Society's Child
These now-widely reported events are organised by Race2Dinner, a company created by Regina Jackson, who is black, and Saira Rao, who is Indian American. Jackson and Rao are part of the growing woke training industry, which is busy successfully monetising white guilt. As Molly Fischer of New York magazine noted, "[The] two entrepreneurs have built a business dredging up white women's shame."
Earning serious cash on the back of guilt tripping a group of white women is reminiscent of the medieval Catholic Church selling indulgences to sinners looking to be saved. From the standpoint of woke dogma, white privilege is the original sin that underlies the morally inferior condition of whiteness.
However, unlike the old Church, which relieved you of your guilt, woke trainers are committed to ensuring that you remain constantly aware of your white privilege.

Delhi Police sends notice to Twitter over child pornography content on platform
The situation stemmed from an ongoing dispute between Twitter and the Nigerian government. Twitter deleted a stern and threatening tweet posted by Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari, which condemned attacks on public infrastructure in the country's southeast region, including arson attacks on government offices and police stations.
"Many of those misbehaving today are too young to be aware of the destruction and loss of lives that occurred during the Nigerian Civil War," Buhari wrote on Tuesday. "Those of us in the fields for 30 months, who went through the war, will treat them in the language they understand."
Buhari referenced the "brutal two-year Nigeria-Biafra war, which killed an estimated one to three million people, mostly from the Igbo tribe in the eastern part of the country between 1967-1970," according to CNN.
Twitter removed the tweet written by the Nigerian president, claiming it had violated the platform's policy on abusive behavior.
In retaliation, the Nigerian government banned Twitter from the African nation.
At one time, Washington Square Park in Lower Manhattan was quite lovely, but now it is being described as "lawless" and "drug-infested" because of the hordes of drug addicts that constantly hang out there...
A lawless, drug-infested Washington Square Park is horrifying even famously free-spirited Greenwich Village residents.
"We may be liberal but this has gone too far," lamented Steven Hill, who has called the neighborhood home since 1980. "There have always been drugs in the park, mostly pot, but what's emerged this spring is like nothing we've ever seen before."
The authorities in Anqing, a city in Anhui province, said a 25-year-old unemployed man from Huaining county named Wu had been arrested over the attack.
"He killed out of anger, because of family troubles and pessimism," the municipal government said in a statement.

Israeli police violently disperse a Palestinian protest against Israeli actions
Jerusalem, Gaza Strip and Haifa • 11 May, 2021
The National Director Emeritus for the Anti-Defamation League has announced on Twitter that he is cancelling his subscription to The New York Times, claiming that a front-page story featuring the photos of children killed in Israel's assault on Gaza this month constitutes "blood libel" against Jews.
Abraham Foxman tweeted:
"I am cancelling my subscription to NYTimes. I grew up in America on the NYT - I delivered the NYT to my classmates - I learned civics - democracy and all the news 'fit to print' for 65 years but no more. Today's blood libel of Israel and the Jewish people on the front page is enough."Foxman's statement drew criticism from all corners, including from loyal establishment pundits like Jonathan Chait, for his ridiculous assertion that merely humanizing Palestinian children killed by Israel is the same as promoting the ancient antisemitic canard known as blood libel.
Comment: With no conscience or remorse for children needlessly obliterated in an instant, it is for Israel, the perception that matters.
US District Judge Roger Benitez of San Diego ruled that the 1989 ban on military-style rifles deprives state residents of their right to bear arms. The judge said in his ruling's introduction:
"Under no level of heightened scrutiny can the law survive. Like the Swiss Army knife, the popular AR-15 rifle is a perfect combination of home defense weapon and homeland defense equipment. Good for both home and battle."Benitez issued a permanent injunction against enforcement of the law, with a stay of 30 days to give state lawyers time to appeal.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom slammed the decision as "a direct threat to public safety and the lives of innocent Californians, period."
In one recent case, 15 single adult male border crossers were apprehended crossing the southern border, sent to a DHS facility, and then bused or put on domestic commercial flights into various U.S. cities.
DHS data published by NBC News shows that the Biden administration is releasing about 15 percent of all single adult border crossers into the U.S. interior and roughly 65 percent of adult border crossers who are arriving with children. NBC News report states:
"But in reality, the border is not closed. Under Biden, the determination of who stays and who goes has become a lottery with winners and losers."From February 19 to April 22, as Breitbart News reported last month, the Biden administration had flown about 7,200 border crossers into the U.S. interior on domestic commercial flights. Border crossers are allowed to bypass photo identification requirements, board flights without a photo ID, and do not have to prove they are negative for the Chinese coronavirus.
Comment: The problems with Biden's 'kick the can' plan are obvious. It is now up to each state to take a stand, seek legal recourse and hold Biden accountable.
Mohammad al-Azem, head of the Sebastia municipality, said a number of Israeli forces raided the town and proceeded to close the site, preventing Palestinians from entering it. Israel's archeological activities in Palestinian territory aim to extend the policy of dispossessing Palestinians of their lands and cultural assets.
Al-Azem has also stressed that the indigenous of Sebastia will not allow the Israeli occupation to one day steal their heritage and will confront every attempt to take over the lands.
Sebastia is an ancient town dating back 3,000 years. It extends over 5,000 dunums [1,235 acres] and is inhabited by 3,500 people. Herod the Great named the city Sebaste — meaning Augustus — in honor of Roman Emperor Augustus Caesar in 27 B.C.
The city, famous for its dozens of Roman archaeological pieces and sites, continuously faces attacks by Israeli settlers and the Israeli forces, who have their eyes set on its archaeological sites.
Seth Dillon, CEO of Christian news satire site TheBabylon Bee, has announced that his legal counsel has sent a letter to The New York Times demanding the retraction of an article that insinuates The Babylon Bee is "misinformation."
"We took this action because their article was — and remains — defamatory," Dillon tweeted.
The original version of The New York Times' article branded The Babylon Bee "a far-right misinformation site" that "sometimes trafficked in misinformation under the guise of satire."
Comment: RT points out the absurdity of the Times' claims:
While the Bee can sometimes trick liberal users into believing its headlines are true, supporters have argued its satire is too obvious to need pointing out. Recent examples include 'Gavin Newsom tries to woo Californians back by disguising state as Texas' and 'Study finds most Americans trust Dr. Pepper over Dr. Fauci.'
While the Times did update its story in light of the Babylon Bee's complaints, the Bee remains unsatisfied.
"The update is every bit as damaging (and false) as the original," Dillon said. He is particularly incensed about the claim that the Bee had feuded with fact-checking platform Snopes over whether or not it posted satire.
The Times' controversial coverage of the Bee is nothing new. A story published in October of last year asserted that the site "capitalizes on confusion" and has a "habit of skirting the line between misinformation and satire."
Mike Pompeo alleging that the NIH tried to suppress a State Department COVID-19 probe, Fauci telling Americans to not be so 'accusatory with China, and a Yahoo News reporter asking Jen Psaki about a possible White House cat round out today's top media headlines.
According to The Washington Post, it's hunting season for cancel culture and its latest targets are "racist" birds.
The Post ran an expansive report on Thursday, titled "The racist legacy many birds carry," focused on the "birding community," which apparently is having a difficult debate "about the names of species connected to enslavers, supremacists and grave robbers."
"Corina Newsome is a Black ornithologist, as rare as some of the birds she studies," Post environmental justice reporter Darryl Fears began his piece, noting she was hired to "break down barriers" at the Georgia Audubon nature preserve.
