Leading Russian liberal journalist fired by US state-controlled media RFE/RL for discussing family of Alexey Navalny's wife

Journalist Timur Olevsky has been fired by Current Time, a Russian-language TV channel created by US government-run RFE/RL, after he discussed a conspiracy theory about opposition figure Alexey Navalny's father-in-law.

In practice, this means that Olevsky has lost his job for openly discussing Navalny's family. A permanent fixture in Western media, where he enjoys large support, Navalny is often erroneously held up by Washington-funded outlets as the leader of the Russian opposition.

Current Time is recognized as a foreign agent in Russia, as it bankrolled by grants from the US Agency for Global Media, established by President Donald Trump's White House in 2018. Before working for the Americans, Olevsky was attached to liberal-leaning Russian TV Rain and Echo of Moscow.

Busted! Video From Georgia Shows Suitcases Filled With Ballots Pulled From Under Table AFTER Supervisor Told GOP Poll Workers to go Home - UPDATES

Comment: This is the clearest evidence yet of mass voter fraud in the 2020 US election.

Surveillance footage from the State Farm Arena in Georgia
The Georgia Senate Oversight Committee held a hearing on Thursday on the massive election fraud in the state.

President Trump was ahead of Joe Biden by more than 110,000 votes in Georgia on election night when all of a sudden Fulton County stopped counting ballots after a pipe burst.

Poll watchers were kicked out of the State Farm Arena tabulation center on election night after a burst pipe caused flooding.

Comment: The woman in the purple shirt has been identified. (The woman with the blonde braids is her daughter.) Here she is livestreaming the day of the election. In the video are what appear to be unmailed absentee ballots...

And this doesn't look suspicious at all...

This is a bit blurry, so it's hard to tell. But definitely not suspicious at all:

Of course, election officials are still saying that there's nothing to see here. Gabriel Sterling says it's just "normal ballot processing." (He also appeared on Newsmax to lash out at Republicans.) Other officials assure us that a Secretary of State representative was present - never mind the affidavit alleging he was just sitting in the corner doing nothing all day. They say election officials never told everyone to leave - just the envelope openers. The media and observers were presumably just confused and all left on their own, so the ballot counters naturally just stayed to finish their job unobserved (except by the lazy Sec. of State rep). Never mind the observer affidavits saying they were TOLD to leave.

Here's the media 'debunking'. Keep in mind, observers couldn't see the tabulators, even when they were allowed in the room. They were placed around a corner and couldn't observe this area at any time:

Arizona legislature calls for immediate 'forensic audit' of Dominion voting machines - Michigan GOP says SoS trying to delete data amid audit calls

Phoenix hearing
© Mei Lee/The Epoch Times
Public hearing on election integrity in Phoenix, Ariz., on Nov. 30, 2020.
The Arizona House and Senate have called for an audit of the Maricopa County election software and equipment following allegations of fraud and other irregularities presented by President Donald Trump's team earlier this week.

In a news release Friday, GOP leaders of the Republican-controlled legislature sought an independent audit of Dominion Voting Systems software — used in Maricopa County — called for the audit.

State Sen. Michelle Ugenti-Rita, a Republican said that Maricopa County's Board of Supervisors "is supportive of conducting an independent audit of their voting software and equipment," adding: "It is important we maintain all of the voting public's confidence in our elections, and this is a positive step."

House Majority Leader Warren Petersen, a Republican, said that "a significant number of voters believe that fraud occurred," citing "the number of irregularities" that allegedly occurred in Maricopa County and elsewhere in the state.

"Especially concerning," he said, "are the allegations made surrounding the vendor Dominion," adding that the county needs to carry out a "forensic audit on the Dominion software to make sure the results were accurate."

The Epoch Times has reached out to Dominion for comment following Petersen's statement. Maricopa County has not immediately responded to a request for comment.

Comment: Up in Michigan, the GOP allege that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is "pushing for the mass deletion of election data."
They said that Benson's office told clerks in Michigan counties to "delete Electronic Poll Book software and associated files" amid calls to audit the election.

They were likely referring to a Dec. 1 memo (pdf) from the Michigan Bureau of Elections, which is overseen by Benson's office, that states "[Electronic Poll Book] software and associated files must be deleted from all devices by the seventh calendar day following the final canvass and certification of the election (November 30, 2020) unless a petition for recount has been filed and the recount has not been completed, a post-election audit is planned but has not yet been completed, or the deletion of the data has been stayed by an order of the court or the Secretary of State."

The memo was referring to Electronic Poll Book software and files contained on laptops and USB drives using during the election.

However, the Republican Party flagged the memo and process as concerning.

