Testing the sheeple's pedo meter: Children's film 'Show Dogs' pulled from theaters after parental outrage over 'pedophile grooming' message

Producers 'show dogs' children's film pedophile grooming

"The company takes these matters very seriously" Really.... so how is it that not a single producer, actor, or executive ever raised a red flag regarding the film's subject matter prior to production?
In what can only be described as a grassroots victory for parents everywhere, the children's film "Show Dogs" has been pulled from theaters and will be re-edited following an intense public outcry over what many parents saw as covert pedophile messaging.

It began with a trickle and turned into a storm when mommy blogger Terina Maldonado of Macaroni Kid sounded the alarm over one of the film's wildly inappropriate plot points that sent a dangerously creepy message to children.

"Show Dog" stars Will Arnett as an FBI agent named Frank who is forced into partnering with a talking dog named Max (voiced by Ludacris) to infiltrate a prestigious dog show in the hopes of rescuing a kidnapped panda. One of the film's plot points involved the character Max learning to cope with the idea of having a judge examine his genitals while competing in the dog show.
Considering that "Show Dogs" is a movie for children and Max was an anthropomorphized character, Maldonado and many parents interpreted the scene as "pedophile grooming," sending the message for children to be comfortable with a stranger touching their private parts:
The day of the finals come and if Max doesn't let his private parts be touched, he may lose the competition and any hope of finding the kidnapped panda. It all rests on his ability to let someone touch his private parts. The judge's hands slowly reach behind Max and he goes to his 'zen place.' He's flying through the sky, dancing with his partner, there are fireworks and flowers-everything is great-all while someone is touching his private parts.

The majority of US government agencies are grossly unprepared and unprotected against cyberattacks, a damning new report finds. The current situation has been described as "untenable."

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) found 71 out of 96 government agencies have cybersecurity programs that are "at risk" or "high risk" when it comes to security.

Dozens of federal agencies are unable to deal with cyberattacks on their networks, the Federal Cybersecurity Risk Determination Report and Action Plan revealed. The report was commissioned in response to Executive Order 13800, which requires all federal agencies submit risk assessment reports.

Bulgaria is returning its willingness to cooperate with Russia on its much needed energy projects

After shunning the prospect of a Bulgarian Stream pipeline going through Bulgaria back in 2014 and a new nuclear plan in 2012 following a visit from Senator McCain and residual Western pressure to abandon the projects, Bulgarian President Rumen Radev travelled to Moscow last week to plead with Russian President Vladimir Putin and his energy ministers to resume the project to construct the nuclear plan and a gas hub in Bulgaria.

Following a phone conversation between Putin and Turkey's President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, news was released that neither party was opposed to the pipeline's progress through Bulgaria.

North Carolina police caught on video siccing police dog on innocent man and savagely beating him

An otherwise entirely innocent man was walking down the street when he was surrounded by police who then sicced a K9 on him and began punching, kicking, and tasering him for no reason.

Kyron Dwain Hinton beaten by North Carolina police
A North Carolina judge released a series of disturbing videos this week showing the horrifying attack on a man who had done nothing but walk down the road. Kyron Dwain Hinton, 29, had harmed no one and committed no crime when he was surrounded by police, mauled by a K9, pistol whipped, kicked, punched, and stomped on-for nearly five minutes.

The incident happened on April 3 and the videos are so horrifying that three of the officers involved have actually been charged for it.

According to police, they received a series of calls about a man walking down Raleigh Boulevard around 10 pm. When police responded to the area, they found Hinton.

First on the scene was the North Carolina Highway patrol, followed by Raleigh police. Things remained calm as officers talked to Hinton until Wake County Deputy Cameron Broadwell arrived on the scene with his police dog, Loki.

Hinton was peacefully standing there, talking with deputies when deputy Broadwell decided the time for talking was over. Without cause or provocation, Broadwell begins shouting at Hinton to get on the ground.

US-based sports journalist wants to see hockey superstar Alexander Ovechkin and all Putin supporters dead

The world would be a better place if hockey superstar Alexander Ovechkin was to drop dead tomorrow, a US-based sports journalist claimed in a raging twitter tirade against Washington Capitals captain's support of Putin.

"If Ovechkin dies tomorrow, the world will be a better place. The same goes for all Putin supporters," sports journalist Slava Malamud said in a since-deleted Tweet. "I am no longer willing to differentiate or be subtle. F**k him and his ilk."

The angry words by the former Sport-Express foreign correspondent living in the Baltimore, Maryland area came in response to Twitter user @1117ryan, who questioned the rationale of linking someone's sports skills and achievements to political views.

When another Twitter user @GlennRajala wondered if Malamud feels safe so openly criticizing Russia, and Putin in particular, the sports corresponded put forward yet another ridiculous claim that Ovechkin has enough influence to request a hit on him if he wasn't "too boring to assassinate" - unlike a prominent Kremlin critic Arkady Babchenko, who staged his own murder for the camera on Tuesday so Kiev could accuse Moscow of an attempt on his life.

The NHL star drew criticism for his 'improper' political views after he helped launch the so-called 'Team Putin' social movement ahead of the 2018 presidential elections in Russia. Malamud's own antagonism towards the 32-year old Ovechkin was allegedly fueled by the Washington Capitals taking away his accreditation, which the blogger says was done on the team captain's behalf.

The death of a newly-married man belonging to India's "untouchables" caste in a suspected honor killing has sparked protests against officials. The bride's family and two policemen are accused of playing a role in his murder.

Kevin Joseph, 23, was dragged out of his relative's house in the southern state of Kerala the day after his wedding to 21-year-old Neenu Chacko. He was abducted, along with one of his relatives, with the latter eventually set free by the abductors, according to The Hindu.

Joseph was found dead in a canal on Monday, just days after his wedding to 21-year-old Neenu Chacko, after going missing from the southern state of Kerala.

A post-mortem released on Wednesday showed he suffered 15 separate injuries to his body. However, none of those were deemed fatal, and Joseph was found to have ultimately died by drowning.

Labour Party plan to tackle "crisis" of anti-Semitism in UK leaked

A 13-point Labour plan to tackle the "crisis" of anti-Semitism within the party, recommends that investigations should be depoliticized, time-limited and more consistent, reveals a leaked document seen by the Huffington Post.

The document appears to admit that "political forces" may have had an impact on the outcome of investigations. The report suggests that the political inclinations of NEC members, who sit on the disputes panel, and the accused - have affected previous decisions on anti-Semitism cases.

It claims that Labour members have complained about consistency in the NEC dispute panel's decision-making, saying: "There is a perception that cases are not dealt with in a consistent manner due to political forces influencing decisions with particular respondents particularly at the NEC Disputes Panel stage of the process."

To tackle this issue, the report, drafted by the party's anti-Semitism working group which includes Momentum founder Jon Lansman and Shadow Attorney General Shami Chakrabarti, recommends that "reports on antisemitism are anonymized when they are put to the 3 member antisemitism panel."
