Andrew Sitto, Republican poll challenger at the TCF Center in Detroit, saw poll workers filling out votes for the Democrats on election night!

Official Detroit poll workers stole votes by marking non-Biden votes for Biden, Sitto says.

"I saw all types of illegal behavior."

He describes 4am ballots being brought to the counting tables and spread out.

They would run the same ballots through the tabulators multiple times, "we were told to look for this" Sitto says. When they went through a second time, they were committing voter fraud according to Sitto.

Other witnesses have described the ballot duplication process, and thousands of spare ballots laying around with an official duplication process at the TCF Center.

Explosively, Sitto says: "I didn't see any ballots with legitimate reasons to be duplicated. Every ballot was normal" when it came in.

"The whole thing is illegal. The whole night was illegal."

Sitto believes he and another poll challenger saw blatant voter fraud at one of the duplication tables, where poll workers are supposed to copy votes precisely from damaged ballots onto new ones. He saw the poll workers duplicating a mixed-ticket ballot while a group of Democrat operatives distracted and forced the Republican poll challenger away from the table. "The moment [the Republican poll challenger] looked away, they filled in the Democrat ticket."

Sitto personally saw voter fraud in favor of Joe Biden in Detroit.

Sitto also described seeing poll workers running the same stacks of ballots multiple times though a tabulator. He also said poll workers grabbed handfuls of empty ballots and hid them at their tables. All poll workers had pens, which he believes could have been used to illegally fill out the blank ballots.

"I saw them taking empty ballots that should only be used for duplicates, stashing them and probably voting them later straight-ticket for Joe Biden."

Sitto described pens at most tables, and poll workers regularly grabbing duplicate ballots for no valid reason. The pens would be necessary if they were manually filling out ballots at the counting tables.

"These people were vicious."

"I've made reports about this" Sitto says, though there's no indication if any official has pursued Sitto's claims of witnessed voter fraud.

Voter fraud is the "illegal interference with the process of an election" and Sitto is in a long line of other witnesses who have said they personally witnessed illegal interference in the process of Detroit's elections.

Describing the official Detroit officials conspiring with left-wing poll workers to fraud the vote: "It was a collective attack."

When the exhausted Republican poll challengers took a break on Wednesday, Sitto said the Michigan state government notified the TCF personnel that COVID-related occupancy restrictions would now be enforced on the facility. As a result, he and other Republican poll challengers were locked out at a crucial moment, and he witnessed security coming in and the windows being covered up.

"They counted the military ballots in the most secret way they could," he said.

However, Sitto noticed that some people were allowed back in during that time. "The Dems and the media were welcomed in," he said.

"There were two systems. There was their system and our system. Their system was very open and welcoming to their people. And our system was 'Fall in line. Follow the rules. COVID restrictions.'"

Matching other statements, Sitto described that his challenges to illegal ballots were ignored.

"They would just continue on."

If Sitto's account is accurate, it could explain the numerous eyewitness accounts of the Democrats harassing, stalking, and intimidating Republican volunteers, effectively obstructing them from viewing the counting and duplication operations.

Sitto also described that, as a Republican, he and his family requested absentee ballots and never received them.

I've finished reviewing the Georgia filing and I have a few comments to share with the socialverse in my capacity as a 30-year registered Democrat, former Oregon state elections official (with policy and admin experience), and former CIO.

I will not comment on the legal claims because, while I have familiarity with the law and court filings, I'm not a lawyer. I am also going to mostly stay away from alleged behaviors, too, as I wasn't there and, anyway, they add color but are more open to dispute.

The original intent of the software code (acc'd to affidavits) was to manipulate votes without detection. When you start with one goal in mind, it's tough to pivot to the opposite goal later — no matter how hard you might try. Not that it seems anyone tried... Absence of secure audit log (to record every action in the software) is so indefensible that I LOL'd when I read it. This fact alone should be enough to negate the results when there is ANY question about fraud because it cannot be proven that fraud DIDN'T occur Elections administration.

Lawsuit alleges that many procedures required in state law — for good, common sense reasons to ensure the one voter, one ballot rule is adhered to — were not followed, including Receipt of absentee ballots in their return envelopes was not recorded (this reduces risk of ballot box stuffing, i.e., to ensure that only one real ballot has been submitted by one real voter). Signatures were not verified against voter registration on return envelopes (same reason as 6, above). There might be missing envelopes, too; it wasn't clear to me in my reading or I missed it. Ballot processing is not allowed before Election Day in Georgia (this varies by state); in this election, by rule inconsistent with state law, Secretary of State Raffensperger allowed counties to start 3 weeks early. Absent a rigid accountability processes, this risks double or counterfeit voting.

Conducting one election with INTEGRITY is hard enough; when you overlay what is, in effect, a 2nd election (by mail) that has to be reconciled with what happens at the polls ... this is very high risk this "2 concurrent elections" risk was a primary argument for all elections being conducted by mail in Oregon, which was adopted after 20 years of practice with dual polling/mail elections — practice that none of these states whose elections are in question have had Observers were not allowed during the original count or the recount. There is no defense for this and intrinsically implies that elections officials had something to hide. There are other things to pick on, but these I cannot think of a way to defend and probably are sufficient to meet the apparent (according to the lawsuit) standard of "preponderance of the evidence" to "doubt the result." Eager to read defendants' response!

The suit says over 500 ballot drop boxes were installed in 72 counties in the state in violation of the law, arguing the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) did not have the authority to approve their use. The commission's endorsement of drop-box use amounted to enacting a new elections law, the suit argues, noting that the U.S. Constitution accords such power only to Congress or state legislatures.

"By doing so, the WEC gave the newly created voting process of using ballot drop-boxes, the imprimatur of legality," the suit states. "But these ballot drop-boxes are part of a procedure and process that was never created through legislation by the Wisconsin legislature. By leaving election officials in all Wisconsin Counties the impression that the use of ballot drop-boxes was legal, members of the WEC violated Wisconsin election laws and encouraged county clerks to do so, also," it added.

Further, the lawsuit argued there may have been "one-sided partisan teams retrieving un-mailed and un-postmarked ballots from illegally placed ballot drop-boxes," which combined with "an alleged gross 'relaxation' of Wisconsin voter ID laws" undercut election integrity and was "a recipe for voter fraud."

"With all of these allegations and facts considered together, there is now a cloud of suspicion over the whole election process in Wisconsin," the suit argued, and called on the Supreme Court to reject all ballots submitted through drop-boxes.

However, identification of ballots cast via drop boxes may not be possible, with Urban Milwaukee reporting that Milwaukee Election Commission Executive Director Claire Woodall-Vogg said on several occasions ahead of the election that clerks had no way to mark ballots returned through drop boxes. It is unclear how many ballots were cast via drop-box in Wisconsin.

Hinting at the likely impossibility of identifying ballots returned via drop-box, the suit noted: "If the drop-box ballots were not segregated so that they could be identified to a legal certainty and removed, then the Petitioner asks the Wisconsin Supreme Court to nullify the results of this whole election in Wisconsin and notify that the legislature that it must choose 10 Electors" who would cast presidential votes.

According to our source on the ground: More than 2,000 fake votes were found at the Wisconsin Recount in Dane County on Friday!
