The case was brought about by Suha and Hussein Abu Khdeir, the parents of 16-year-old Palestinian Mohammed Abu Khdeir, who was murdered in 2014 in a revenge attack over the kidnapping and murder of three Israeli teenagers.
The government's current policy is to knock down the houses of Palestinian attackers who have murdered Israelis, as deterrence. But the Khdeir family argued that if this is the case, why does the same not apply to Jews who have murdered Arabs?
"I think if they don't destroy their houses, this is not a democratic state," Hussein Abu Khdeir told DW in July. "It's a state of apartheid, a racist state you cannot live in."
Comment: We think the very fact that the DO destroy the houses of Palestinian attackers is a big enough sign that Israel is somewhat mentally unhinged. But Abu Khdeir is right. If they want to continue such an inhumane policy, might as well apply it democratically.

And they are paying for the roll out of a programme which allows a 'research artist' who works with children from two up as well as policy makers to encourage infants to talk about sex.
The shocking project, funded by the Scottish Government and the EU, throws the spotlight on the SNP's questionable education record after they were heavily criticised for attainment in schools.
Horrifyingly the 'Gendersaurus Rex' concept - which is promoted and paid for by the taxpayer through the Imaginate Creative Project - asks:

How do we talk about sexuality and children in the same breath without being accused of summoning the spectre of paedophilia?Targeted towards young children the bizarre concept has angered parents who believe their sons and daughters should not be subjected to such complex subject matter.

The video depicted two members of the group assisting a man who was lying prostrate under rubble, apparently the victim of a bomb blast.
The man is covered in dust and appeared to be in great pain in the authentic-looking footage. However, the scene was staged - part of a mannequin challenge viral craze in which people freeze as if they are mannequins.
The short video was created by the Revolutionary Forces of Syria (RFS), an anti-Assad media outlet, which said it wanted to use the video trend to "raise awareness of the suffering of the Syrian people."
Comment: Poor attempt at damage control. The White Helmets thought they could capitalize on the mannequin challenge fad by doing what they usually do: dressing up one of their al-Qaeda "rebels" as an airstrike victim and pretending to save him. We guess you could call it a case of art imitating life imitating art. But it backfired. If they could make one fake video, then how many others have been fakes?

Late Wednesday night, Kajuan Raye was fatally wounded by a Chicago Police Department (CPD) sergeant, whose name has not been released to the public, in the West Englewood neighborhood of Chicago. The sergeant had responded to a call about a battery in progress when the sergeant found a man that "matched the description of the offender," CPD Superintendent Eddie Johnson said Thursday, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The sergeant approached the man, but the man ran away, police said. The sergeant chased the man, who at some point "turned and pointed" a weapon at the sergeant, Johnson said.
The sergeant fired his own weapon in response, hitting the man in the abdomen. The man was later identified as Kajuan Raye, 19, by his family. A wounded Raye was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.
Anti-homeless device' added to the steps of the Bank of England on Castle Street
A man was filmed installing curved wood on to a frame on the stairs of the Bank of England on Castle Street while another man surveyed the project.
These steps are often used by rough sleepers all year round and the new structure will prevent people from sitting or standing on them.
A picture of the device was posted on to the website Reddit and there were mixed views over the building's new addition.
One Reddit user, named TemujiTengri, said: "While I agree that this is a heartless policy that goes no way towards caring for or helping the homeless, we shouldn't passively encourage them to sleep rough either. The streets are dangerous at night, especially during winter.
Comment: What an appropriate symbol for our times. Instead of helping the homeless person to find the warmth and security of shelter, this parasitical institution just constructs a 'downward slope'.

According to local reports, subscribers of RCN cable in the Boston area were surprised to find hard-core porn airing on CNN's channel around 11 p.m. ET Thursday, when CNN was carrying a rerun of the Anthony Bourdain culinary travelogue series "Parts Unknown."
Comment: CNN later followed that statement with clarification that denied any service interruption, as had been suggested on Twitter.
"Despite media reports to the contrary, RCN assures us that there was no interruption of CNN's programming in the Boston area last night," CNN said.
The claims originated from photos posted by Twitter user @solikearose, going by the name Rose, who told BuzzFeed on Friday that she "wanted to see if anyone else in Boston had been affected."
Much of the media reported on the viral story, some stories assuming hundreds of thousands of turkey-stuffed TV watchers were affected.
Rose insists she's telling the truth, sharing screenshots a chat with her cable provider's customer service with BuzzFeed. She was reportedly told to reset her TiVo box, which worked to get rid of the porn and restore CNN's programming.
"People [accused] me of faking the story and creepy men sending me dick pics and sexual messages," Rose said.
Social media delightfully reacted to the snafu that affected the "Worldwide Leader in News."
The incident also provides some insight into exactly how a fake news story can spread on the internet. Stories about the mishap sat published but unverified for hours.

A BAYING mob of 30 children attack two cops after school, in a picture to shock even lawless Britain.
The snarling schoolkids rounded on them "like a pack of feral wolves", a stunned witness said yesterday.
The uniformed officers, one male and one female, were both punched and kicked by a 30-strong mob gathered to watch two girls fight.
Phone footage obtained by The Sun shows the male officer being wrestled to the ground and his head repeatedly "stomped".
He was left dazed and staggering as the youths — some in school uniform and looking no older than 12 — stepped back before circling the officers again.
Comment: Further signs of a disintegrating Western society or the expression of pent-up rage and frustration aimed at representatives of an oppressive and authoritarian government? Or both?
Edwin Daugherty was arrested Thursday on two counts of attempted murder,
Deputies said they found Daugherty, 34, walking down the street Thursday when they responded to a call in the 2300 block of Costa Del Sol Drive in Port Orange.
Deputies believe Daugherty became irate during an argument with his 72-year-old mother, Patsy Daugherty, the Sheriff's Office said.
