CNN's Jake Tapper complaining about Biden's harsh approach to encouraging more covid vaccinations
CNN anchor Jake Tapper ripped President Joe Biden over what he called a "scolding tone" that the president took in a speech rolling out new measures to fight the coronavirus pandemic.

On Thursday, President Biden delivered a speech in which he announced a six-prong plan of attack against the Delta-fueled coronavirus surge, one which included some very broad vaccine requirements, as well as one section in which he channeled the frustrations of many Americans with their anti-vaccine fellow citizens:
My message to unvaccinated Americans is this: What more is there to wait for? What more do you need to see? We've made vaccinations free, safe, and convenient. The vaccine is FDA approved. Over 200 million Americans have gotten at least one shot. We've been patient but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us. So, please, do the right thing. But just don't take from me. Listen to the voices of unvaccinated Americans who are lying in hospital beds taking their final breath saying, 'If only I had gotten vaccinated, if only. It's a tragedy. Please don't let it become yours.

Comment: Tapper may have taken issue with Biden's approach, but he is fully onboard with the overall message.
"he's scolding the people that are being lied to as opposed to the liars."
His beef is that Biden isn't doing enough to make people think that getting vaccinated is their own idea. The dig at Robert Kennedy Jr. is particularly egregious. Kennedy has been stalwart in the fight against deadly vaccination regimes, especially through his Children's Health Defence website.

On the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, and after the hasty Afghanistan withdrawal, the American War on Terror is partially winding down. The costs of the conflict have been staggering, the gains few, and the losses tragic.

From the moment the first hijacked Boeing 767 slammed into the North Tower of New York's World Trade Center, the world was changed forever. By the end of September 11, 2001, 3,000 Americans were dead, and the US was at war.

"We will make no distinction between the terrorists who committed these acts, and those who harbor them," President George W. Bush told the nation that evening, promising to "win the war against terrorism." Three weeks later, American troops invaded Afghanistan, on the hunt for Osama Bin Laden, who US intelligence had blamed for the attack by midday on 9/11.

The 9/11 terrorist attacks could have been a wake-up call for the US and the world to reassess priorities, but instead it fueled extremism and helped funnel public resources into the coffers of war profiteers, Waters told presenter Afshin Rattansi.

The US response to the terrorist attacks "empowered extremism on all levels of all factions, not just jihadists from the Middle East and elsewhere," he added.
All of us have been encouraged to spend more and more energy on destroying each other and the world rather than using our energy to solve the evident problems.

Stung by its rout in Afghanistan, the US is doubling down on efforts to punish homegrown dissidents. But while the post-January 6 crackdown brought it into the public eye, the domestic 'war on terror' has been underway for years.

As the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks looms this weekend, the Department of Homeland Security wants to make sure you're afraid - very afraid. Americans, it warned last month, are facing an enemy so drunk on mind-warping conspiracy theories that even the most sophisticated surveillance apparatus in the world can't stop them.

Subtlety has never been the strong point of the country's ever-multiplying intelligence agencies and, for the 9/11 anniversary, the government is pulling out the stops for an orgy of fear not seen since the event itself. The recent DHS bulletin warned the surrounding weeks would be marked by a "heightened threat environment" - at least until Veterans Day, when a new excuse will likely be rolled out to be very afraid. It even dredged up al-Qaeda themselves, declaring the terror group had released its first English-language magazine in four whole years, apparently believing American dissidents would be inspired by their country turning tail and fleeing from Kabul.

The latest politician to compare government vaccination efforts to Nazi Germany is Josh Mandel, a Jewish Republican candidate for US Senate in Ohio.

In a video Thursday protesting President Joe Biden's upcoming requirement that a large portion of private sector employees either get vaccinated against COVID or get tested weekly, Mandel instructed his social media viewers not to comply with the requirement. In doing so, he compared Biden to the Gestapo, the Nazi secret police force that played a major role in carrying out the Holocaust.

"I call on my fellow Americans: Do not comply," he said. "Do not comply with the tyranny, and when the Gestapo show up at your front door, you know what to do."

Comment: Mandel further did not back down from his comments after the ADL also criticized him for his statement. The ADL tweeted that he "needed to apologize," but that did not dissuade Mandel who tweeted right back at the ADL:

Economic war to begin in US as Portland calls to impose sanctions against Texas

The famous U.S. sanction strategy in the foreign policy now is used in the state's internal issues.

