-controlled gear that falls off the annual inventory. They said they have become aware of sales after it was revealed the Dewey police sold over $120,000 worth of equipment - identified through FOIA requests for bank statements and auction records -- over several years and turned the cash into a pair of police-equipped SUVs.

Dewey Beach also traded a bulldozer for demolition work, but since federal title had lapsed, DEMA was unconcerned.

Residents leave the territory of Eastern Ghouta
Western countries know the truth about the voluntary nature of humanitarian evacuation from Syria's Eastern Ghouta, have access to information about the situation in the area, but still continue to circulate rumors about alleged violations of international law, a diplomatic source told Sputnik.

"Western members of the International Syria Support Group, including the humanitarian task force, that is spreading rumors about the alleged coercive nature of evacuation and violations of international law, are well aware of the truth. They also receive objective information from UN," the diplomatic source said.

The source noted that the employees of international humanitarian organizations shared with Russian diplomats and military their impressions of the course of humanitarian evacuation from Eastern Ghouta organized by the Russian center for Syrian reconciliation.

Comment: Russia's Defense Ministry has dismissed false reports about Russian airstrikes in East Ghouta killing civilians as "fake news."
"Reports from the British Syrian Observatory For Human Rights citing anonymous 'activists' from the village of Kafer Batna about alleged Russian airstrikes in Eastern Ghouta are yet another fake," Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Friday.

"Russia's air force performed no combat missions in the area of Eastern Ghouta," he continued to explain.

UPDATE: Florida bridge collapse: Figg Bridge engineer reported cracks 2 days before fatal incident

Damning new evidence reveals that an engineer working on the pedestrian bridge in Greater Miami, Florida, that collapsed on Thursday had attempted to report damage days before the incident took place.

Just three days after the Florida International University bridge, designed by FIGG Bridge Engineers, "swung into place,"the project's lead engineer, Denney Pate, left a voicemail message for a colleague to report structural fissures.

No one was available to hear the March 13 message until Friday, one day after the bridge collapsed, killing at least six people and leaving a massive pile of rubble on an eight-lane highway. Nine others were taken to local hospitals, authorities reported.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) released a statement with a short transcript of Pate's voicemail and explanation of events leading up to the catastrophe.

Why is the MSM suddenly running a bunch of stories about space aliens?

UFO NBC story
This Red Scare reboot keeps getting stranger and stranger.

In a recent discussion with Infowars' Alex Jones, Luis Elizondo of To The Stars Academy spoke about new video footage of UFO phenomena recently released by the Pentagon, and says the three videos that have been released so far comprise just a small fraction of the strange and compelling evidence that he has accessed personally.

"These are just three videos now that have come out that everybody's looking at," Elizondo said as Jones downed an entire pitcher of CAVEMAN True Alpha Bone Broth Formula™ without pausing to breathe or breaking eye contact with the camera. "But there is far more compelling evidence that I was privy to that - you know, I think you're looking at the tip of the iceberg."

"It could be anything, so I wouldn't rule anything out, and that's why I think we need to look at it," Elizondo added. "I mean it could be Russian. It could be Chinese. It could be little green men from Mars. We don't know what the hell it is."

Oh wait, sorry, I got mixed up. That wasn't Infowars, it was CNN.

Why is AIPAC suddenly getting a lot of bad press in Jewish papers and the 'Washington Post'?

Israhell flag AIPAC
© Daily Mail
One pleasurable surprise of the AIPAC policy conference in early March - the leading Israel lobby group, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee - was how much bad press the organization got. It's becoming almost fashionable to criticize the lobby for its enforcement of lockstep political support for Israel in Washington, and for its Soviet-style policy on access to the press.

These criticisms are finally showing up in the mainstream press. Reporters have been licensed by the injury mere high school students have done to another powerful lobby, the National Rifle Association. So maybe AIPAC is on the same path-to-pariah status, more than a decade after Walt and Mearsheimer published their book The Israel Lobby.

Here are a few items. Notable among them is a report in the Washington Post of all places saying that AIPAC was born to rally American Jews to stand shoulder to shoulder behind Israeli "lies" about a massacre of Palestinians, back in 1953. And two angry pieces in the Jewish press decrying AIPAC's blackout policy on coverage of its gatherings.

The talk, which was scheduled to take place on campus yesterday, was called The Scientific Importance of Free Speech.

But officials became worried it could be gatecrashed by demonstrators who are opposed to Dr Perkins's research.
