LGBT activist: Girls should change in nurse's station if they don't like biological males seeing them undress in locker room

school locker room
Advocates of sex-segregated restrooms and locker rooms in schools often argue that transgender students should use a non-communal facility such as a nurse's station.

That way, they can disrobe, shower and relieve themselves without upsetting members of the opposite sex who don't want to be naked with them.

Trans advocates argue this is discriminatory, stigmatizing and inconvenient, and will lead to trans students endangering their health by not relieving themselves in school and worsening their hygiene by not showering after exercise.

An El Salvadorian national was recently charged with rape in Montgomery County, Maryland, making him the fifth illegal immigrant to be arrested for sexual assault in the county in just the last month.

Nelson Reyes-Medrano, 46, was charged and arrested for rape earlier this month following allegations that he crawled into the bed of a 16-year-old girl and raped her at knifepoint, according to a police report.

Reyes-Medrano held a knife to the young girl's throat and ordered her to undress. When the victim did not do so quickly enough, he tore off her clothes and proceeded to rape her, the police report says.

Massive 3-alarm fire at historic Philadelphia church causes part of building to collapse

Fire Bibleway Church Philadelphia
A massive fire at a West Philadelphia church is finally under control after several hours. The blaze caused parts of the building to collapse onto the street.

The three-alarm blaze erupted on Tuesday afternoon at the Greater Bible Way Temple on the 1400 block of North 52nd Street. Fire crews remained at the scene the entire night monitoring hot spots.

There has been no official cause of the 3-alarm blaze yet but work was being done on the roof shortly before flames broke out.

"We're worried about collapses, so there are parts of the building that have already collapsed into it, we have parts of the building collapsed out onto the street, so we're sort of in a standoff mode," Fire Commissioner Adam Thiel said.

It was a blaze so hot that firefighters were not able to get inside the historic church.

At least two Palestinians were killed and several more reported injured after a motorcycle explosion in Gaza City that local media blamed on an Israeli air or drone strike.

The Gaza Interior Ministry said that two police officers were killed in an explosion near a checkpoint at the Al-Dahdouh junction, south of Gaza City.

An explosion appears to have targeted a motorcycle in Tal al-Hawa, a southern part of the Gaza territory on Tuesday evening.

The two men who died were identified by the authorities as police officers Salameh Majed Nadim and Alaa Zyad Gharabli, both 32. The cause of the blast is being investigated.

At Least 2 Killed as Major Explosions Hit Gaza, State of Emergency Declared - Reports

According to several conflicting reports, the explosions could have been caused by drone attacks or by an accident.

At least two security personnel were killed on Tuesday as a result of an explosion that occurred near a police checkpoint at Eldadhuah Junction in southern Gaza City, according to media reports.

Multiple reports appeared earlier in the day on social media alleging an Israeli strike targeting the Gaza strip. According to local netizens, citing eyewitnesses, at least two Palestinians were killed and one was injured in an explosion that destroyed a motorcycle in the enclave.

The Palestinian health ministry has reportedly confirmed that two Palestinians were killed and another injured in an explosion in Gaza City on Tuesday night. The cause of the blast reportedly remains unknown. Gaza security forces have launched an investigation into the incident.

A spokesperson for the Gaza Health Ministry said that a drone attacked a motorcycle on which the two victims were riding.

According to the News Israel 13 broadcaster, the IDF has denied involvement in the incident. An IDF spokesperson reportedly suggested that the cause of the explosion was a "work accident". "The army is not aware of any airstrikes in Gaza tonight", a press officer of the Israeli army said.

Hours later, two explosions reportedly occurred in the enclave allegedly targeting local police forces. According to local media, citing a spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, the second blast targeted a police checkpoint in western Gaza. Several people were reportedly injured in the second explosion.

Local netizens have suggested that the explosions could be caused by an internal conflict.

Meanwhile, the Quds News Network media outlet reported, citing sources, that there was no third explosion in the Gaza Strip.

The Gaza Strip Interior Ministry declared at midnight an emergency situation in all the security structures in the enclave, Iyad al-Bozo, the ministry's spokesman in Gaza, told reporters.

"Another explosion at a police checkpoint on a coastal road in Gaza City, which injured several people. The interior ministry has declared an emergency situation in all security structures in the Gaza Strip", he said.

In 2007, a deadly conflict between Fatah, then dominating party in the Palestine Authority, and the Hamas Islamist movement resulted in the split of the Palestinian Authority and Hamas taking over the Gaza Strip. The West Bank is still reportedly controlled by Fatah.

Israel traditionally blames Hamas, which rules the Gaza Strip, for any aggressive actions from the territory of the enclave, demanding that the Islamist movement ensures observance of the ceasefire by all Palestinian factions.

