Police and border guards briefly surrounded two railway stations in Lithuania's Vilnius and Naujoji Vilnia after an alleged tip-off suggesting Russian troops were heading to the country by train, local media reported. The scare turned out to be false.

Law enforcement representatives were on high alert on Thursday after the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs tipped-off security officials that there were "a lot of young men eligible for military service" heading from Russia's Kaliningrad via Lithuania, a border official said, as cited by local media.

"That's the reason why we heightened security. Our employees checked the train, however all passengers had valid documents, visas. We had no complaints, so we couldn't deny entry to our territory," a representative of the border guard, Rokas Pukinskas, told lrytas.lt

German TV presenter admits to altering video showing Greek FM Varoufakis giving middle finger

A German TV presenter has claimed he doctored footage showing the Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis, giving the middle-finger to Germany. It comes after a scandal, in which the Greek politician denied the video is authentic.

The footage was shown on Sunday, at a weekly talk show on the German ARD channel, hosted by Günther Jauch. The Greek minister, who was a guest on the show, denied the actions depicted in it.

Varoufakis claimed the video had been doctored, and that he had "never given the finger ever."

Jan Böhmermann, host of the satirical programme Neo Magazin Royale on public broadcaster ZDF, confessed in a video posted on YouTube on Wednesday.

"Dear Günther Jauch, dear ARD, dear editors of 'Bild', you must now all be very strong," Böhmermann can't help laughing at his own words, as he starts to reveal what he did.

"Sorry, Mr Varoufakis, we won't do it again," Böhmermann added, providing the details on how the video had been faked.

Patsy? Woman arrested at Turkish airport for "preparing acts of terror"

Comment: This looks like a case of someone being arrested for something they haven't even done yet. What evidence is there that she planned to "prepare acts of terror"? Using someone else's passport is not evidence of terrorism, nor is traveling to Turkey. But in the Orwellian world we live in, apparently those are acts worthy of being charged with terrorism. She may very well have been planning to join ISIS, but there is scant evidence provided other than the assertions by police and media.


A British woman has been arrested on suspicion of preparing acts of terror when she arrived at Luton Airport from Turkey.

Jamila Henry, 21, was detained at a bus station in the Turkish capital of Ankara as officers suspected her of attempting to enter Islamic State-controlled territory in Syria, according to the BBC.

Henry is believed to have traveled to Turkey using her twin sister Jalila's passport.

She was arrested by Metropolitan Police officers on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts as she disembarked the plane from Istanbul on Thursday.

She is the latest in a string of young Britons trying to leave the UK to join Islamic State militants in Syria and Iraq via Turkey. Would-be jihadists use Turkey as a gateway into neighboring Syria.

10 arrested in UK human trafficking crackdown

Comment: This is all well and good, but unless they start arresting all the UK elites who are part of the evil pedophilia network, this is but a band aid over a gushing wound of human exploitation in the UK.


Thames Valley police have staged a mass operation involving 150 officers to clamp down on human trafficking across the UK, resulting in 10 arrests.

The force carried out raids at 17 premises in Berkshire, Yorkshire and London at around 10am on Tuesday morning, which freed six victims of human trafficking.

The addresses included three nail salons and three properties in Reading, two nail salons and two properties in Wokingham, one property in West Berkshire, five in London and one nail salon in York.

The raids took place after an 18-month investigation into trafficking, called Operation Rehoboam, which was coordinated by the National Crime Agency, the Metropolitan Police and the North Yorkshire Police.

All the victims were sent to refuge centers set up by the Red Cross and the Salvation army.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has extended 'cash for clunkers' car disposal program that provides discount for new vehicles through 2015 with an extra $80 million, as he says it has significantly helped domestic car makers.

"The Resolution extends the utilization program in 2015 - it has twice proved its effectiveness, supported the sales of companies that produce cars in Russia," said Medvedev as quoted by TASS."We have a suggestion to allocate subsidies to repay part of the cost of buying new cars."

The government will also extend the co-financing program for regions to purchase liquid petroleum gas powered vehicles with a further three billion rubles.

The disposal program provides a discount of up to $5,500 on a new car after scrapping an energy inefficient old one. The trade-in service (replacing the old car with an additional payment) provides a discount of up to $5,700.

