Catherine Austin Fitts: What's About to Happen to the Economy (VIDEO)

Economy crash
"How is the government going to get people to pay their taxes if the government is not viewed as legitimate?" ~ Catherine Austin Fitts
The world economy is designed to fail through the mechanism of a banking system that requires all users of money to pay usury every time a transaction takes place. In this way, the financial systems of the world can be manipulated into a managed collapse, thereby causing global chaos so that the world's nations and citizens can be tricked into demanding a global currency managed a global elite.

Problem, reaction, solution. Economic hit man John Perkins wrote about this strategy as it was used in the 20th century to bring developing nations under the control of the international monetary fund and transnational profiteers, and at present this scheme is being globalized.
"If an EHM is completely successful, the loans are so large that the debtor is forced to default on its payments after a few years. When this happens, then like the Mafia we demand our pound of flesh. This often includes one or more of the following: control over United Nations votes, the installation of military bases, or access to precious resources such as oil or the Panama Canal. Of course, the debtor still owes us the money—and another country is added to our global empire." ~John Perkins, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man

A Boston police officer's wife has been charged with faking a robbery which she attempted to frame the Black Lives Matter Movement for.

Maria Daly reported a burglary at her home in Millbury on October 17 and claimed her jewelry and some money had been stolen. She told police her home had been graffitied with the letters, "BLM."

"Something wasn't quite right," Millbury Police Chief Donald Desorcy said."I think that was pretty obvious and as a result of that investigation, the officers did their due diligence and followed through with the investigation that we had."

The Russian Embassy in Damascus
The Russian embassy in the Syrian capital Damascus was targeted on Friday, with two mortars shells coming from an area controlled by the militants hitting the embassy compound.

The incident occurred at 3pm Moscow time, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement, adding that "the source of the fire was in Jobar district, controlled by the anti-government forces."

"It was a lucky coincidence that the casualties were avoided," the statement noted.

The embassy building suffered "material damage" in the attack, with four of the Russian diplomats' cars also being hit.

Comment: Russian embassies have been quite the target for jihadis, nazis and other pathological groups in recent months and years:

A 10-year-old girl who lost her legs in a terrorist attack in Aleppo and was taken from Syria to Moscow for surgery has finally completed her course of treatment. She can now play soccer, has picked up some Russian and is ready to return home to her relatives.

Sidra Zaarur, who came to Moscow in June along with her mother for bone realignment surgery on her legs, has fully recovered and is now again able to walk, run and even play soccer. She has made a number of friends at the hospital she was taken to, learned Russian quite well and is now dreaming of coming back to Russia to become a doctor.

Sidra is currently getting ready to go back to school and hopes to return to her hometown of Aleppo once militants leave the city.

Comment: Compare and contrast: The US funds and arms terrorists who kill and maim women and children; Russia kills terrorists with almost no civilian casualties and helps those injured by the US-backed terrorists.

Amidst police brutality against DAPL protesters, Killary's statement about Dakota pipeline leaves protesters and public flabbergasted

hillary clinton mean stern face

...because she doesn't care
With tensions escalating rapidly after the militarized police action at the Standing Rock Sioux "Treaty Camp," which included the use of armored police tanks, attack dogs, batons, rubber bullets, high-velocity bean bags, tear gas and LRAD sound weapons, and that saw the arrest of over 100 water protectors, the Clinton campaign, after months of silence, could no longer sit quietly on the sidelines and released a statement about the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) one day after the violent assault.

The statement from the Clinton campaign director of coalitions press, Xochitl Hinojosa, who oversees Hispanic, black, and women's media for the Clinton campaign, reads in full:

Comment: Not only did Killary release a 'non-statement' about the Dakota Access Pipeline, she clearly didn't even bother writing it herself.

On Thursday, police from no less than five states sporting full riot gear and armed with heavy lethal and nonlethal weaponry, pepper spray, mace, a number of ATVs, five tanks, two helicopters, and military-equipped humvees showed up to tear down an encampment of Standing Rock Sioux water protectors and supporters armed with ... nothing.

Under orders from the now-notorious Morton County Sheriff's Office, this ridiculously heavy-handed standing army came better prepared to do battle than some actual military units fighting overseas.

