Two-faced Killary dreams of 'open trade and open borders' in paid, private speech to bank - Wikileaks latest document dump

hillary wikileaks emails
In excerpts from paid speeches, Clinton admits to taking different public and private positions

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton admitted she takes two positions on policy issues.

One in private — ostensibly, the "real" position and one for the public — according to a damaging email leak released on Friday by Wikileaks that included clips of Clinton's paid speeches to Wall Street banks and other organizations

Wikileaks released emails reportedly from John Podesta, chairman of the Clinton campaign, on Friday, around 6 p.m.

Podesta received comments made in past Hillary Clinton speeches flagged as potential liabilities.
"You just have to sort of figure out how to — getting back to that word, 'balance' — how to balance the public and the private efforts that are necessary to be successful, politically, and that's not just a comment about today," Clinton said in a speech for the National Multi-Housing Council on April 23, 2013. "It is unsavory, and it always has been that way, but we usually end up where we need to be. But if everybody's watching, you know, all of the back room discussions and the deals, you know, then people get a little nervous, to say the least. So, you need both a public and a private position."
The amazing admission made in a paid speech to an industry group was just one nugget of candor that could hurt Hillary Clinton on Election Day. Many of the leaked transcripts indeed contain red-hot red flags that could anger many in the coalition that Clinton is trying to build.

Comment: Wikileaks just keeps giving and giving.

From the Daily Caller:
Leaked Emails Show Clinton Campaign Coordinating With Soros Organization

Leaked emails from Hillary Clinton campaign manager John Podesta's personal email account published by WikiLeaks reveal the Clinton campaign's coordination with George Soros's Open Society Foundations on the subject of police reform.

Soros, who has given almost $10 million to Clinton super PAC Priorities USA, is a major funder of Black Lives Matter. The Washington Times reported in August that Soros has given at least $33 million to the group through the Open Society Foundations (OSF), which he funds and controls.
George Soros, world-meddler extraordinaire, has made sure to have Killary in his pocket. He knows she will be a good little neocon puppet.

Saudi-led coalition blamed for explosion at funeral in Sanaa where Houthi rebels were paying last respects to father of rebels' Interior Minister (PHOTOS)

An explosion has reportedly rocked Sanaa, the capital of Yemen, and pictures of ravaged buildings have appeared on social media that include reports claiming the blast was caused by a Saudi-led airstrike.

Images of destroyed buildings, partly still aflame, have emerged on social media, with some people alleging the devastation was caused by a Saudi-led coalition strike.

There has been no official confirmation as to what exactly caused the destruction, however. Yet some people allege that dozens of civilians were killed and scores injured in the alleged bombardment, a witness told Xinhua news agency.

Sputnik news agency was also told by a source at the scene that the incident was caused by a Saudi-led bombardment that left dozens of people dead or injured, adding that the alleged airstrike had targeted a hall where Houthi rebels had been paying their last respects to the father of the rebels' Interior Minister.

Highly suspect timing: US govt officially accuses Russia of hacks during Clinton email dump

US intelligence officials claimed Moscow is behind the hacks and leaks related to the 2016 elections as the State Department accused Russia of "war crimes" and released the latest Hillary Clinton emails. Social media users wondered if this was a coincidence.

The Department of Homeland Security and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence released a statement on Friday afternoon, saying that US intelligence was "confident that the Russian government directed" the hacks of emails and documents and their posting on WikiLeaks, DCLeaks, and the blog of the hacker calling himself "Guccifer 2.0."

Curiously, the announcement came at 3:30 p.m. ET, just as the State Department was releasing more emails pertaining to Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state. The 350 pages of emails were recovered by the FBI as part of their investigation into Clinton's use of a private email server, and a federal judge ordered them released after Freedom of Information Act lawsuits filed by Judicial Watch and VICE News journalist Jason Leopold. The releases were scheduled for October 7, October 21 and November 4.

