The woman, who was identified only as Jessy Jacob, told the bipartisan legislative hearing on Wednesday night that she and others were directed to backdate about 100,000 absentee ballots, or about 10,000 per day. The woman confirmed to former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, one of President Donald Trump's lawyers, that her supervisor told her to do this.
Giuliani asked her if her supervisor told her to use the "phony date of the day," and Jacob replied in the affirmative.
"Would you say Jessy that was an experience you never expected? That level of crookedness and dishonesty at the Detroit center for counting votes?" Giuliani also asked her. "Yes, the whole city," she responded.
Jacob, who Giuliani said never testified before, worked in Detroit and said election workers like her were coached on how to change ballots. She was also advised not to request voter identification if there were problems with the ballot. However, Jacob said she continued to ask for voter ID for her "peace of mind."
Michigan Judge Timothy Kenny previously dismissed an affidavit that was sent by Jacob, citing a lack of credibility, and asserted that she was speculating and provided few details. She submitted the sworn statement claiming that poll workers told voters to cast their ballots for Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden.

A Georgia Republican Party poll watcher looks over voting machine transporters being stored at the Fulton County Election Preparation Center in Atlanta, Ga., on Nov. 4, 2020.
"Someone went down to the Fulton center where the votes and Dominion machines were, claimed there was a software glitch and they had to replace the software, and it seems that they removed the server," Powell told Lou Dobbs Tonight in an interview aired on Nov. 30.
Powell added that her team does not know where the server is.
Jessica Corbitt, the director of external affairs for Fulton County, told The Epoch Times on Dec. 1 that the server in question is still on the premises of the recount location at World Congress Center in Atlanta.
Comment: Poll workers are now coming forward to tell what they saw as the vote was coming in. From Arizona:
Brickman, the GOP head of one of the country's largest counties and a veteran county elections worker, submitted her testimony in a sworn affidavit under penalty of perjury. She testified that she and her Democratic partner witnessed "more than once" Trump votes default and shift to Biden when they were entering votes into Dominion machines from ballots that couldn't be read by machines.Ron, a white-hat hacker known on Twitter as .@codemonkeyz, has been tracking the fraud from a technical point of view:
She alleged that she was later threatened by election supervisors at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) for speaking out about what she had witnessed.
"I observed, with my Democratic partner, the preparation of a new ballot, since the original one was soiled, or wouldn't go through the tabulators. I read her a Trump Republican ballot, and as soon as she entered it into the system, the ballot defaulted on the screen to a Biden Democratic ballot," Brickman told GOP Arizona State legislators on Monday.
She remarked that when she reported the issue to election supervisors, others in the room also commented that they had "witnessed the same manipulation."
"We were never told what, if any corrective action was taken," Brickman continued. "All I know is the next day, I was called outside the room that I was working in for signature verification by a supervisor who said, 'I understand you caused some problems this week and you thought our machines were not working correctly.'
"I was told at that point in time that I could not discuss anything or talk about what was going on.
"Many people were threatened," Brickman told the hearing. "They were told that their voices would be suppressed, they would have to leave the room and not work there again. I'm here because I think this is our duty to speak the truth."
She told the hearing that she was yelled at and "reprimanded" by her own supervisor, who accused her of causing trouble and "bringing things up that I shouldn't have."
The Maricopa County recorder's office and the Arizona state secretary's office didn't immediately respond to requests for comments from The Epoch Times.
She also said that during testing and certification of the Dominion voting machines on Nov. 18, she had refused to approve the certification of the Dominion system during a meeting with Secretary of State Katie Hobbs because the machines had malfunctioned during the test, and were shut down and reset by Dominion staff instead of corrected.
She said that no explanation was given about the errors. "We could see the machines but we could not see or observe the software behind the machine to confirm what had really gone on," she added.
Brickman in the hearing also testified to a number of other voting irregularities that she directly observed, including the constant lowering of signature verification standards by her election supervisors in order to "move more quickly" and process the higher amount of early and mail-in ballots received for the November election.
"Standards were lowered from approximately 15 points of similarities ... reduced to a minimum of three, and then lowered to one, and ultimately none," Brickman said, recalling that she was told to "just pass each signature verification through."
"We were told, 'Too many rejections have already been turned in ... we need to move more quickly.' This is not the way an election should be run. Where's the integrity?" Brickman challenged.
The GOP chairwoman also said she observed signatures on envelopes that were completely different from the name of the listed voter being let through by election supervisors.
"So the ones who signed the envelopes were not the actual voters, but these were allowed to go through with 'Maricopa County verified' stamped on the outside of each affidavit envelope," she said.
Batches of envelopes bearing the same handwriting for different signatures were also observed, she said.
"There were at least 30 ballots that I saw at one time, that were signed by the same handwriting but on different voters' names," Brickman testified. "When I asked if the county attorney would be alerted for possible fraud, I was told 'no,' that supervisors would take care of it."
One of the most "egregious" irregularities, Brickman said, was the turning away of Trump votes as duplicated votes or "overvotes" because the voter filled checked both the bubble for Trump on the ballot but also wrote in the president's name under the write-in candidate.
"This would continue on as an overvote, which means no vote was counted at all despite the policy having been changed to allow these overvotes. Supervisors contradicted their own policies where the [voter's] intent was clear," she said.
"I am here today again not as an expert in the Dominion software but as a voter in Maricopa County who wants to hear and speak the truth even though myself and others have been suppressed to speak before you now," Brickman told the hearing.
"There should be integrity," she said.
Twitter user Code MonkeyZ posted video last night on Twitter and YouTube what is alleged to be Dominion workers using the internet and USBs to pass information between workers in Gwinnett County.

