Kitson's "people" of the year starts with a poster of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti holding money next to a quote saying: "I will turn your phone off if you don't obey. Target, Costco, Walmart, etc. can sell nonessential items but small businesses are forbidden."
Garcetti has been frequently criticized for his leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic. He previously threatened to shut off power and water to households disobeying shutdown orders, and recently announced new stay-at-home orders that forbids people from non-essential travel.
A recent report from CNBC states that sources believe that a lawsuit could be filed against social media giant Facebook as early as next week. A group of 40 states led by New York have been investigating Facebook for possible antitrust violations and plans to file a lawsuit against the company, according to four sources.
The lawsuit would be the second major case taken against a major tech firm this year following the Justice Department's lawsuit against Google in October. Over 40 states reportedly plan to sign on to the Facebook lawsuit one source said, but would not provide the list of states.
Ron has been following the 2020 election closely since Democrats attempted their steal in early November.
This document was published by Edward B. Foley the Ebersold Chair in Constitutional Law and Director, Election Law @ Moritz, Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
The document even includes Arizona and Pennsylvania as contested states in their scenario.
In the document Foley uses Liz Warren as their candidate since she was ahead in polling at the time but it could have been any of the candidates since the Democrats were going to steal the votes no matter who was their candidate.
The move expands Facebook's current rules against falsehoods and conspiracy theories about the pandemic. The social media company says it takes down coronavirus misinformation that poses a risk of "imminent" harm, while labeling and reducing distribution of other false claims that fail to reach that threshold.
Facebook said in a blog post that the global policy change came in response to news that COVID-19 vaccines will soon be rolling out around the world.
Two drug companies, Pfizer Inc and Moderna Inc, have asked U.S. authorities for emergency use authorization of their vaccine candidates. Britain approved the Pfizer vaccine on Wednesday, jumping ahead of the rest of the world in the race to begin the most crucial mass inoculation program in history.

Sidney Powell, author of the bestseller "Licensed to Lie" and lead counsel in more than 500 appeals in the 5th Circuit, in Washington on May 30, 2019.
Powell is asking the court to block Gov. Tony Evers from transferring currently certified election results in Wisconsin to the Electoral College, and have Evers and the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) reverse the certification, "pending a full investigation and court hearing." Powell is also asking the court to order an independent audit of the election "to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the election."
The suit (pdf) was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin against the WEC and Evers. It alleges an "egregious range of conduct" in Milwaukee County and the City of Milwaukee, along with Dane County, La Crosse County, Waukesha County, St. Croix County, Washington County, Bayfield County, Ozaukee County, as well as other counties throughout the Third District and throughout Wisconsin that employ election software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems.
The suit alleges "massive election fraud" that violates the Wisconsin Election Code and the U.S. Constitution. It alleges a "scheme and artifice to defraud" in Wisconsin that was done "for the purpose of illegally and fraudulently manipulating the vote count to manufacture an election of Joe Biden as President of the United States, and also of various down-ballot democrat candidates in the 2020 election cycle."
Comment: On the same day, Powell filed a lawsuit in Arizona challenging 400,000 ballots:
The 53-page complaint, filed by former federal prosecutor Powell on behalf of the state's 11 GOP electors and others, alleges software manipulation and other fraud in the state "as set forth in the affidavits of eyewitnesses and the voter data cited" that violates the U.S. Constitution and Arizona's own election laws.
"The multifaceted schemes and artifices implemented by Defendants and their collaborators to defraud resulted in the unlawful counting, or fabrication, of hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate or purely fictitious ballots in the State of Arizona," the lawsuit states.
These "collectively add up to multiples of Biden's purported lead in the State of 10,457 votes," it argued, pointing to what is alleged to be at least 412,000 "illegally cast ballots."
Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs are listed as defendants in the lawsuit.
...
The complaint highlights what it said was an "especially egregious range of conduct" in Arizona's Maricopa County, and other counties using Dominion Systems.
...
The lawsuit alleges that Dominion Voting Systems violated election laws by having their machines connected to the internet. The case is supported by a redacted affidavit from a former electronic intelligence analyst, alleging that the voting system software was accessed by agents from China and Iran.
"Dominion violated physical security standards by connecting voting machines to the Internet, allowing Dominion, domestic third parties or hostile foreign actors to access the system and manipulate election results, and moreover potentially to cover their tracks due to Dominion's unprotected log," it states.
...
Powell on Wednesday also filed a motion (pdf) for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction, saying that Arizona officials did not comply with laws set by the state legislature, and instead "committed a scheme and artifice to fraudulently and illegally manipulate the vote count to make certain the election of Joe Biden as the President of the United States."
It asks the court to order that "servers, software, voting machines, tabulators, printers, portable media, logs, ballot applications, ballot return envelopes, ballot images, paper ballots, and all election materials related to the Nov. 3, 2020 Arizona election seized and impounded for forensic audit and inspection by the Plaintiffs."
It also requested the court block Ducey from "transmitting the currently certified election results to the Electoral College" until the legal challenge was resolved.
Last week, we reported about an NYC bar owner who used a leftist tactic when he defined his bar as being located in an "autonomous zone," to protect him from COVID lockdown rules.
The NY Post reports that the Staten Island pub located in a coronavirus hot spot is stealing a page from Seattle's anarchist cookbook, declaring itself an "autonomous zone," free from the public-safety restrictions its owners say they will refuse to abide by.
"!ATTENTION! We hereby declare this establishment an !!! AUTONOMOUS ZONE!!!" read signs outside and around Mac's Public House in Grant City, invoking a phrase more commonly associated with the monthlong occupation of Capitol Hill in the Emerald City by anti-cop radicals. "We refuse to abide by any rules and regulations put forth by the Mayor of NYC and Governor of NY State."
Comment: 'We're not backing down': Staten Island pub declares itself 'autonomous zone' in defiance of Cuomo
Staten Islanders speak their mind (language warning):
UPDATE 03/12/20: More reporting from RT:
The large law enforcement response came after Presti and McAlarney late last month declared Mac's an "autonomous zone," borrowing from a tactic used earlier this year by anarchist protesters to set apart neighborhoods in Seattle and Portland as separate countries. The move came after the pub was hit with $1,000-a-day fines and stripped of its state liquor license for staying open in defiance of pandemic restrictions. The owners then subverted a state business-shutdown order by saying they would serve visitors for free, while asking for donations to cover their bills.© Staten Island Advance
Co-owner, Danny Presti is taken away in handcuffs from Mac's Public House by NYC Sheriff's.
Presti and McAlarney also urged other business owners to know their legal rights and stand up to "overreaching" Covid-19 orders issued by Mayor Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio. "Open your places up," Presti said. "Take your cities, your states and your country back."
Presti started a GoFundMe account on Sunday to raise money for Mac's fight with city and state governments. Nearly $34,000 of the $500,000 target had been raised as of Wednesday afternoon.
"I just donated $100," podcast host Dave Rubin tweeted on Wednesday. "I'd be happy to have him on the show."
Local artist Scott LoBaido, who witnessed Presti's arrest and his return to Mac's on Wednesday, pointed out the hypocrisy of allowing big-box retailers to stay open while forcing small businesses to shut down.
"There's hundreds of people at Home Goods buying ceramic penguins for their shelves in their house, and this guy can't open his small little business that's this big to make a living and survive," he said in a Newsmax interview.
"Dr Fauci owes @RandPaul an apology," one of Paul's Twitter followers said.
Paul responded: "No, he owes one to every single parent and school-age child in America. I told him this multiple times this summer."
Fauci and Paul have clashed several times since the pandemic began, with the Kentucky Republican accusing Fauci of fear-mongering rhetoric and what he says is incorrect praise of so-called lockdown measures implemented to stem the spread of the virus.