For decades, Israel has been in conflict with the Palestinians who have been seeking diplomatic recognition for their independent state on the territories of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, which is partially occupied by Israel, and the Gaza Strip. Clashes and frequent shelling occurs from both sides.
While Israel is well known for its endless covert violence, even their blatant and shameless chaos creation seems to have increased in recent weeks: Israel opens new front against Lebanon, with two drones hitting Hezbollah targets in Beirut - Zionist entity now bombing 4 ME countries UPDATES

'Don't apologize': Ricky Gervais takes on verbal terrorism

Ricky Gervais
The Left should listen to comedians more.

Ricky Gervais calls himself "a lefty liberal champagne socialist," but when he says, "I don't agree that feelings are more important than facts," he echoes Ben Shapiro. The point of intersection: Both men support speaking freely. This quality makes them somewhat courageous, though it shouldn't.

Another commonality is that both tend to elicit a lot of shock and dismay, or at least feigned shock and dismay. Gervais dismisses adverse comments on social media as the scribbles on "every public toilet wall in the world" in an important two-hour conversation that recently appeared on the podcast Making Sense with Sam Harris. Harris is a vigorous defender of the culture of free speech, and his interviews are always penetrating. This is one of his best.

Comment: Being offensive in the right context is a comedian's stock in trade. That's what makes them funny. The fact that the 'woke' crowd doesn't understand this, and thus has no sense of humor, could perhaps be the funniest part of all this (if it weren't so dangerous).

College suggests students respond to 'offensive' language with 'ouch!'

pain clutching stomach
Indiana University Southeast is encouraging students to say "ouch!" to others who use "offensive" language, in order to convey that the words "had a negative impact" on them.

The university publishes and maintains a guide instructing students on how to "reduce bias in language" and offers some tactics for responding to others who use language they find offensive. One of these tactics is to "say 'ouch!'" to others who utter "stereotypes, offensive or biased comments." The university asserts that saying "ouch!" in these situations is an effective tool "simply to convey what was said had a negative impact on you, regardless if it was directed toward you."

The university offered examples of language that may require such a response including phrases like "man and wife" or simply "wives," as well as "mothering. These phrases can supposedly "imply one group dominating over another group." The university suggests instead that students use phrases like "husband and wife," "spouses," and "parenting."

Cops put a gun to innocent man's head over window tint stop

Rudy Ornelas
If ever you think that all traffic laws are for your safety, one thing can change that view — window tint. In the land of the free, if police feel that your window tint is too dark, they will claim the right to extort money from you. If you resist this extortion, police will claim the right to kidnap or kill you. Unfortunately, in the land of the free, these instances happen so frequently that they are often caught on video too. As the following incident illustrates, fearful cops whose only tool is the escalation of violence, will not hesitate to resort to deadly force over a stop for window tint.

A video was submitted to the Free Thought Project this week showing multiple Sacramento cops pull over Rudy Ornelas because his window tint was too dark. Ornelas was respectful and told the officers that he was just pulled over for the same thing and was issued a "fix-it" ticket to remove the tint.

In California, police officers who target people for extortion over window tint have the option of issuing those folks a fix-it ticket. These tickets give the owner of the vehicle a certain time frame in which to correct the supposed violation. Typically, you pay a smaller fee and then prove that you "fixed" the problem, like remove the window tint or fix a broken taillight.

For their unorthodox views, some physicians are being treated as medical heretics. Google's search engine algorithm has essentially ended traffic to their websites.

In Ray Bradbury's classic novel Fahrenheit 451, firemen don't put out fires; they create fires to burn books.

The totalitarians claim noble goals for book burning. They want to spare citizens unhappiness caused by having to sort through conflicting theories.

Pete Davidson berates University of Central Florida audience: "You should f***ing grow up"

The university is not pleased with how the comedian handled himself.

Pete Davidson on Monday night berated an audience at the University of Central Florida after some people in the crowd took out their phones.

Davidson was captured on video lambasting the crowd for more than a minute, saying he would leave if they did not act accordingly.

"I don't have to be here," said the Saturday Night Live castmember at the tour stop. "I can just give them their money back because I don't give a fuck."

Comment: It seems like more and more comedians are getting to a point where they've had enough with the PC spoiled brat culture calling them out because they can't take a joke. Davidson wasn't directly addressing the PC outrage, but was telling a bunch of spoiled brats to grow up. It amounts to the same thing.

Twelve days earlier a number of people on a UK beach in West Sussex suffered bouts of vomiting in the wake of a toxic plume sweeping the area, with a sunken warship investigated as a likely cause of the incident.

Three UK beaches have been on alert over a mysterious "toxic sea" incident, The Independent has reported, with emergency services in Essex summoned to Frinton, Walton, and Clacton on Sunday.

An investigation is currently underway after numerous incidents of beachgoers in Essex were reportedly left coughing and struggling to breathe after swimming, as people flocked to the seaside during a record-hot spell of bank holiday weekend weather. Authorities immediately issued a warning to families to stay out of the water.
