That's according to a new study from research firm YouGov and Washington, D.C.-based Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, which surveyed over 2,000 people regarding their views on socialism and the communist political system. The biggest takeaway from the study was that one out of every two millennials surveyed said they would rather live in a socialist or communist country over a capitalist democracy like the U.S.
"Millennials now make up the largest generation in America, and we're seeing some deeply worrisome trends," Marion Smith, executive director of the foundation said in a statement to Fox News. "Millennials are increasingly turning away from capitalism and toward socialism and even communism as a viable alternative."
Nearly 45 percent of millennials polled said that they would prefer to live in a socialist country compared to the 42 percent who said they preferred a capitalist one. Another 7 percent said that the preferred living in a communist country above all. The findings show that the percentage of millennials who prefer socialism over capitalism if a full 10 points higher than that of the general population.
A majority of Google employees have stated that the company culture has not improved since they joined the company, in an anonymous internal poll conducted shortly after the firing of viewpoint diversity advocate James Damore. In screengrabs of the discussion below the poll, one employee states a more specific concern: political intolerance.
The incident happened last week and it all started over an alleged window tint violation. Short was not in the vehicle with the allegedly unlawfully dark windows, however, she was on the phone with her fiancé, Darnell Scott, when he was being detained by police for his tint.
While the couple was on the phone, Short noted that she heard the officer tell Scott that if he didn't roll his window down all the way that he was going to break it. Hearing this insanity over the phone, Short, who was only a block away, walked over to the stop.
"She's on the other sidewalk," said Scott. "I'm on one sidewalk, she is directly across the street, and she is asking was it all right to break someone's windows at a traffic stop."
Short tells the Free Thought Project that she didn't go anywhere near the officer.
However, Police Chief John Rich told the Billings Gazette that this is not an active shooter situation. He confirmed a male suspect is barricaded inside the sports center after driving his vehicle through the front door of the premises at around 3am local time.

Since its foundation was poured in 2006, the Millennium has sunk 17 inches and tilted 14 inches to the northwest. The posh residence was once touted as the best in the city and its units commanded millions from the likes of tech titans and the city's former pro quarterback, Joe Montana. Pat and Jerry Dodson were enthusiastic buyers. They tell Wertheim they were euphoric over their new home until the news broke about the sinking. Jerry, a lawyer and engineer, now makes a daily trip to the basement to check on the spread of cracks in the walls. "There's enough of them, a spider web of cracks... that you have to be concerned about what's going on underneath...I've been told by structural and geotechnical engineers that I should be watching."
Chaziel Sunz (YouTube name) posted a video, sending a warning to other BLM members about what is really going on inside the organization. Now the man is not the most eloquent or well-spoken but his message is powerful.
"Starting in 2015, going into 2016, I began to notice infiltrators coming into the movement...The fake people part of the black movement were feeding off our emotions, trying to get us involved in things were not involved in."
He has been paying attention. Many will have taken notice that BLM dropped off the map for awhile. Their lack of action after such aggressive beginnings was rather surprising. Suddenly they reappeared and had changed.
Comment: It's not surprising that the BLM movement would be infiltrated and used by "the establishment". That's pretty standard - from COINTELPRO operations designed to discredit grassroots political movements, to operations designed to exploit radical groups to serve a wider political agenda. The fact is, most movements like BLM either rot from within or via external infiltration. And government infiltration isn't necessarily their biggest problem.
Many of the "social media"-type followers simply latch on to a vague message they can agree with, e.g., opposing police violence against blacks. But the actual "movers and shakers" in the movement are usually more ideologically obsessed. Just watch Accidental Courtesy, where Daryl Davis interviews some of BLM's top "activists". They comes across just as close-minded, naive, and racist as their "enemies". You can't cure a disease if you haven't first identified the actual causes of that disease. For example, see: What the data actually says about police violence against black men - and why the media narrative is dangerous

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov decorated citizens of Pakistan, Lithuania, Hungary and Vietnam with Russian state awards - the Pushkin medals - for achievements in development of friendship and cooperation between peoples.