Considering the amount of fraud, the continued lies and the number of ways we witnessed cheating in this year's election does anyone really doubt what they witnessed here?
This raises serious questions.
Rules for thee, but not for me: Texas mayor vacations in Mexico after warning residents to stay home
KENS5 reports:
Adler has confirmed to the KVUE Defenders that, after hosting his daughter's wedding, he vacationed to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, last month with a group of people. Both happened in early November, just as top health officials began urging families not to gather with others outside their households and the mayor himself asked people to stay home if they could in order to slow the number of coronavirus cases. Adler told KVUE Senior Reporter Tony Plohetski that he did not violate his own order or orders by Gov. Greg Abbott and took multiple steps to ensure the safety of his guests, including rapid COVID-19 testing. But the private actions are from a public official who has been front and center urging Austinites to take COVID-19 precautions — and he even did so while he was out of the country. On November 9, Adler (pictured, center) urged residents during a Facebook video message, "We need to stay home if you can...We need to keep the numbers down."
"Now is not the time to relax," he added.

Ellen Brennan Reiche, 27, and Samantha Frances Brooks, 23, were arrested over the weekend by federal authorities in Bellingham, Wash. and charged with committing a terrorist attack on a railroad facility.
According to the criminal complaint, Reiche and Brooks were placing wired devices known as "shunts" over BNSF Railway tracks in the middle of the night on Nov. 28. The wires are capable of disrupting a train's electrical signal and cause it to erroneously brake.
"Depending on the location, the shunt may also interfere with the proper operation of crossing gates at railroad/traffic intersections, causing the gates to allow vehicular traffic across the tracks even when a train is oncoming," wrote the officer assigned in the Seattle Division of the FBI in the affidavit.

Project Veritas has released the first of its recordings from inside CNN's editorial calls, beginning with what appears to be network President alongside reporters discussing how another 9/11 attack could happen if Trump didn't pre-emptively concede to Joe Biden. The call begins with reporter Jamie Gangel, who describes what left-wing politicians are demanding she report about the matter of Trump leaving office. She appears to be all too happy to take her line from Democrats and anti-Trump Republicans.
But the most shocking part of the call sees field producer Stephanie Becker demanding the network discuss how another 9/11 terror attack could occur if Trump doesn't aid the Biden transition.

CNN's Zucker Demands Reporters Not 'Normalize' Trump, Overhype 'Each Scandal' To Show 'Undoing' Of His SupportSee also:

Project Veritas has released calls showing Jeff Zucker, the president of CNN, repeatedly telling reporters to not "normalize" President Trump, encouraging them to emphasize "each" alleged scandal as "the one that is going to undo him with his voters."
In the nearly three-minute-long video, obtained from the network's daily editorial calls, Zucker can be heard telling reporters that CNN cannot "normalize" President Trump's behavior. He later goes on to suggest that President Trump, following his COVID-19 contraction, may be under the influence of the "after effects of steroids":Okay, I just want to re-emphasize that, you know, I think we cannot normalize what has happened here in the last week with Trump and his behavior [...] This is a President who knows he's losing, who knows he's in trouble, is sick, maybe is on, the after effects of steroids or not. I don't know. But he is acting erratically and desperately, and we need to not normalize that.In a separate call, Zucker hammers how President Trump's demeanor cannot be "normalized" again:You know, this is what we've come to expect for the last three and a half years, four years, but it clearly is exacerbated by the time that we're in and the issues that he's [Trump] dealing with. I think that we cannot just let it be normalized. He is all over the place and acting erratically, and I think we need to lean into thatInstead of reporting on the news, Zucker implores reporters to overplay each of President Trump's alleged "scandals," noting they ought to be "careful to say that this is the one that is going to undo him with his voters."Each of these so called "scandals" for Trump. Each of these things, we should just once again be careful to say that this is the one that is going to undo him with his voters.