But the target of their operation — a group of slightly more than 200 Native American water protectors and supporters opposing construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline — never intended to do battle with the armed, taxpayer-funded, corporate-backed, state-sponsored aggressors.

Comment: Welcome to the corporate American police state, where people can be arrested and abused for peacefully protesting a pipeline that will destroy the natural environment and almost certainly result in water pollution, while corporate mercenaries can use dogs to attack and brutalize people with impunity.

American Express disowns Pink Floyd singer Roger Waters because of pro-Palestinian views

Roger Waters
When it comes to aiding Israeli Apartheid, American Express is just another brick in The Wall, according to a new report.

Roger Waters, lead singer behind Pink Floyd, lost a multimillion dollar American Express sponsorship for his 2017 US+Them tour after expressing solidarity this month with Palestinian students trying to end Israel's apartheid system of military occupation using the same protest tactic that helped dismantle South African Apartheid (and, earlier, America's Jim Crow): Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions, or BDS.

What's the Real Cause of Venezuela's Economic Crisis? Economic Warfare

Reports in the English-language press last week highlighted a series of small-scale street protests in Venezuela that bemoaned the scarcity of certain basic products, chronic shortages of medical supplies, and continued power and water outages throughout the country. According to Reuters, for instance, more than a thousand such protests occurred in January and February and, taken together, "show the depth of public anger" and "could become a catalyst for wider unrest."[1] News accounts proclaiming Venezuela's state of emergency are not new but in recent weeks have reached hysterical levels, with the Boston-based Global Post claiming that Venezuela's economic situation is now "worse than 1960s Cuba."[2]

The mainstream narrative explanation is that the crisis is the result of economic mismanagement and the ideological rigidity of the country's "authoritarian" Chavista led-government. For instance, Andreas E. Feldmann, Federico Merke, and Oliver Stuenkel, writing for the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, wrote last November that "Venezuela's steep recession has been worsened by economic mismanagement leading to mounting inflation, a widening fiscal deficit, and growing shortages of essential goods including food, soap, and diapers."[3] Similarly, Arlecchino Gomez at The Daily Signal, wrote, also last November, that Venezuela's recession "was largely due to government incompetence and mismanagement."[4]

How many civilians have actually been killed in Syria? 36,000, according to new study, majority by militants

aleppo

Day after day Western media dispenses claims, accusing the Syrian government and President Bashar Assad of crimes against the Syrian people. Sometimes even prominent international organizations get involved.

In July 2013, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said that the death toll in the Syrian conflict topped 100,000. In October 2014, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein said the death toll was 200,000. By October 2015, according to the UN, the war claimed over 240,000 lives. In September 2016, official UN estimates revealed that 300,000 people were killed in the Syrian conflict. In addition, the UN said that nearly 50 percent of the population was displaced.

According to the Dubai-based TV channel Al-Arabiya, in October 2015, the death toll surpassed 250,000. The same data was earlier provided by The New York Times. After Russia launched its aerial campaign in Syria, the Syrian death toll in Western media continued to grow. Parties involved in the conflict adjust data to their own interests. In addition, the media often reports unconfirmed data from the opposition-established Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. But do all those numbers reflect the situation on the ground?

The Institute for Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences conducted its own research, using data from the Syrian Central Bureau of Statistics. The report was presented at a press conference in Moscow on October 28.

Comment: Putting the stats together, that is 45,000 soldiers (army and militia, not counting Iranian or Lebanese fighters), 42,000 militants (jihadists and "rebels"), and 36,000 civilians. Even if we split the civilian casualties 50/50, that would mean the Syrian army has killed 42,000 militants and 18,000 civilians, a civilian casualty ratio of around 1:2, or 30%. And given that the jihadists were responsible for the majority, the number is likely even less than that. The average in warfare is 50%.

To compare, when Israel invaded Lebanon in 1982, the figure was around 80%. B'Tselem estimates a ratio of 56-74% for the 2008-2009 Gaza War. For the Iraq War, Iraq Body Count estimated around 33% killed by American/Coalition forces were civilians. (The overall number for the war was 77%, however. The overall casualty ratio for the Syrian war comes to around 29%.) NATO's war on Yugoslavia is harder to determine, but former Israeli ambassador the the U.S. Michael Oren says it was 80%.

So ask yourself: Is Assad really "deliberately and indiscriminately" killing his own people? Hardly.