The move comes at tough times for the Russia's car market that is suffering due to the weakening ruble, and a withdrawal of foreigner car makers.

A man imprisoned in Mississippi and a woman in Michigan are charged with the production and distribution of child pornography via text message.

David Rhyne, 33, currently incarcerated in the East Mississippi Correctional Facility in Meridian, and Stephanie Rascoe, 44, a resident of Ecorse, Michigan, are accused of taking and texting illegal images of a two-year-old child by the Mississippi Attorney General's office.

Investigators with the Ecorse and Dearborn Michigan Police Departments Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force transferred a case involving a complaint of illegal images taken of a two year old child to the Mississippi Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force under the Mississippi Attorney General's Office. This led to federal warrants being served on and Rhyne and Rasco.

Comment: Stephanie Rascoe was the occasional baby-sitter of the poor, two year old child, and David Rhyne is in prison for charges of sexual battery. This is a living nightmare.

TEHRAN - March 19 marks the anniversary of the US-led invasion of Iraq in 2003.
The day is also intended as an antiwar intervention into the capitals of war-making: Washington, London, Canberra and Warsaw.

In the name of pre-empting a threat, the illegal invasion consisted of 21 days of major combat operations, in which a combined force of troops from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Poland went after Iraq's weapons of mass destruction that were never there. Still, that didn't stop the invaders from destroying Iraq's civilization, killing and wounding over one million civilians, and making millions more refugees.

Such a catastrophic delusion should have been a cautionary tale - at least for the capital of war-making Washington. Far from it, years later the warmongers brought the same level of destruction and misery to other sovereign nations such as Libya and Syria. The outcome has been even more regional instability and a freer hand for the kind of Sunni radicals and terrorists who continue to threaten and attack everything and everyone, even in the heart of the European continent.

The clay cast of the bust depicting Putin as a Roman Emperor is in the workshop of St Petersburg's Academy of Arts.
The St Petersburg's Cossack community has promised to mark Russia's anniversary of the allied victory over the Nazis by unveiling a bronze bust of Russian president Vladimir Putin depicted as a Roman emperor.

Andrey Polyakov, the leader of the St Petersburg Cossack group Irbis - a popular organisation which stresses the importance of traditional Slavic values and military valor - told local press the planned sculpture will be cast from bronze and installed near the underground station of Parnas in north St Petersburg.

According to Polyakov the idea to honour Putin with a monument arose a year ago when pro-Russian forces, backed by Putin, seized the Crimean peninsula from Ukraine.

'Exclusively For White People' signs appear on businesses in Austin,Texas

Racially charged stickers have flooded the city of Austin, Texas leaving residents and business owners in awe, with some considering it racist, while others called it a joke.

Having the city's logo on them, the stickers read: "exclusively for white people," and were put on at least six businesses.

The racist remarks were discovered by passersby, employees and business owners.

Brianna Smith was walking by a store this week when she spotted one.

"This just goes to show racism is very much alive TODAY," she wrote on her Facebook page. "And by this being sponsored by the city of Austin absolutely DISGUST me."

At a local bake shop, April Jensen was working and notice something on the front door that read "exclusively for white people," with an offensive message underneath, also having a city logo on it.

"My reaction was basically shock and confusion. I was a little hurt," Jensen said.

Austin Mayor Steve Adler issued a statement, condemning this racist act and denying the city's sponsorship or giving anyone the authority to use its logo.

More and more, education is entraining children to think of themselves as part of a group.

This is one basic way to cut off the consciousness of being an individual and what it really means.

The government, the State, has now become the beneficent leader of The Group, and if you need confirmation, just ask any politician. He'll give you a sound bite or two.

People enmeshed in the current culture don't realize that, as recently as 25 years ago, the promotion of America as One Group played like a faint tune in the far distance.

Now, it's being urged by the State with wall-to-wall rhetoric straight out of some cheesy TV church; and the pastor-hustler is taking in contributions with one hand while doling out bribes with the other.

Only he's got militarized police all over the land and an awesome surveillance apparatus to back him up.

But he loves you. He really cares.