UN calls on Saudi Arabia to stop torturing, executing children in scathing report

A UN watchdog has slammed Saudi Arabia for subjecting minors as young as 15 to stoning, flogging, amputation, and even execution, contrary to the children rights convention, but a Saudi official reportedly responded that sharia is "above all laws and treaties."

On Thursday, the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) published a report on Saudi Arabia's track record in enforcing the Convention on the Rights of the Child, to which it is a party.

Upon reviewing the kingdom's government policy towards children, who are defined as individuals under 18 years old for the purposes of the convention, the committee urged Saudi authorities to revise its legislation "without any further delay... with a view to unambiguously prohibit the imposition of death sentence on children" pursuant to the convention.

The document noted that minors in Saudi Arabia can stand trial as adults after they reach the age of 15, and that Saudi courts issue and carry out death sentences "after trials falling short of guarantees of a due process and fair trial... especially as concerns the absolute prohibition of torture."

"The Committee is particularly concerned that out of the 47 persons executed on 2 January 2016, at least four, namely Ali al Ribh, Mohammad Fathi, Mustafa Akbar and Amin al-Ghamadi were under the age of 18 when sentenced to death by the Specialized Criminal Court," the report says.

The 18-member committee also strongly criticized Saudi Arabia's traditional practices of punishing perpetrators with stoning, flogging, and limb amputation, demanding that it "repeal all provisions contained in legislation" authorizing such penalties.

Comment: The UN delivers emergency food aid for four million people every month, but they need to send even more. It's not only the gruesome destruction of young bodies, or the slow-motion death of malnutrition and starvation inflicted upon these children; it is also great emotional and psychological anguish and turmoil they they feel, as illustrated by the following story: This 10-year-old girl wants you to know what the US Government is doing to Yemen

The Podesta Emails: New Wikileaks documents reveal media collusion with the Clinton campaign

Killary and John Podesta
As promised, Wikileaks delivered on documents concerning Hillary Clinton it had claimed for months to be harboring safely for the right moment to release — and the contents do not disappoint.

After only a cursory search using Wikileaks invaluable database, "The Podesta Emails" reveal not only direct evidence of media coordination, but an attempt to alleviate the damage expected to be wrought by the impending 2015 release of a book by Peter Schweizer titled: "Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich."

In an email dated April 19, 2015, Clinton Foundation senior vice president of programs Maura Pally writes to White House communications director Jennifer Palmieri, under the subject heading, "FOR REVIEW: Statement for NYT story on Clinton Cash":

"Agree. I like it, especially the 'twisting previously known facts into absurd conspiracy theories'. I suspect we might be able to get repeat use of out of that one."

Comment: More information on the leaked documents from RT:
The internet whistleblowing group Wikileaks released over 2,000 emails involving Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta. The release comes the same day the State Department published 350 emails previously deleted from Clinton's private server.

At first inspection the emails date as far back as 2008 to 2016 and cover the gamut from the mundane like "Hillary Clinton's Chipotle Order" to "Call with HRC" to "My position on the Iran deal" sent from Nancy Rotering to John Podesta.

Wikileaks said Podesta is a long-term associate of the Clintons and served as Bill Clinton's chief of staff from 1998 to 2001.

Podesta served during Bill Clinton administration. Wikileaks warned on its 10th anniversary it would be releasing more emails.

In August, the AP revealed that while Donald Trump's campaign chair Paul Manafort worked for Ukraine's former government, he funneled some $2.2 million in cash to two Washington lobbying firms, including the Clinton-connected Podesta Group.

Ukraine's current government, which goes back to the US-backed February 2014 coup that overthrew President Viktor Yanukovich, has claimed that Manafort had pocketed more than $12 million as a lobbyist and consultant for the "pro-Russian regime."

Between 2012 and 2014, Manafort and his business associate Rick Gates steered at least $1.13 million in lobbying fees to the Podesta Group Inc. and another $1.07 million to Mercury LLC, AP reported on Thursday.

