Trump's big show flops in Syria

US missile attack Syria
© Associated Press/Hassan Ammar
Missiles streak across the Damascus skyline as the US launches an attack on Syria targeting different parts of the capital, early Saturday, April 14, 2018.
Do not believe a word you have heard from the Pentagon and the White House about the "success" of the cruise missile strikes on Friday last. A fraud is being perpetrated on the American people and the world at large. Frankly, General Mattis and General Dunford have dishonored themselves by going along with this charade.

If you could go to the CAOC (i.e., the Combined Air Operations Center) located at the Al Udeid Air Force Base in Qatar and speak to officers working for CENTCOM, you would hear a mixture of disgust, shock and anger from many over the President's claim of "Mission Accomplished." And I am talking about people who have been supportive of President Trump. But Trump, with the sycophants at the Pentagon and the Joint Staff, has crossed a line into delusional thinking.

Comment: Remember, Russia has placed old technology in Syria, and that was more than enough to defend it. What is kept back for defending Russia proper is vastly more powerful.

Israeli indicted on terror - called for extermination of Arabs, dreamed of 'decapitating' Arab babies

Zohar Zuaretz

Petah Tikva resident Zohar Zuaretz accused of 'price tag' act, publishing numerous Facebook posts calling for slaughter of Arabs

The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court on Monday indicted an Israeli man who published virulent anti-Arab posts on Facebook on charges including incitement to violence, incitement to racism and support for a terror organization.

Between 2012 and 2017, Zohar Zuaretz, 33, a Jewish resident of Petah Tikva in central Israel, published numerous posts calling for acts of violence to be carried out against Arabs as well as Israeli security forces, according to the charge sheet. He continued to do so despite being arrested and questioned several times for his posts.

Examples of posts by the far-right radical included calls to "exterminate" millions of Arabs in response for attacks against Israelis.

In one post, Zuarets wrote about a "rosy" dream he had in which he decapitated Arab babies.
"Wow, what a dream I had! I go into a hospital's maternity ward and there are all the cradles with babies inside. I draw out a butcher knife from my coat and go to every baby and if it's Arab, I decapitate it. Wherever there is a Jewish baby I place Tikkun HaKlali [a religious Jewish book also known as The General Remedy]. The rosiest dream I've ever had!"

Comment: Why make an example of Zuaretz when the IDF and Israel's government have effectively institutionalized such policies which amount to the very same sentiments - and are actually being carried out by them?

The miracles of technology have allowed many to work on remote bases - including Catholic exorcists.

Albanian Cardinal Ernest Simoni said priests are now conducting prayers of liberation, part of the exorcism ritual, remotely. "There are priests who carry out exorcisms on their mobile phones. That's possible thanks to Jesus," he said.

Recent death of actor R. Lee Ermey brings to light how Hollywood blacklisted him for thought crimes against Obama

Actor R. Lee Ermey, who died at 74 of pneumonia Sunday morning, was Exhibit A in the New Hollywood Blacklist. After criticizing Barack Obama in 2010, Ermey's thriving film career immediately dried up. Even after apologizing, he was ostracized, fired by GEICO insurance and never did another commercial. After disappearing completely for a few years, he managed to appear in a couple of C-grade reality shows in the last few years of his life.

Iconic and talented, Ermey was a walking-talking example of left-wing Hollywood's intolerance toward those they condemn as thought criminals.

Ermey, who was known to his friends as "Gunny," enlisted in the Marines in 1961 when he was only 17, and spent 14 months in Vietnam before earning a honorable discharge after 11 years of service.

Comment: Hollywood is rampant with liberals who like nothing better than to exert their politics wherever possible, including blacklisting conservative performers. Hell, Ermey even said he voted for Obama the first time, but apparently that's not enough for the libtards in charge.

Thousands of Israelis hit the streets and rally for death to Palestinians

Tel Aviv rally

The Tel Aviv rally—organized to support an Israeli soldier who murdered a wounded Palestinian by shooting him in the head as the victim lay on his back—was marked by chants and banners calling for mass murder.
Massive rallies and Facebook campaigns calling for Palestinian genocide are ignored by Western mainstream media and Facebook despite concerns and collaborations aimed at stopping "calls to violence".

Since last October, the Israeli government has accused Palestinians and their allies of "inciting violence" against Israelis, despite the fact that only 34 Israelis have died in that time frame compared to 230 Palestinians. The uptick in violence has been attributed to an internationally condemned Israeli encroachment of Palestinian lands in the contested West Bank.

