Speaking at the annual press conference in California which marks the opening of the Cowboys training camp, Jones said that Trump's recent comments on anthem protests only added fuel to the burning issue which still remains unresolved.
"His (Trump's) interest in what we're doing is problematic from my chair, and I would say in general the owners' chair," Jones said.
"It's unprecedented, if you really think about it. But like the very game itself, that's the way it is and we'll deal with it. We feel strongly about how we deal with it and we'll do so accordingly, but, yes, I, like everybody, would like for it to go away," he added.
A harrowing report by the Intercept, which went public on Thursday, alleged that Cameroonian troops carried out arbitrary executions of people thought to be Boko Haram followers. The news outlet has uploaded an extremely disturbing video that showed men in military fatigues escorting two women, one of them clutching the hand of a young girl, likely her daughter, and the second carries a child on her back.
"You are going to die," says a soldier, who refers to one of the women as 'BH,' an apparent reference to Boko Haram. "This hurts us but your parents have put us in a...," he is heard saying on the video before being interrupted by a series of gunshots.

The Israeli security forces prevent access to Palestinian pedestrians as they close down a street in the Old City of Jerusalem, July 27, 2018
Protests erupted on the Temple Mount, the location of Jerusalem's most important mosque, on Friday. Israel police say that clashes started after someone attacked them with stones and fireworks, prompting the security forces to respond with grenades and stun grenades, Haaretz reports.
Blasts can be seen on footage that purportedly shows the clashes, while "Allahu Akbar" can be heard in the background.
Comment: It's unclear how this all started but it doesn't really make sense that during prayer Palestinians would start a fight with Israeli forces. Israel is illegally occupying the area and terrorize the worshipers as a matter of routine so it's reasonable to assume they are responsible:

"The city center becomes an urban jungle at night," Zuurmond told Dutch paper,Trouw. "Criminal money flourishes, there is no authority and the police can no longer handle the situation."
Drugs are being sold openly in the streets, pedestrian areas are used for car and bike races, there's widespread theft and other offenses, the ombudsman said, using the world "mayhem" to describe what's happening in the city.

The police were alerted to the killing spree after a report of gunshots at the Retama Manor Nursing facility. Officers responding to the call found two men and a woman dead at the scene, Robstown Secretary Herman Rodriguez said, as cited by WLWT channel, including the perpetrator.

Worldwide, one in 10 people only make $2 a day. Do you know how long it would take one of those people to make the same amount as Jeff Bezos has? 193 million years. (If they only buy single-ply toilet paper.) Put simply, you cannot comprehend the level of inequality in our current world or even just our nation.
So ... shouldn't there be riots in the streets every day? Shouldn't it all be collapsing? Look outside. The streets aren't on fire. No one is running naked and screaming (usually). Does it look like everyone's going to work at gunpoint? No. We're all choosing to continue on like this.
Why?
While official paintings of George W. Bush and Barack Obama occupy their respective slots, there is still a blank space on the Colorado Capitol's wall of presidential portraits. Yet, a portrait of Vladimir Putin briefly made appearance right next to the part of the wall where Donald Trump's official painting should be.
Colorado State Senator Steve Fenberg (D-Boulder) published the stunning picture showing Putin's mug on an easel. A Fenberg aide said the image was authentic and was not a Photoshop setup, according to local media.

This of course is the famous scene from Lewis Carroll's 1872 fantasy Through the Looking Glass. The conversation ended with Humpty Dumpty falling off the wall. Happily all the king's horses and all the king's men were unable to put him together again.
Until now.