"Secretary Benson's move to request the deletion of election data amidst bipartisan calls for an audit is just another example of her putting partisan politics over what's best for Michigan," said Michigan Republican Party Chairman Laura Cox said in a statement Friday.

They noted that due to alleged statewide irregularities, an audit is necessary.

Cox stated: "With election irregularities rampant across the state, it is vital that we have this audit before any election data is deleted. Secretary Benson's move to delete this data before an audit raises a serious question, what are the Democrats hiding?"

A young Palestinian teen has died after being shot in the stomach by an Israeli soldier during a protest in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said. Israeli officials deny their forces fired live rounds.

The 13-year-old boy was taken to a hospital in Ramallah in critical condition, where he died from his injuries, according to a statement from the health ministry posted on Facebook.

A spokeswoman for Israel's military said that its personnel had used "riot dispersal means" against Palestinians who were throwing rocks and burning tires in the village of al-Mughayir, some 27 kilometers northeast of Ramallah.

"The reports of the use of live fire during the riot are not true, and claims about a number of rioters injured and one killed are known," she said.

One batch of 23,000 ballots, all for Biden, identified in Georgia - Trump Team analyzes Dominion machine, finds vote switching

Comment: The evidence pile in Trump's favor continues to mount...

georgia election results
(President Trump was up by over 100,000 votes the morning after the 2020 election.)

Tonight a batch of 23,000 Biden-only ballots have been identified and determined to be fraudulent - removing these fraudulent ballots will give Georgia to President Trump.

Comment: This video was uploaded on November 21. TGP is a bit late to the party - but that's okay, the video is solid. See also this video response to the original video (and Endeez's response in the comments):

A video has surfaced showing a batch of 23,000 ballots all for Biden that were reported in Georgia - a state where the media says Biden is leading by 10,000 votes:

Comment: This news is breaking: John Fredericks appeared on Bannon's War Room and claimed that the Trump team has been able to analyze a Dominion machine in Ware County, Georgia. It reportedly showed 37 votes flipped from Biden to Trump, which would allegedly extrapolate to 14,000 votes in all of Georgia (assuming similar changes in all other counties).

One of the Georgians who volunteered to watch election locations to make sure Dominion didn't do anything shady while they were under court order not to tamper with the voting machines found this:

As for that court order, check this out. These people are acting like they have absolutely nothing to hide:

Nevada court hears of USPS witness obstruction, flawed machine inspections, and deceased voters

Jesse Binnall
© NTD Television
Trump campaign attorney Jesse Binnall presents arguments at an evidentiary hearing in a Nevada election contest in Carson City, Nev., on Dec. 30, 2020.
A Nevada hearing has revealed a host of election irregularities including: the obstruction of witnesses by the United States Postal Service; ballots cast by dead people; improperly calibrated signature verification machines; and election inspections where less than one-third of the GOP's demands were met.

Since the election contest case was filed, a host of developments have occurred regarding officials receiving access to inspect voting systems and data revealing the extent of fraud in the swing state.

Obstruction.

One such development is that the United States Postal Service (USPS) is "preventing witnesses and whistleblowers from testifying," concerning wide-scale orders for workers to deliver ballots to nearly 8,000 "undeliverable" addresses. The ballots were later "collected, turned in, and presumably counted."

"There are multiple key witnesses who are whistleblowers with matching, independent stories supporting these issues, who USPS is trying to obstruct from testifying," the Nevada GOP notes.

100,000 Forged Ballots.

The state Republican Party is also putting forward a data scientist testifying to over 100,000 unique cases of illegal ballots.

Comment: The judge reportedly didn't allow the evidence about non-citizens voting as it was produced by the Trump team too late (they say the information only became available late, and they couldn't have received it any earlier).

Here's the livestream of yesterday's hearing (warning, sound isn't great):

In addition to all the above, a witness was brought forward alleging that data was changed overnight during the election:
According to Jesse Binnall, who presented the evidence on behalf of the Trump campaign, the witness, whose name is shielded by a protective order, said that the vote tallies were collected from the machine at the end of every voting day and stored on Universal Serial Bus (USB) drives overnight.

"What they would do is they would log these disks in and out. Good practice. And the disks had a serial number on them. And numerous times that disk would be logged out with one vote total on it and logged back in the next morning during the early vote period with a different number on it. Sometimes more, sometimes less," Binnall said.

"What that means is that literally in the dead of night, votes were appearing, and books are disappearing on these machines."

Binnall said that the USB drives were not encrypted and the voting machines were not password protected. "And they were hooked up with laptops, then where the laptops themselves could have been compromised," he added.
...
Kevin Hamilton, the attorney for the defendants, delivered a comprehensive point-by-point challenge to all of the Trump campaign's claims. He argued that the Trump campaign didn't name a single voter among voluminous lists of ballots that were allegedly illegally cast.

