Are we about to see chaos in the streets in major cities all over America? Antifa and other radical leftist groups are promising that a series of protests will begin on November 4th that will never end until "the Trump/Pence regime" is "removed from power". And as you will see below, Antifa has openly and publicly embraced violence and the Department of Homeland Security says that they have engaged in domestic terrorism. Hopefully these "protests" will fizzle out after a few weeks, because political organizations that believe in "the necessary use of violence" have no place in our society.

Former Tory MP Anne Widdecombe has denounced women speaking out against sexual harassment at Westminster as "helpless little snowflakes" during an interview with RT.

The politician-turned-commentator decried that "women are being so wimpish these days, wallowing in self-pity, expecting the men always to protect them."

"This wasn't what the women's lib I signed up to in the 70s was about. We weren't helpless little snowflakes then, we'd have dealt with any man who actually went too far or actually tried to go too far, we'd have dealt with him," she said.

The former Maidstone MP was responding to Wednesday's resignation of Sir Michael Fallon as defense secretary. Fallon conceded that his past behavior may have "fallen short" of the standards expected by the UK military.

Fallon's position became increasingly precarious after he admitted that he had repeatedly touched the knee of journalist Julia Hartley-Brewer at a dinner event 15 years ago. The pair both said that the matter was settled. The minister nevertheless felt that he had to resign.

Widdecombe said the "world had gone completely bonkers" if his resignation was simply over the touching of a Hartley-Brewer's knee, about which she "didn't care tuppence," according to the ex-MP.

When New York City terrorist Sayfullo Saipov turned a rented Home Depot truck against pedestrians and bikers Tuesday, NYPD Officer Ryan Nash was the one who stopped the rampage.

Nash, 28, happened to be responding to an emergency call in Lower Manhattan at 3 p.m. Tuesday, when Saipov, 29, drove his truck 20 blocks down a two-way bike path, killing at least eight and wounding even more. When Saipov crashed his truck, he leapt from the vehicle wielding two weapons and screamed "Allahu Akbar." Nash shot the terrorist in the gut and took him into custody, the New York Post reported.

President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Thomas Bach has condemned calls for the disqualification of Russia from the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.

Speaking at the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) General Assembly on Thursday, Bach said everybody had the right to a "fair and due procedure," referring to the ongoing Oswald Commission into the country's alleged state-sponsored doping.

"It was very clear, the Olympic Movement considers it unacceptable that some sanctions are being demanded in the public domain," Bach said, insidethegames reported.

"Everybody enjoys the same rights and obligations. Everybody enjoys the rights to a fair and due procedure. Think how you would react if you were alleged to have wrongdoings, it is a human right," he added.

A newly-released national survey commissioned by the libertarian-leaning CATO Institute is brimming with fascinating, heartening, and occasionally dispiriting data on how Americans view the First Amendment and free speech issues in general.

Overall, the data confirms that liberals are significantly more hostile to the open exchange of ideas than other groups; self-identified liberals tilt heavily toward banning or punishing speech they find to be offensive or "hateful," although conservatives have some pro-authoritarian blind spots, too.

The numbers reveal that in many cases, large majorities agree with critiques of political correctness often advanced by conservatives.

Americans registered as child molesters will be required to get new passports marking them as sex offenders

American citizens registered as child molesters will have their passports revoked and new ones issued with a special note designating them sex offenders, according to the State Department.

The "unique identifier" will be a printed notice inside the back cover of the passport book, reading: "The bearer was convicted of a sex offense against a minor, and is a covered sex offender pursuant to (US regulation)," according to an announcement from the State Department, which issues US passports.

Those convicted of sex offenses against minors will be notified to apply for new IDs after the State Department receives their names from the Department of Homeland Security, AP reported. The DHS is responsible for registering sex offenders.

Kelli Sullivan and family are grieving the loss of their pet terrier mix. But their beloved dog didn't die of natural causes as one might expect. Instead, the family says an Evangeline Parish Sheriff's deputy shot and killed the tiniest member of their family, all because the dog was barking.
I know in my heart he didn't have to shoot her. He didn't have to shoot that dog in front of my kids. He just didn't.
In fact, the officer's business had already been conducted at the home, after police were called to assist with a harassing neighbor. It was toward the end of the contact with police that the dog got out of the house and ran towards the officer. The dog is just above ankle height on most people. Sullivan says the dog was just doing what it always does when strangers come to the home.

'Disgusting' political ad depicting conservative driver trying to mow down children of color pulled after NYC truck attack

Katie called it "one of the most disgusting political ads" she's ever seen. She's not alone. In case you're unfamiliar with this disgraceful piece of garbage, a left-wing group called 'Latino Victory' released a television spot in the Virginia gubernatorial race that depicts a pickup truck with "don't tread on me" license plates and an Ed Gillespie bumper sticker (subtle!) trying to literally mow down (even subtler!) children of color.

It was the deformed cherry atop a sundae of shameless race-baiting from Democrats in this campaign -- all as they claimed to be offended by GOP "race-baiting," which has come in the form of provocative and at times demagogic ads about MS-13 (a gang that actually is murdering Virginians) and confederate monuments (exploiting an unpopular Democratic position related a firestorm the Left chose to ignite). The 'Republican-rednecks-want-to-murder-brown-children' commercial was so appalling that a number of media figures and Democratic operatives expressed disgust over it.

Comment: Notice that Latino Victory doesn't acknowledge how they went over the top. It took a tragedy to put things in perspective, yet they maintain they were 'just holding a mirror'! People have pretty much lost their minds, and the depths of how far this 'brain drain' will go remains to be seen.

He's well-known for his statement that 'we are made of starstuff,' just beings composed of atomic matter and held together by physics.

Published in 1995 shortly before Sagan's death in 1996, The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark was Sagan's attempt to explain the scientific method to laypeople. He took it as his mission in life to alert the world that the intellectual foundation of our society and culture was in jeopardy of being overthrown in a new era of returning superstition, pseudoscience and anti-intellectualism.

It was the dumbing down of America that worried Sagan at the end of his life, and in The Demon-Haunted World he offered a rationally prophetic examination of where America was heading. Now, some 20 years later, his words are resonating with those who are paying attention to the changing cultural climate today. He writes:

Perhaps giving Hillary Clinton another bone to pick with RT, the channel's editor-in-chief, Margarita Simonyan, has for the first time been included on the prestigious Forbes list of the world's most powerful women, a dozen spots higher than the US politician.

The 2017 edition of The World's 100 Most Powerful Women according to Forbes, released on Wednesday, features two Russians: the head of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, and Margarita Simonyan. But while for Nabiullina it will be the fourth consecutive year in a row she graces the list, for Simonyan, who landed 52nd spot, she is one of the 23 newcomers.

Clinton suffered a remarkable fall from grace in comparison to her last year's strong performance, tumbling down 63 spots after her stunning defeat in the US presidential elections. The former Democratic presidential candidate, whose victory had been touted by the US mainstream media as almost certain in the run-up to the November vote, repeatedly accused Russia of robbing her of the win and swinging the vote in Donald Trump's favor.

With Clinton's penchant for accusing Russia as being responsible for her failures, Forbes may now have given her another point for the blame game. At the same time, it is Clinton's and her allies' focus on making a scapegoat of Russia that has given a boost to RT's editor-in-chief, Forbes observes.