The money came from the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine, a nonprofit "governed by a board that initially included parliament members" from the ruling Party of Regions, according to AP.

The founder and chairman of the Podesta Group is Tony Podesta - brother of John Podesta, Bill Clinton's former chief of staff and current campaign chairman for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. Mercury is headed by Vin Weber, a former congressman and adviser to 2012 Republican candidate Mitt Romney.

The State Department released 250 pages of Clinton's emails, following a court order to release 360 pages last month.

Newly disclosed emails show top Obama administration officials in close contact with Clinton's presidential campaign in 2015 about potential fallout from the former secretary of state's use of a private email server.

According to those email disclosures, the White House was instructing Secretary of State John Kerry to avoid questions about Clinton's email arrangements, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The emails were obtained by the Republican National Committee as part of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit seeking records of Clinton's time in office.

Many of the newly released emails include the sending of news articles such as "World events test 'No Drama Obama'" on President Obama's scheduled trip to Latin America in 2011 critical of his leadership over questions like the no-fly zone in Libya.

Others are just notes "Mendez called", "Cheryl tried you back thru ops. Think you were trying to reach her a few hours ago,"and "I am on my way back."

Among them is a 2001 discussion paper from Huma Abedin on thoughts on "post-Gaddafi Assistance & Governance" which talked about how to form a new Libya government, a new constitution, shore up oil contracts to revenue, understand past conflicts with the Gaddafi administration and its alleged failure to share hydrocarbon dollars, and the theft of private property from members of the monarchy.

The US Air Force just dropped two fake nukes and wants everyone to know it

A B-2 stealth bomber drops an inert B61 nuclear bomb.
The tests in the Nevada desert come as tensions rise with Russia and the Pentagon seeks to replace its aging nuclear arsenal.

A pair of U.S. Air Force B-2 bombers dropped two 700-pound faux nuclear bombs in the middle of the Nevada desert within the past few days. Now the Pentagon wants to tell you about it.

Conducted "earlier this month," according to an Oct. 6 press release, the test involved two dummy variants of the B61, a nuclear bomb that has been in the U.S. arsenal since the 1960s. One was an "earth penetrator" made to strike underground targets, the other a tactical version of the B61. Neither carried an actual warhead.

"The primary objective of flight testing is to obtain reliability, accuracy, and performance data under operationally representative conditions," said the statement from the National Nuclear Security Administration, the Energy Department arm that oversees such tests. "Such testing is part of the qualification process of current alterations and life extension programs for weapon systems."

But why now? Perhaps it has to do with tensions with Russia, which are higher than they have been in decades, and which have sparked fears of a new nuclear arms race. Earlier this week, the Russian government announced it would conduct a massive drill to prepare its citizens for nuclear war.

Comment: For all the bleating about 'deterrence' and security, these potential new contracts are about enriching the defense industry. Russia is far ahead of the US, with actual working technology, and these bozos know it. Even if the contracts are approved, the F-35 debacle should tell anyone how it will work out.

The Libyan template and the Syrian War - no lessons learned

clinton benghazi hearings
© C-SPAN
Killary lying to Congress on Jan. 23, 2013, about the fatal attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11. 2012.
Western leaders are plotting to bomb another Mideast nation, this time Syria, citing "humanitarianism." But similar claims in Iraq and Libya were deceptive and ended up killing far more people than were "saved,".

Most intelligent Americans - Republicans as well as Democrats - now accept that they were duped into the Iraq War with disastrous consequences, but there is more uncertainty about the war on Libya in 2011 as well as the ongoing proxy war on Syria and the New Cold War showdown with Russia over Ukraine.

Today, many Democrats don't want to admit that they have been manipulated into supporting new imperial adventures against Libya, Syria, Ukraine and Russia by the Obama administration as it pulls some of the same propaganda strings that George W. Bush's administration did in 2002-2003.

