Randall Margraves attempted to get his hands on the disgraced US gymnastics team doctor, who has been sentenced to 175 years in prison, after his daughters gave victim impact statements detailing the abuse they suffered at the hands of Nassar.
The visibly upset dad first asked for "five minutes in a locked room with this demon" before rushing at Nassar, only to be tackled by police.
As he was led away from the courtroom, he shouted: "I want that son of a bitch... give me one minute with that bastard."
"We aren't saying you can't smoke, and we aren't saying what to do with your body," Hollis told AL.com. "We just want to look out more for the kids."
Hollis was inspired on a date night with her husband, he lit a cigarette in the car while they were out and Hollis said she could hardly breathe.
"If I can barely breathe, I'm sure children can barely breathe," said Hollis.
Comment: In a better world, these legislators would be more concerned about greedy corporations poisoning our food, poisoning our water, and polluting the air we breathe - that is more likely to be the true cause of the illnesses mentioned above. The 'pollutants' from second-hand smoke pale in comparison.

But on Thursday that iconic IT author posted a tweet that he ended up walking back.
First, King fired off a snark tweet about the West Virginia accident where a train carrying dozens of members of Congress, including House Speaker Paul Ryan, hit a truck on the way to a Republican retreat:

This note contained coding that read: 'CAN FBI CATCH ME… SWS', which Colbert said was Rackstraw taunting agents to track him. He added that the SWS stood for Special Warfare School, which is where the veteran supposedly learned coding.
The notorious hijacker, who is one of the 20th century's most compelling masterminds, hijacked a Boeing 727 at Seattle-Tacoma airport in 1971 and held its crew and passengers hostage with a bomb.
Once his demand of $200,000 cash - the equivalent of $1.2 million today - was reached and transferred onto the plane, he had the crew take off before he parachuted out over the dense Pacific Northwest woods and disappeared.
The hijacker was dubbed DB Cooper by the FBI.
Several people were left injured following a shooting spree on Via dei Velini and Via Spalato, reported La Repubblica. One man has now been arrested in connection with the Saturday morning attack, according to police.
Italian police have confirmed that all the victims are of foreign descent, following suggestions in the Italian press that the shootings were racially motivated, with at least four of the victims said to be African migrants.
Comment: A man has been arrested in connection with the shootings:
A man was arrested at Piazza della Vittoria in connection with the Saturday morning attack. A photo released by police shows the suspect being apprehended with an Italian tri-color flag draped over his shoulders.
Italian police have confirmed that all the victims are of foreign descent, following suggestions in the Italian press that the shootings were racially motivated, with at least four of the victims said to be African migrants.
Corriere is reporting that one police line of inquiry is that it could be a revenge attack for the death of Pamela Mastropietro. The 18-year-old's dismembered body was recently found in two suitcases on the outskirts of the city. A 29-year-old man from Nigeria has been charged with her murder, reported ANSA news.
The Democratic Party is carrying more than $6 million in debt, according to year-end filings - and has just $6.5 million in the bank. Do the math, and the party is working with just over $400,000 overall.
Meanwhile, the Republicans are swimming in pools of money. The Republican National Committee had raised $132 million by the end of 2017 - about twice as much as the DNC - and entered 2018 with almost $40 million to spare, with not a penny of debt.
Five passionate and well-informed speakers, who included the former British Ambassador to Syria Peter Ford, detailed the carnage and chaos that has been unleashed around the globe by the aggressive, warmongering policies of the US and its closest allies.
The event could have been called 'War on Trial.' It might have been called 'Regime Change on Trial.' Or 'Economic Sanctions on Trial.' But it was - thanks to organizer Gregory Sharkey - called 'Imperialism on Trial' and, as the first speaker, the writer and broadcaster John Wight declared, that in itself was highly significant.
Oh, how easily people forget. It would be difficult to find a greater indicator of the fickle nature of politics or the hypocrisy of the party faithful than these two polls.
Democrats find Donald Trump so utterly loathsome that the man who illegally launched the catastrophic Iraq War, and signed the Patriot Act - stripping Americans of their privacy in the name of fighting terrorism - is enjoying the rehabilitation of his image in the eyes of the party that so vehemently opposed him all those years he was in office.
Police, medical officials, and local agencies referred 127 cases of kids in 2014 who could be sexually exploited. Last year, 62 of those children admitted they had been sold for sex. The Center for Youth Safe Harbor program which offers to counsel the children and teens still have more than 200 open cases.
Child rights and protection advocate Melanie Blow, Chief Operations Officer for the Stop Abuse Campaign says such deplorable practice has been going on "for a very, very long time."

Abby looks up while waiting for the arrival of her owner at Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley on Jan. 30, 2018. She was reunited with her Washington Township owners after about 10 years.
Ten years ago, the year-old black lab mix was playing with the kids outside Debra Suierveld's Washington Township home and wandered off.
They looked for her, but she was gone.
Abby was declared deceased.
On Saturday, Suierveld got a call from Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley. They said they had her dog.
Couldn't be, she said. Her two dogs were right there with her, including Cedona - her black lab mix.
Then they said her name: Abby.