"Simply put, breathtaking relief demands breathtaking evidence but contestants stand before you with nothing of the sort," Hamilton said.

Hamilton argued that similar legal challenges against the use of the signature-matching machine have been overruled without exception by other courts. He also targeted the credibility of Jesse Kamzol, a key witness for the defendants whose testimony features a data analysis that points to a large number of potentially illegally cast ballots.

In a rebuttal delivered at the tail end of the hearing, Binnall pointed out that the defendants didn't question Kamzol's analysis and instead attacked his qualifications. Kamzol served as the chief data officer for the Republican National Committee as recently as 2017.

District Judge James Russell ordered both parties to submit proposed orders to the court by 10 a.m. on Friday so he can quickly make a ruling with enough time for either party to appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court.
Binnall also claimed that a recent audit of 1.5k mail-in ballots "suggested that 2 percent of ballots were cast on behalf of voters who never received a ballot in the mail. While 1 percent of them were cast on behalf of voters who said they did not vote at all."
Baselice and Associates conducted the audit for the legal team representing the Trump campaign in Nevada. The firm called the voters identified on each mail ballot. The findings suggest that 3 percent of the ballots were cast by someone other than the person identified on the ballot.
But rest assured, there is "no evidence" of widespread voter fraud. Or are the claims just "unsubstantiated" now?

Ghislaine Maxwell has asked a judge for a secret, closed-door hearing so she can request to be sprung on bail, according to new court filings.

The accused Jeffrey Epstein madam wants to keep private the names of proposed co-signers on a potential bail application — prompting her to ask for a sealed "in camera" hearing that would be held in a judge's chambers and away from the public eye.

Prosecutors, however, have objected, calling the request over the top.

Comment: Update from Miami Herald: "On Thursday, Nathan sided with federal prosecutors in denying Maxwell's request for a private hearing, asking Maxwell and the prosecutors to determine a briefing schedule for Maxwell's renewed request for bail."

Google faces complaint from NLRB alleging surveillance of employees and other labor violations

The National Labor Relations Board today issued a complaint against Google after investigating the firing of several employees last November. The complaint alleges Google violated parts of the National Labor Relations Act by surveilling employees, and generally interfered with, restrained and coerced employees in the exercise of their rights guaranteed by Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act.

The NLRB also alleges Google discouraged "its employees from forming, joining, assisting a union or engaging in other protected, concerted activities," the complaint states. Laurence Berland, one of the fired Google employees, said in a statement:
"This complaint makes clear that workers have the right to speak to issues of ethical business and the composition of management. This is a significant finding at a time when we're seeing the power of a handful of tech billionaires consolidate control over our lives and our society. Workers have the right to speak out about and organize, as the NLRB is affirming, but we also know that we should not, and cannot, cleave off ethical concerns about the role management wants to play in that society."

L.A. County must show scientific evidence for outdoor dining ban, judge orders

Supporters and Business owners of area restaurants watch news conference by CA Coalition for Safe Reopening
A judge on Wednesday ordered Los Angeles County public health officials to show scientific evidence justifying the outdoor dining ban imposed last week amid soaring coronavirus cases. Outdoor dining had offered a lifeline for struggling restaurants during the pandemic. The California Restaurant Assn. sued to stop the ban, with a downtown L.A. restaurant, Engine Co. No. 28, filing a similar suit.

The county must return to court Tuesday to present evidence supporting the ban, L.A. County Superior Court Judge James Chalfant said at a hearing Wednesday morning. "You have to do a risk-benefit analysis for public health. You don't just talk about the risk of spreading disease. You have to talk about the benefit of keeping restaurants open," Chalfant said.

Chalfant expressed some skepticism about the ban. Based on the studies he has reviewed, the risk of spreading the coronavirus from outdoor dining appears minimal, he said. But the county should have a chance to "answer those questions and fill those holes," the judge said.

József Szájer has resigned as a member of the European Parliament.
A member of the European Parliament representing Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's Fidesz party has resigned from his position in Brussels after he was caught leaving what reports described as a 25-man orgy on Friday.

Jozsef Szajer resigned on Sunday after he admitted to breaching Belgium's strict lockdown rules to attend a sex party, Politico reported on Tuesday. The police found 25 naked men at the gathering, including Szajer and some diplomats, the Belgian newspaper La Dernière Heure reported. The newspaper quoted a local police source as saying, "We interrupted a gang bang."

Comment: To be clear, he's not in trouble with the law because he's a degenerate; he's in trouble because he 'broke Covid-19 regulations'.