"Man's conquest of Nature, if the dreams of some scientific planners are realized, means the rule of a few hundreds of men over billions upon billions of men." — C. S. Lewis, The Abolition of ManLike it or not, the COVID-19 pandemic with its veiled threat of forced vaccinations, contact tracing, and genetically encoded vaccines is propelling humanity at warp speed into a whole new frontier — a surveillance matrix — the likes of which we've only previously encountered in science fiction.
Those who eye these developments with lingering mistrust have good reason to be leery: the government has long had a tendency to unleash untold horrors upon the world in the name of global conquest, the acquisition of greater wealth, scientific experimentation, and technological advances, all packaged in the guise of the greater good.
Indeed, "we the people" have been treated like lab rats by government agencies for decades now: caged, branded, experimented upon without our knowledge or consent, and then conveniently discarded and left to suffer from the after-effects.
You don't have to dig very deep or go very back in the nation's history to uncover numerous cases in which the government deliberately conducted secret experiments on an unsuspecting populace, making healthy people sick by spraying them with chemicals, injecting them with infectious diseases and exposing them to airborne toxins.
Evidence provided by the whistleblowers is being used in litigation by the Amistad Project to ensure election integrity and to uphold election laws in key battleground states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
The Amistad Project said that they have sworn declarations that state over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania. They claim that their evidence reveals multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states.
The whistleblower statements include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania.
Comment: Wisconsin ballots late to the game would still be counted with fraudulent backdating:
Postal subcontractor Nathan Pease says that he was told by two separate postal workers on two separate occasions that the USPS in Wisconsin was gathering over 100,000 ballots on the morning of November 4 to backdate the ballots so that the ballots would be counted even if they arrived after the statutory deadline. Here are the testimonies from the Amistad press conference:"Mr. Pease's sworn statement coincides in time with a dramatic ballot dump on the morning of November 5 which heavily favored Mr. Biden and which has caused significant controversy within the expert community regarding the statistical probability of the late insertion of tens of thousands of ballots in favor of a single candidate on the morning after the election."At the press conference, it was announced that they have contacted law enforcement about their findings.
Whistleblowers claim the postal service labeled Trump mail 'undeliverable' as hundreds of thousands of ballots were backdated or disappeared:
One whistleblower claimed ballots were backdated by postal workers, and in Traverse City, Michigan, Trump campaign mail was put in bins labeled "Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail" while the same type of mail for Joe Biden was ordered to be delivered on time. And another [whistleblower] raised new issues about the integrity of Dominion voting machines.Skip to 1:55:00, 2:08:00 for witness testimony:"The whistleblower accounts released today, detail the failure of election officials in blue jurisdictions to maintain ballot chain of custody, allowing for the potential infusion of fraudulent ballots. These accounts include photographs of individuals improperly accessing voting machines and a detailed eyewitness account of the breaking of sealed boxes of ballot jump drives and commingling of those jump drives with others. In previewing today's whistleblower accounts, the Amistad Project said:
"The accounts also reveal multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states."
- Postal subcontractor Jesse Morgan on Oct. 21 moved 144,000-288,000 completed mail-in ballots from Bethpage, New York, to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where his trailer holding the ballots disappears.
- Postal subcontractor Nathan Pease is told by two separate postal workers on two separate occasions that the USPS in Wisconsin was gathering over 100,000 ballots on the morning of Nov. 4 to backdate the ballots so that the ballots would be counted even if they arrived after the statutory deadline.
- Computer expert Gregory Stenstrom of Pennsylvania witnessed a vendor of Dominion machines and local election officials download and update counting machines in violation of election system protocol and the comingling of machine jump drives in violation of election protocols and rendering audits impossible without direct forensic access to the machines.
- Postal workers in Traverse City, Michigan; Coraopolis, Pennsylvania; Erie, Pennsylvania; and Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, indicate widespread malfeasance in the Postal Service including backdating ballots, ordering that Trump mail be interdicted to be placed in the 'Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail' bin, and emphasizing that Biden mail be delivered on time.
UPDATE 2/12/2020: Whistleblower explains why he came forward:
Mr. Pease attended the explosive public hearing by the Amistad Project in Arlington, Virginia. And then last night Nathan Pease went on with Sean Hannity to discuss the fraud he exposed.UPDATE 2/12/2020: Who was behind this?
Nathan Pease told Sean, "I couldn't go to my grave knowing what I knew." Here is the full interview on Hannity with Nathan and two other election fraud whistleblowers.
Trump Attorney Phil Kline was on Lou Dobbs and he shared more of the same story (at the 1:00 mark in the video below). Klein also noted that another driver saw the same thing happen a day after the election in Delaware County Pennsylvania.UPDATE 1/12/2020 What Jesse Morgan observed:
Truck driver Jesse Morgan was present at the press conference and spoke for 9 minutes about his unbelievable ordeal. Morgan was tasked with delivering completed ballots to Pennsylvania from New York state.See also:
Jesse Morgan: "In total I saw 24 gaylords, or large cardboard containers of ballots, loaded into my trailer. These gaylords contained plastic trays, I call them totes or trays of ballots stacked on top of each other. All the envelopes were the same size. I saw the envelopes had return addresses... They were complete ballots."
Jesse's testimony today revealed that employees at the United States Post Office were in on the conspiracy to steal the votes.
UPDATE from reader Brian:
Please pass this info along. I am a professional driver, and all companies have onboard computers in the trucks. They record miles, location, departure, and arrival times.