Yet, as happened with Saddam Hussein in Iraq, we have seen a similar hysteria about the evil doings of the newly demonized foreign leaders with the predictable Hitler allusions and vague explanations about how some terrible misdeeds halfway around the world threaten U.S. interests.

Comment: It is precisely to prevent another Libya that led Russia to come to Syria's aid with real support for its struggle with western proxy forces.

New book will chronicle Bill Clinton's relationship with billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein

clinton and epstein
Bill Clinton's relationship with a billionaire pedophile will be thrust into the spotlight once again in a major book by a bestselling author released just weeks before the presidential election.

The former president will face renewed questions over his ties to Jeffrey Epstein, a registered sex offender who was jailed for 13 months in 2008 for soliciting girls for underage prostitution.

The book, to be published on Monday, the day after Hillary Clinton will face off with Donald Trump in the second presidential debate, will address how Epstein flew Clinton around the world on his private jet to speak about his charitable work.

Comment: Birds of a feather flock together. Looks like Trump has ties to Epstein too.

The West's 'moderate rebels' mine corridors for civilians fleeing Aleppo

"We're here to bring you freedom and democracy."
According to Deputy Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov, the so-called 'moderate opposition' lays explosives in the humanitarian corridors, created for the exit of civilians from the city.

During a briefing Deputy Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov told about actions of the so-called 'moderate opposition' in Aleppo. According to Antonov, it is known that terrorists in every way impede the exit of civilians from the occupied districts of the largest Syrian city - they lay explosives in the humanitarian corridors, created for the exit of civilians from the city, and spread misinformation, saying that allegedly Bashar al-Assad's troops have done this.
"Twice, on September 15 and on September 16, units of the Syrian Army began to withdraw troops from the Castello Road. However, the US could not organize a withdrawal of armed opposition groups from the Castello Road, and units of the government forces returned to their initial positions. We opened seven checkpoints for the exit of civilian population and a corridor for the exit of terrorists with weapons. However, the so-called 'opposition' mined all the passages for the exit from Aleppo and organized repressions against citizens, trying to leave the city. Moreover, battlefield commanders of opposition units have refused to allow the UN humanitarian convoy, which was heading to the eastern part of Aleppo, to enter the city," the RIA Novosti news agency quoted the words of Antonov.

Comment: Further reading:
After a year and a half covering the war, on the ground and with the troops, Pavlov and Filatov share the strange and unique features they saw:
  • Terror warfare pits large numbers of lone-wolf attackers and relatively small groups of terrorists against all of the conventional and guerrilla targets, but the terrorists only fight the army when they need to - the main target is the civilian population.
  • The main goal is not to take territory, but to create chaos and completely destroy the country, including its government, institutions, and economy.
  • Terrorists' mobility and camouflage is much higher than guerrillas, as they can fully mingle with civilian populations.
  • Unlike guerrillas, they do not need the support of the local population. Local civilians are either killed, enslaved, or subjugated.
  • They have no classic command and control centers - those are mostly abroad and not essential. Terrorist groups and individuals can and do operate without a strict military hierarchy. (But offensives like the recent on on western Aleppo do require some coordination.)
  • Their number of potential targets in the country is equal to the number of its civilians, not to mention any physical structure. Thus, because it is impossible to defend everything, attacks are nearly impossible to prevent.

'Humanitarian interventions': Western imperialism & the corruption of language

New York Times propaganda rag
© Russia Insider
In conducting its aggression against countries that choose to remain independent modern Imperialism led by the US is seeking to appropriate the old language of struggle.

In the distant past colonisation was a simple and easy task for Western colonial powers.

In their pursuit of resources and markets, such powers sent their armies and navies to invade and occupy any country that might be of economic, political or military benefit to them.

They did not need to give an explanation to their own people or to the people they invaded; naked power ruled the day.
