According to a press release by one of Worden's lawyers, Mark Meuser, "Felarca filed a frivolous restraining order that restricted Worden's First and Second Amendment rights and made it difficult for him to move around the campus to attend classes. The restraining order was dismissed on Oct. 27, 2017."
Felarca, who is known for leading the violent BAMN organization, "is twice-over out on bail for charges of assault, resisting arrest, and inciting a riot," and has been interviewed by Fox News' Tucker Carlson for her role in leading the group.
"Felarca and her attorney attempted to make free speech expensive, and it is time that they pay for their misuse of the court system," said Meuser.
The 27-year-old previously admitted that his decision to complain about the ambulance - paramedics were treating a man who later died - was 'monstrous'.
His note read: 'You may be saving lives, but don't park your van in a stupid place and block my drive.'
It went viral after it was posted online by furious paramedics.
It all reportedly started with Twitter user @OverlyLiked announcing he would be selling his Walmart vest for $100. "I'm selling this Walmart vest for $100," he wrote. "Use it to skip the line during Black Friday. You can even walk in, grab what you want, and walk out."
Although he tweeted it as a joke, which earned @OverlyLiked over 30,000 retweets and almost 80,000 likes, it wasn't long before he was being inundated with real requests to buy his shirt.
Trooper Damon Allen, 43, was shot and killed around 4pm, during a traffic stop on Interstate 45, some 90 miles south of Dallas, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) said. The man he pulled over shot Allen with a rifle, and then fled. The trooper died at the scene, the DPS said.
Hours after the shooting, the suspect's vehicle was spotted by Waller County Sheriff's Office northeast of Houston. The sheriff's office said on its Facebook page that shots were fired, but did not indicate who opened fire.
Dabrett Montreal Black, 32, was arrested "without incident" a short time later. He was treated for a dog bite, according to the DPS.
According to a study, which analyzed 132 incidents reported in England to a National Health Service (NHS) database between April 1, 2002 and March 31, 2013, at least five bodies went missing in the 11 years.
At least 25 sets of relatives were given the wrong body to bury or cremate. At least two families did not realize the mistake until they arrived at the funeral director.
The research, published in the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine, and the first in its kind, found that loopholes in protocol and procedures, or the failure to follow them, as well as poor communication and relaxed working practices, are to blame for the mortuary incidents.
A book published in Sweden for toddlers and preschoolers depicting a transgender man who wears women's clothes and lipstick, as well as a horse who believes it's a dog, has sparked mixed reactions.
YouTube has "expanded its enforcement guidelines" concerning the removal of content featuring minors "that may be endangering a child, even if that was not the uploader's intent," Johanna Wright, vice president of product management said in a statement. She added the service also expanded its age-restriction policies on content featuring family entertainment characters in videos "containing mature themes or adult humor."
The statement published on the YouTube official blog Wednesday, also said the service had discovered a large number of videos that pretend to be family-friendly but are "clearly not." "While some of these videos may be suitable for adults, others are completely unacceptable," and the company is in the process of removing the content.
In the absence of official statistics, international human rights organizations estimate that about 30 child marriages are concluded in Finland each year. The oversimplified rules that require only a signature and motivation invoke the risk of trafficking in human beings and forced marriages, human rights watchdogs argue.
Inka Hetemäki of UNICEF Finland called this development "very worrying."
"You don't even meet the child in question, as a written application is fully sufficient," Hetemäki told Finnish national broadcaster Yle, pointing out that it contravened the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, according to which the child should always be heard on matters pertaining to his or her life.

The Petitioner[Cyntoia] waived her Miranda rights and gave a statement to police in which she said that on the night of August 6, 2004, she was walking near a Sonic Drive-In when the victim, whom she did not know, picked her up in his truck. Id. He drove her to the Sonic, they ordered food, and the victim offered to let her spend the night at his home. The Petitioner accepted the victim's offer, and they went to his house. at *9. There, the victim showed the Petitioner some guns, and they got into bed together. Id. The victim whispered to and touched the Petitioner and reached underneath the bed. Id. The Petitioner thought the victim was reaching for a gun, so she pulled a .40 caliber handgun out of her purse and shot him. at *10. She took money out of the victim's wallet and two of his guns, drove his truck to the Walmart parking lot, and had someone drive her to the hotel where she was later arrested. The Petitioner denied that she was a prostitute or that she had sex with the victim. Now, let's see how they found the body:
The nude victim was lying face-down on the bed in a large pool of blood, and his "hands were beneath his face, his fingers 'kind of partially interlocked,'" as if he had been sleeping. Id. at **4, 15. An autopsy revealed that he had been shot in the back of the head and that he did not have any defensive wounds.Hrrm. What did she say on her first attempt to appeal?
After our supreme court denied the Petitioner's application for permission to appeal, she filed a timely pro se petition for post-conviction relief based, in pertinent part, on the denial of the effective assistance of counsel and newly discovered evidence "that Fetal -2- Alcohol Syndrome played a part in [her] actions on the night in question." The postconviction court appointed counsel, and counsel filed an amended petition, maintaining that the Petitioner received the ineffective assistance of counsel and alleging that her life sentence was unconstitutional. And the story gets more detailed:
The Petitioner testified that if she had testified at trial, she would have stated the following: Months before she killed the victim, the Petitioner ran away from her adoptive parents' home.Another interesting document.
She was staying with different people in Nashville and using drugs and alcohol. In July 2004, she met "Cut Throat," who was twenty-four years old, and began using cocaine and staying in a hotel with him. At first, "Cut" was nice to her. However, he began verbally and physically abusing her. He also sexually assaulted her and made her prostitute herself.
The Petitioner had to give the money she earned to Cut. She said that he was violent to her, that he almost killed her one time by choking her, and that she was scared of him. The Petitioner testified that on the day of the victim's death, she was "pretty sure" she was using drugs because "[t]hat is all I ever did." She said, "Cocaine definitely, I probably smoked some weed too." The Petitioner left the hotel and started walking toward the Sonic.
The victim stopped his truck and asked if she needed a ride and was hungry. The Petitioner got into his truck, and the victim parked at the Sonic. He asked her if she was "up for any action," meaning he wanted to pay her for sex, and the Petitioner told him that she would have sex with him for $200. The victim offered to pay her $100, and they ultimately agreed that he would pay her $150. She said that the victim was "an old Caucasian man" and that she thought he was about fifty years old. However, he turned out to be "forty-something."
Particularly:
The detectives' interview of the defendant was recorded on videotape, and this recording was played for the jury at trial. At the beginning of the interview, the defendant gave her name as "Cyntoia Denise Mitchell" and her date of birth as January 29, 1985. Based on this information, the detectives had the defendant arraigned as an adult;Did she present herself to the victim as being 19? That would change the details of the article just a bit.
Well, in the end, every person has to decide for themselves what they are going to believe.
The £17 million (US$22.5 million) production, rated 12A by the BBFC, has been marred by protests amid claims it portrays an inaccurate account of history. Critics argue it suggests the iconic 14th century Hindu queen, Padmavati, engages in a romantic relationship with Muslim invader Alauddin Khilji. Now Sukhdev Singh, the leader of the Rajput Karni Sena caste group, is seeking to halt the movie's circulation in the UK.
"I call on Hindus in the UK and particularly my community brothers to protest against the screening of the film there," he told Republic TV. "I have told them any cinema hall which screens the movie will be burnt."
Protests against the film have turned violent. A body was found hanging outside a fort in the northern state of Rajasthan on Friday morning with a note warning: "We don't burn effigies, we hang." It is yet to be verified, however, whether the murder was committed as an act in support of or against the movie.