The picture of health: Russia's President Vladimir Putin attends a meeting with President of Georgia's breakaway region of Abkhazia Aslan Bzhaniya at the Bocharov Ruchei state residence in Sochi, Russia November 12, 2020.
While many have found 2020 to be a challenging year, for notorious Moscow conspiracy theorist Valery Solovey, it has been his best yet. He has managed to send Western news organisations into a frenzy with bombshell allegations twice in as many months. In November, he claimed Putin was suffering from a neurodegenerative condition and would soon step back from the presidency. The revelations were splashed across popular newspapers including the UK's Mail Online and the New York Post.

Project Veritas' release of the second tranche of clips from CNN President, Jeff Zucker's, 9 a.m. editorial conference calls reveal more evidence of Zucker's manipulation of the news to fit his own world view.
James O'Keefe, the founder and CEO of Project Veritas, said, "In these morning calls, Jeff Zucker orders his people to suppress some stories — not because they are false — but because they will hurt his political agenda."
O'Keefe said Zucker wants to shape the news, not report it.
"When Zucker tells CNN reporters, hosts, producers and editors to hype stories because they fit his narrative, or to target public officials like Sen. Lindsey Graham, it's because they do not toe the Zucker line."

U.S. President Barack Obama drinks a glass of filtered water from Flint, a city struggling with the effects of lead-poisoned drinking water, as he delivers remarks at North Western, in Flint, Michigan May 4, 2016.
"I promise you that when it's been made for people who are less at risk, I will be taking it," Obama said of a potential vaccine in a SiriusXM radio interview released on Thursday. "I may end up taking it on TV or having it filmed, just so that people know that I trust this science," he added.Yet, critics immediately pounced on the comment, comparing it to his response to the Flint water crisis.
The infamous health disaster began in 2014, when, due to mismanagement, water pipes succumbed to corrosion and contaminated the city's supply with lead. In May 2016, Obama visited Flint to highlight federal assistance in replacing some of the lead pipes.