Israeli government concern over recent violence has led them to arrest Palestinians for social media content that could potentially lead to crimes. So far, 145 Palestinians have been arrested this year for "pre-crime" via social media "incitement." This practice eventually led to a collaboration between Facebook and the Israeli government, whose joint effort to curb social media "incitement" has led to the banning of several Facebook accounts of Palestinian journalists and news agencies.

Comment: Israel's deep-seated and pathological hatred of Palestinians and arabs, its policy of slow-motion genocide, and the ever-more obvious lies that it tells are being revealed to the world piece by utter piece until, one day soon perhaps, not a ounce of sympathy will be left to it by all those who aren't still stuck in a dyed-in-wool Zionistic fervor.

"Propaganda seems to be more important than the reality of what is really going on" Roger Waters speaks out against White Helmets

The Syrian Civil Defense, more commonly known as the White Helmets, has emerged as one of the most effective propaganda tools for Islamist militants in Syria, with the group staging numerous provocations to draw in foreign military intervention to aid the militants in their quest to establish Shariah law in the Arab state.

English singer Roger Waters, who was a member of the Pink Floyd rock band, slammed the White Helmets as "a fake organization that exists only to create propaganda for jihadists and terrorists," during a concert in Barcelona on April 13. His comments were met with cheers from the crowd.

Modern culture's sexual attitudes and its effects on younger generations

guy and girl in field
2018 so far has seen an explosion of awareness and discussion surrounding sexual misconduct and the wider context of sexual attitudes in our culture. Social media campaigns such as #MeToo and #IBelieveHer have highlighted society's inability to mix "modern progressive" sexual attitudes with respect for the dignity of the human individual. I would go as far as to say that the two are incompatible and even assert that it is these very same "progressive" attitudes, anchored in moral relativism that cause the problems these movements seek to address.

There exists a prevailing logic on the modern college campus that anything goes as long as it is "consensual". Such attitudes fail our youth and create what I would call a culture of sexual self-harm. Consent while obviously necessary in all cases should not be the gold moral standard for sexual activity. We all know too well that increasingly many young men and indeed some young women view the opposite sex as mere objects for their own sexual gratification, a means to a sexual end. As the saying goes; "men use love to get sex and women use sex to get love". But this is not genuine love, it is exploitation plain and simple. Love is to will the best in the other, what's best is not short-term gratification but rather long-term commitment, i.e. unconditional unwavering love (typically to be found within marriage).

Galloway slams PM over Syria: 'Fabricated evidence, a distraction - no war in history has begun with so little support'

"Not even a quarter" of Brits support attacking Syria, says George Galloway, as Theresa May prepares to face off with MPs when Parliament resumes on Monday, after she ignored calls from across the House for a vote on the matter.

UK Prime Minister Theresa May spoke to the press at Downing Street at the weekend, following the strikes against Syria in joint action with the US and France. "While the full assessment of the strike is ongoing, we are confident of its success," she said.

On Saturday, May defended her "grave" decision to join the US-led strike against Syria without MPs' consent. She maintained that the military action was "right and legal" and sends a message to "others."

The internet questions FUKUS coalition's 'humanitarian bombs' for Syria

The United Kingdom's deployment of the "humanitarian" card to justify its airstrikes on Syria has raised more than a few eyebrows, with opposition politicians, journalists and members of the public picking it apart on Twitter.

Speaking at the United Nations Security Council on Saturday, Britain's UN ambassador, Karen Pierce, laid out the UK's legal justification for their airstrikes on Syria. Pierce claimed that under international law the UK is allowed to take measures in order to "alleviate overwhelming humanitarian suffering."

The UK government also published the legal position online. It says that three conditions have to be met to justify the intervention.

First, there has to be convincing evidence of extreme humanitarian distress on a large scale. Importantly, this must also be "generally accepted by the international community as a whole."

Comment: While both parties in the UK government and propaganda journalists may tiptoe around the war crimes committed by the coalition, the internet, as well as people on the street, are more capable of critical thinking:

UN advisor, founder of children's charity, arrested in Nepal for pedophilia

Peter John Dalglish
Last week, Peter John Dalglish, United Nations adviser and founder of the Street Kids International charity, was arrested on suspicion of pedophilia, at a home that he was staying at in Nepal. During the arrest, two young children, ages 12 and 14, were "rescued" from the home.

It is important to note that there have been conflicting reports about the children that he was found with, with some sources saying that two boys were found in his home, and other sources suggesting that it was two girls.

The most up-to-date information seems to be on the Wikipedia page for Dalglish, which suggests that there were two girls found in his home and that the allegations involving the two boys are part of a separate investigation. If this is the case, Dalglish will be facing additional charges.

Dalglish, 60, is a citizen of Canada who travels the world working with children. Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police (CIB) told Global News that Dalglish "is being investigated for child sexual exploitation abuse."
