It took less than an hour for jurors in Auburn to find Albert Flick guilty of murdering Kimberly Dobbie, 48, outside a Lewiston laundromat on July 15, 2018.
Her twin 11-year-old sons were nearby and security cameras captured the moments they ran to their mother as she was being killed.
The church, devoted to the Ignatius of Antioch, will be built in the western part of Moscow, the city's architecture department said on Friday. The project has been already greenlighted by the city's authorities and approved by the Russian Orthodox Church.
"In Russia, people are quite wary of modern architectural methods in church construction, and the emergence of this project is a little miracle. The architects managed to keep all the traditional elements of the temple building, yet added innovative details," Moscow's chief architect, Sergey Kuznetsov, said in a statement.
The architects have been influenced by early Russian Orthodox Christian churches, which were quite reserved in their design and had very few decorative elements, unlike later structures. The project is loosely based on a 14th century church located in the city of Novgorod.

Mugshots of illegal aliens arrested on allegations of child sex crimes N. Carolina 2018-2019.
James Johnson, who tracks the data on his website NCFIRE.info (North Carolinians For Immigration Reform and Enforcement), says he is only able to gather data from 30 of the state's 100 counties, which means it's likely the statewide count is significantly higher.
Johnson has tracked rapes and sexual assaults on children by illegal aliens since 2013, using original police reports and calling arresting agencies to verify immigration status. His data doesn't cover every month, but for the 54 months he has recorded, an average of 34 illegal aliens per month were charged with 151 counts of raping or sexually assaulting a child in North Carolina.
Further, a study shows that only 12 percent of child rapes are reported, according to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center — meaning the total number could be almost 10 times higher. Johnson told The Epoch Times:
"It's happening in every state — we just happen to be compiling the information. It's a mess. The ones that I cannot confirm as being illegal aliens, I do not put in the reports. So, our reports are obviously on the low side every month because we can't get around to every county, every arrest report, and we can't verify every one that we come across."He said that in the last six years, he has only had to pull three reports off the site due to receiving incorrect information from the arresting agency.

Do not believe this for one moment. These Hollywood actors and Democratic activists believe if they keep saying a lie long enough it will stick. It's just not true and there is no evidence to support their facts. In fact, there is a mountain of evidence supporting the exact opposite, which is why Department of Justice Attorney General William Barr has multiple ongoing investigations into what happened at the beginning of the FBI's investigation into the Trump campaign.
Four investigations, including former Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report, found there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. America, this is a fact.
However, a group of Hollywood heavy weights began promoting Saturday a dramatic reading of only a part of the Special Counsel's report. They do it just as Hollywood elitists would do: intensity, urgency, and drama. They read the report as if just maybe the Trump campaign was colluding with Russia and we are on the verge of an American apocalypse.
It's all propaganda. It's all deception. It's all lies.
Thousands of passengers were stranded on station platforms and trapped in tunnels between stations for over an hour on one of the hottest days of the year when a still-unexplained computer failure took out a huge chunk of the city's subway system during the evening rush hour on Friday. The glitch severed the connection between the Metropolitan Transit Authority's (MTA) Railroad Control Center and the signal system controlling six of the numbered lines and the crosstown shuttle at 5:50pm.
"We do not yet know what the root cause this failure was," MTA President Andy Byford told a press conference, adding that the problem was not believed to stem from a loss of power or the hot weather. While MTA representatives hastened to assure media that in the absence of a loss of power trains trapped between stations remained air-conditioned, habitual subway riders know that not all train cars have working air conditioning, and the doors between cars are often locked, preventing overheated passengers from seeking cooler pastures elsewhere.
Police were dispatched to stations and platforms to "manage the extreme crowding," and the MTA advised passengers to use the lettered train lines instead. Service finally began resuming at 7:16pm, though residual delays persisted through the evening. An investigation is reportedly underway.
Let's start by defining Economic Depression: a Depression is a Recession that isn't fixed by conventional fiscal and monetary stimulus. In other words, when a recession drags on despite massive fiscal and monetary stimulus being thrown into the economy, then the stimulus-resistant stagnation is called a Depression.
Here's why we're heading into a Depression: debt exhaustion. As the charts below illustrate, the U.S. (and global) economy has only "grown" in the 21st century by expanding debt roughly four times faster than GDP or earned income.

Jessica Yaniv, a transgender woman in B.C., has filed over a dozen human rights complaints against businesses she alleges discriminated against her on the basis of gender identity.
What has happened to the noble concept of human rights?
The concept was most firmly implanted into modern consciousness after the unspeakable cruelties and mass murders of the Nazi regime were fully documented and published to the world. That was the horrid prompt for The Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948. The significance for human safety and dignity were then underlined by the revelations of the degrading torments and horrors of the Soviet gulags under communism. Both were a vast canvass of what a world without human rights looks like.
It is perhaps the saddest story in the world that, since the proclamation, so many states have practised and are practising (Cambodia yesterday, North Korea and China today) terrible incursions on the pure dignity and liberty that belongs to every single human being.
Comment: Yaniv is a sick individual. Would you trust your daughter in a bathroom or change room with this perv?

One copy of the initial letter, which has since been reposted on social media, shows the Wyoming Valley West School District informing parents of their student's school lunch account balance of $75.25, adding that "multiple letters have been sent home with your child and no payments have been made to their account," NBC affiliate WBRE reported.
"Your child has been sent to school every day without money and without a breakfast and/or lunch," the July 9 letter reads. "This is a failure to provide your child with proper nutrition and you can be sent to Dependency Court for neglecting your child's right to food."
"If you are taken to Dependency court, the result may be your child being removed from your home and placed in foster care," the letter continues. "Please remit payment as soon as possible to avoid being reported to the proper authorities."
Comment: WXPI reports that city officials have forced the school district to recant and apologize:
Luzerne County officials insisted the district "cease and desist from making the representations" about placing their children in foster care, according to The Citizens Voice.
The district will send letters apologizing to parents, the newspaper reported, and future letters will [ not???] threaten to send their kids to foster care. [..]
Legal experts said the letter was legal, but the chances of a child being taken away are slim.
The protest rally on Saturday is meant to support a dozen opposition politicians who want to run for the Moscow Duma, the city legislative assembly, in September. The city election commission has since last week disqualified a number of candidates due to paperwork irregularities, and some of them say they were barred from the race illegally under false pretexts.
Police blocked traffic through several streets during the rally and deployed several dozen officers to monitor the situation. Around 12,000 people showed up, according to the Interior Ministry press service.