The controversial Texas law, that bans abortions as early as six weeks is now in effect. It was signed into law back in May by Gov. Greg Abbott. It was widely criticized not only by women's rights advocates, abortion activists and abortion providers, but also by other states' officials. Thus, the Portland City Council is going to consider to adopt an emergency resolution next week that will be aimed to ban goods and services from Texas, because of the new abortion law there. The council will take up the emergency resolution on September 8.

On September 3, Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler claimed the intent "to ban the city's future procurement of goods and services from, and city employee business travel to, the state of Texas." It should be in effect until Texas "withdraws it unconstitutional ban on abortion or until it is overturned in court."

Comment: What's even worse is the likelihood that the Federal Government will implement retaliatory sanctions of its own against conservative-leaning states like Texas, Florida, etc. - in order to squash any thought or policy that doesn't fall into line with the current death-dealing madness being shat out of Washington.

Police were reportedly investigating whether the suspect was disguised as a Hasidic man.

The NYPD released grisly surveillance video on Thursday that shows a suspect pretending to work on his car on a Queens street before ambushing a man and killing him with multiple shots to the head.

The victim, 46-year-old Jermaine Dixon, walked across the street on Monday morning and opened the driver's side door of an SUV when the suspect started running toward him.

Seconds later, the gunman fired multiple shots at Dixon from close range. Dixon was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Comment: That was certainly no random act of violence - that looked like a hit. One wonders what Dixon was involved in.

Ukraine has just become the latest country to legalise the use of Botcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
Ukraine's parliament has adopted a new law that legalises and regulates cryptocurrency and other virtual assets like tokens.

The bill was passed in a near-unanimous vote on Wednesday and will now need to be signed by President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Ukraine is the fifth country in as many weeks to set up ground rules for digital currencies following El Salvador's move to adopt Bitcoin as legal tender.

She said the world's priority should be to get more vaccines to countries that have received limited supplies

Booster shots to extend the protection of Covid-19 vaccines may be unnecessary for many people, a leading scientist behind the AstraZeneca vaccine said on Friday.

Oxford University Professor Sarah Gilbert told The Telegraph newspaper that immunity from the vaccine was holding up well - even against the Delta variant. While the elderly and those who are immune-compromised may need boosters, the standard two-dose regimen is providing lasting protection for most people, she said.
"We will look at each situation; the immunocompromised and elderly will receive boosters,'' she said. "But I don't think we need to boost everybody. Immunity is lasting well in the majority of people."
The comments come as the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, a panel of experts that advises the British government, is expected to make recommendations in the coming days on the scale of any booster programme.

Comment: The madness continues. It won't stop even when 70-80% of the population will receive two doses as they say. There is another booster shot. And then, maybe there will be another one, who knows, the corrupted quasi scientists and evil masters of this world will decide.

Despite all the data pointing out that the Covid vaccines are far more dangerous than the virus, the PTB continues with this monstrous project to enslave humanity.

Giving dangerous experimental injections as booster shots to immunocompromised patients, including people fighting cancer or those who have received an organ transplant. is probably nothing less than a premeditated homicide.

Countries that have already introduced booster shots are having much higher numbers of Covid infections and hospitalizations.

When White House press secretary Jen Psaki said that people who spread "misinformation" "shouldn't be banned from one platform and not others," she revealed the left's chilling plan for censoring content that goes against the left's narrative.

It is becoming increasingly clear that political leaders on the left and Big Tech are joining arms to not just deplatform dissident voices from social media, but to bar them from the digital space entirely, including from having the ability to make and receive payments online.

In the latest example, Chase Bank reportedly planned to close the credit card account of former national security adviser Michael Flynn on Sept. 18, stating that "continuing the relationship creates possible reputational risk to our company." While as of Aug. 31, a Chase spokesperson said that they had "made an error and apologized for any inconvenience caused," the initial gesture can't be ignored.

This comes just a couple months after Wells Fargo made the "business decision" to close 2020 Republican Delaware Senate candidate Lauren Witzke's account. Two of the more prominent digital payment services, PayPal and Stripe, have also become active cancel culture participants.
